I wanted to buy an item I'd seen couple of days ago. I couldn't find it so I asked a member of staff. She said that she saw it somewhere but doesn't know where - maybe stock room or ground floor. I asked if she's going to find it it for me. NO. I talked to 4 more staff members, noone was able nor willing to help me. Great clothes, great prices, awful staff. I've never seen anything like that in retail.

Staff did their best to search for a blouse on my behalf but they couldn't find it. Ironically, I only maanged to locate it on my way out and that is beacuse they themselves put the blouse on another rack!

So I went there to return some of my online shopping items and spent about 25 min in a queue on the 1 floor. There was no acknowledgement of it whatsoever. There was one girl and they didnt have anyone else or didnt bother to call anyone I dont know. Nice work.
