The most superlative customer service in the world - I have never experienced service like I have received at Chanel Bond St. It is out of this world! Friendly, polite, charming and considerate; and even these words do not do justice to the attentive nature at this store. I must say I haven’t really been to chanel boutiques but regular go to harrods and do get good service there if the advisors are bothered! So on Friday 16/4/21 visited the boutique with my sister manager was very sweet he gave us a private suite offered us refreshments which was very kind of him! The advisor we was served by wasn’t very welcoming at all it almost seemed she wanted go get rid of us! First of all never judge a book by its cover. So we asked about distant sales as we were going away for business and wanted to know how it would work. She mentioned you had to bank transfer for distant sales unless you had purchased x amount in the year for payment links. She confirmed I could do distance sales with a payment link because I had shopped many times over the year. Yesterday I called the Botique spoke to someone called sharwan who wasn’t very helpful or friendly at all communication wasn’t passed on correctly even after reintegrating many times it was a distant sales and I had a profile and had shopped many times previously still kept going on about the bank transfer even after he had checked my profile. Transferred me to the shoe department with the wrong information I wasted around 4 hours of my day trying to sort out a pair of sneakers which I still didn’t end up buying because angela didn’t even know what she was doing told me to not giver her attitude when I was very frustrated and repeatedly kept mentioning I have a profile and have purchased 4x or more over the past year. Not a very helpful service of client advisors are very poor with communication! I am very upset and disappointed with this because I really love chanel but the advisors are really putting me off and as a manager myself I wouldn’t be letting this carry on because if ruins brand reputation!

Fantastic experience when I visited back in July! Nick who helped me was very professional, patient, and informative about the classic flap I wanted to purchase for my 21st. The other staff were also very friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive when I walked in the store which was a breath of fresh air. My first designer handbag experience was incredible because of this service and I will forever remember how amazing it was every time I look and use this bag! Truly pleased overall thank you!

Find it extremely appalling how high end brand such as Chanel would employ staff that discriminates against exempt individuals. I am medically excempt and was more than prepared to even show my Docotors excempt letter. But to be refused and discriminated against was totally something I did not expect.

I have enjoyed working at chanel. I used my skills as a makeup artist to support women in refuges and other individuals who have gone through mental trauma, in there recovering process. I believe your self-talk plays a huge role in your self-image, your self-image plays a huge role in your attitude and your attitude plays a huge role in your ability to succeed in the various endeavors you decide to pursue in your life. Drop whatever limiting attitudes you’re holding on to about yourself and replace t hem with a strong, self-starting can-do attitude. I have never graduated from a makeup school, nor have any connection in the beauty industry. But Chanel gave me a chance. So grateful for it.

Thank you to Chanel staff in new Bond Street .This is my favourite Chanel branch to go in with. Warm , friendly, incredibly professionalism of the staff trained to be and definitely shows and could represent the prestigious brand of Chanel.Most of my friends been there never had a complaint from them comparing to Chanel stores in Selfridges and Harrods.Very successful management and leadership in there. I was served by a delightful gentleman by the name of Alan he was so helpful and patient with me as I was choosing a Handbag as a Birthday present for my fiancée he made a number of suggestions and the whole process was smooth and easy, I will definitely be back in the future.

I have been trying desperately to purchase some specific Chanel sneakers from the latest collection. I phoned the new Bond Street store and was served by Charlotte, who I found to be ultra efficient and friendly. The sneakers and the size I required were in stock and Charlotte asked me to pay by a link which I did, and the sneakers were dispatched and delivered all within 24 hours! Thanks Charlotte for such great customer service. You're going to make my girlfriend very happy... and in turn me happy! :)

Roberta helped me today and she was the worst SA I’ve ever met in the world ???????????? I waited outside of the store more than 30mins plus one and half hour inside. Waiting was ok but she wasn’t ok ???????????? after waiting for about 2 hours she pushed me to get something????????????didn’t even give me 10mins????????????I was deciding but she was like are you gonna buy or not ????????????even checking her phone and talking to her colleagues. I do understand it’s the first day of sale but still you should remember it’s your job ???????????? anyway the man who was in front of the entrance door was super nice ????

