An incredible experience. I am not a fan of shopping but Giacomo took great care of me, and ensured I looked as sharp as possible for a week of events I had lined up. He was incredibly patient, sent me on my way looking my best and they turned around the alterations really quickly too. Couldn't ask for more.

Bad customer service- lied about bringing in suit from another store and if not like, can get refund. When suit came and i didnt like the fitting, the sales guy said he meant refundable for non sale item only. The worst part is he may actually be the manager of this branch.

This shop is the epitome of toxic masculinity! I hated every second of my experience in the store. What is sad is that the tuxedo I tried and absolutely needed was perfect but the staff were so terrible they basically made me leave the store to escape the air of “bro”. Who manages this dump?

Staff were very helpful in sorting alterations on a suit. Very understanding for the urgency of the alterations due to a funeral. Paul was especially useful in given guidance as to what works with the suit and ensured all the alterations were correct.
