Staff member treated me like I was going to steal, following around and not engaging. Checking everything i touched. Will go and buy the top from End or Goodhood now and won’t be purchasing from here again. Staff need to check their customer service skills.

Stupid, overpriced, badly organised, attracts pretentious people. Moved from the actual 'Dover Street'. Now based down the road. Beautiful building and cafe's great but doesn't make up for the terrible shopping experience.