Chanel is see as a premium brand correct! But the service after you purchase is way below there competitors (Gucci, Hermès, Dior and Vuitton). I am sure if it is worth it of your time getting their “premium products”, certainly wasn’t worth pf my time. It is the second time that I had issues with them. The most recently was a pair of sunglasses that my partner got for me as a gift. I’ve scratched the lens badly which was my own fault, so I brought the sunglasses back to the shop and asked of they could change the lens of at least polish to see if some of the scratches would come off. I was told to leave my sunglasses as they would have to send to Italy to change the lens, 2 weeks later I’ve received an email from them saying that they wouldn’t be able to change the lens as my sunglasses were from a old collection (2 years old) and that the product was ready to be collected from Bond Street store. My partner collected the sunglasses for me and when we got home that I opened the case I noticed that they didn’t look at it at all, my lens has a stained which I didn’t clean when I sent over, and the stain was there at the same spot, also the frame as significant stretch out. I’ve sent an email straight way to the company expressing my disappointment, all I hear back was do you have a receipt to proof that the product were purchased from us, I felt that their email was extremely offensive as they could see that my product was purchased from the store, because of the unique code on the side of the product. I strongly advise to go to Hermès or Dior but not Chanel. They lost 2 customers at once and I won’t recommend the brand for any of my friends.

Came here yesterday to purchase an item, I had the best experience I've ever had at this store. Christina served me and she was patient, kind and was so happy to bring lots of things out for me to see even though I made it clear I was only buying SLGs! I spent 45 minutes there in total but it flew by, and I am very happy with my purchases. I think it helped that not many people were in store. They were very proactive with keeping clean and hygenic. I will be asking for Christina in future only, as previous experiences have been terrible. 4 stars, one knocked off due to previous bad experiences but Christina made up for it!

It was great to see that they were adhering to COVID-19 regulations like other boutiques on Bond Street. They provided hand sanitisers and masks at the door. As other’s say, the sales assistants will scan customers and the service will depend on whether they believe it is likely that you will spend large sums of money. I hope they realise that looks can be deceiving, and that not all customers who would be able to purchase a lot will be dressed to the nines. The reason why this is only two stars is because the attitude of the sales assistant was quite dismissive - making me feel unwelcome. The cashier had the gall to ask my mother if her card actually belonged to her. It was really quite insulting. Had half a mind to place my own platinum Amex in front of her. Perhaps I should have, to see her reaction.

Well stocked store, sales assistants not wasting customers time with upselling products. Absolutely recommend for all the brand fans. In and out took me ( with my allergy to shopping and crowded places ) about 10 minutes, 5 of which was picking the right model. Parking available just outside - on the “if you’re lucky” basis.

Elina helped me back in November 2019 and till this day, I am still upset on why I didn't ask for another sales associate to help me instead. She was rude pretending to be nice throughout the whole transaction.I wanted the Boy bag and asked to see a new one instead of the display one because there were some flaws on the leather, she brought out a "new" one but the sticker were taken out and looks like the display one with flaws on the leather as well. So I asked if she could kindly check for another one ( I was being super nice and had asked politely because I thought it was troublesome as well, but I am paying a lot of money for a bag, of course, I would want it to be impeccable) She rolled her eyes at me and told me that bags are meant to be used and if there's flaws, it's okay. No lady, that's not okay with me, I am the one paying for the bag and I want a perfect looking one! I, then, begged and kept saying please, please and asked if she has another one out for me because these are expensive pieces to me and I want it to be perfect. She ended up finding me another piece that is better then the first 2, but still a tiny flaw, but these are hard to find so I still ended up purchasing it. I also purchased a second bag from her as well on the same day. When I got back to the hotel to open both bags to check, one of the bag didn't come with a felt cover. I knew I had to go back to her which I didn't want to because of her attitude, but I wanted the felt cover for the bag. So the next day, I went in and asked for Elina and explained that one of bag was missing a felt cover. OMG, I can't believe her, she said, "I was nice enough to include 1 felt cover for the 1st bag, and they aren't suppose to come with one". Are you crazy lady, I've purchased from Chanel in other countries before and they all include felt covers for all of the bags! So I left the store without the 2nd felt cover for the second bag. This was a very frustrating experience for me at this store, it was my birthday too, I was hoping for a happy and exciting day that day. Instead, I got a horrible memory to remember from now on! Thanks Elina!

Yesterday Wednesday August 14th I visited the Bind St store along with my daughter and my friend to purchase a classic flap bag which the store had held for me since the Saturday before. My friend purchased a card holder. We were very impressed by the service we received by our sales assistant Luke. He was so friendly but also very professional and extremely knowledgeable about our purchases and how to take care of them. While we were waiting for our purchases to be wrapped he arranged for a glass of champagne for us to enjoy. Altogether we had a lovely shopping experience thanks to him.

1st class service. Never brought anything from Chanel before. I have to say I have experienced lovely service so far. Having 2 orders sent into the boutique and was concerned how I would carry them around London. I sent a email to the store and they replied saying I would have my orders placed in Chanel bags so i could carry them around London. They also checked if something was in stock for me. They have been really helpful. Can not wait to visit the store on Saturday to collect my orders.
