I didn't visit here l was dragged here kicking and screaming by my wife as her bag carrier, they don't provide a men's crèche area for husband's to sit and read a paper while the ladies browse and she hates shopping when lm like a circling vulture. Dedicate a small area of seating for men it will bring you added custom.

Bizarre service. Entered fitting room, ignored by staff member so started making my way in to try something on. Was barked at as though I had done something outrageous and directed (with a pointed finger) to stand in an empty line and wait, as the staff member walked away. Left without trying or buying.

Absolute chaos in this store. There was a sale on and clothes were littered everywhere. My partner and I were advising each other so wanted to save time and take two changing rooms next to each other. Apparently this wasn’t allowed because I’m not male and this was the menswear section. Woman in the changing rooms was rude and didn’t respond when I asked her why that rule was in place. I’m all for privacy but this is an arbitrary rule that has no place in modern society and could potentially be very excluding.
To make matters worse, I wanted to buy a black top that I’d found on the rack (with pricing and tags) and was told at the tills that it shouldn’t have been on the floor as it was discontinued and they couldn’t sell it to me.
The staff were rude and unhelpful and the shop was in disarray. I love Zara but there’s no way I’d come back to this store after that experience.

I bought a plain wool blazer with toggles and a collarless jacket. I'm happy about my new items, because they were on good price and.. actually ..the winter may come now.. I am ready and not afraid from the cold and the wind :)

Where has Zara been all of my life?? Seriously, I was introduced to the store today by my friend Rachel. I got a really cute pair of pants and a great short-sleeved top for less than £60. The staff were really friendly and helpful and they made sure I was doing the right choice. I'm coming back next month for sure !

Just like every other Zara, this has friendly staff, and a great stock; which rotates on a fortnightly basis to some extent I believe. I would highly recommend Zara to a fashion conscious shopper, such as students, with a limited budget, but open mind!

I was shopping at Zara on Oxford Street on the 2nd floor (women's department). I was looking for a dress in my size and had just placed my bag beside me when a guy asked if I worked there. He then asked me if his shirt looked nice. When I turned around again, my bag was gone! I went down to report it to the security. There were 2 other victims downstairs. We spoke to the security, who offered absolutely NO help at all, which leads us to believe that he was also "in" it. We asked him to check the cctv. His reply, "Your bag's gone. Just write your name and number on this paper." And then he just left all of us there, DUMBFOUNDED. I saw 2 street security just outside the store and asked for help. One of them said that the store security should have reported such incidences to them, but they received no such call. They were also surprised. They gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do.
With no assistance from Zara, I headed to Selfridges. The customer services department was kind enough to offer me water, a desk of my own and a phone from where I could call long distance to my family. They even assisted me in calling the police.
Be careful when you shop in Europe. Even those who work in big-brand name stores are suspicious.

It was not as easy as usual to collect items I ordered online. Also, only 1 of 4 members of staff were familiar with stock.

Went to four different stores looking for a certain dress and found the last three stores not very helpful but in this branch Mark was great tracking down the dress and finding me the correct size in the stock room. Thanks Mark x

Most of the clothes are polyester. I tried for a cotton jacket in 3 branches, 2 which the website said was in stock. None had it and all the assistants lied, telling me the other branches had it. Amateur company. Generally cheap nasty clothes. Awful customer service by Spanish girls who struggle to tell the truth. I hated it.

Would recommend staff to be more human being. I was pregnant on my last weeks and did not feel well and my belly was pushing. But since it was my last shop and thought I finish by trying things I liked. I asked if I can avoid line and try in kids fitting room because I don’t feel well. But I was rejected.
Now have to order thise items online because it is super hard to go back to Oxford street again.
Want to advice to be more understandable. Very unset and dissupointed.

I must say when it comes to shopping Zara is my go-to place when it comes to style. Sometimes a bit pricey, so to make the best of it, be sure to go to their January sales. It I like their mens suits. Stock and size wise this is probably their best store.

3 massive floors full of Zara clothing, shoes and accessories. The lower ground is for men, ground floor is for women and 1st floor is trf and baby/kids. I love this place. Whenever I go, it feels clean and well organised giving a pleasurable shopping experience. It also doesn't feel as busy as other larger stores which is a massive plus point. Near to the bond street underground station and in the middle of Oxford street, it is well placed and easy to get to. My favourite shopping destination.

Not happy with the purchase I made today! I bought the blazer from the Westfield, Stratford branch, the sleeve need to be altered. As the outlet is renovation, the team members told me to collect it from my next best convenient place, and they assured me that the alterations will be within the price. I went to collect and the team members told me that I have to pay extra 14 quits for the alterations, and the gesture was rude. Did not expect this from one of the leading brands, the staffs require more knowledge of what they are saying.

This Zara is a more well stocked and larger store than others in the area. I would recommend this one as you will have a better choice from the whole Zara range.
