To visit and purchase an iconic London piece from Burberry, Regent St has been a dream since forever, and the reality of visiting the store recently exceeded expectations! I was met at the door by Jada who helped me find the perfect items and made the whole experience one I will not soon forget. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fun! Excellent service as soon as you walked in the door, beautiful products, and when we ran into an issue with my card going through a work around was quickly found! This store is gorgeous, it’s a renovated theatre, you can tell how it got to be world renowned.

For my recent purchase, Ms. Pamela Lopera was extremely helpful and kind.
The shop is great with tall ceilings, a grand stairway, and well-designed sections across floors.

Stunning Opera House Boutique. This store took my breath away. The grand stair cases, the grand video screen, the grand curtains has 99 shades of beige. There are many rooms in and restaurant in this space. The product is displayed in a manner of a museum. Importance is given to each piece or clothing, shoes, handbags & accessories. Thank you for combining, Fashion, Art, Museum & Theatre Experience all in one space. Not to mention, the staff is absolutely attentive & takes their time with you to show you around & to provide valuable product, company & designer knowledge.

So spacious! Lovely store, the building itself is architecturally exquisite. There's a beautiful skylight in the middle.
The floor staff are so so except Izabella, not really friendly at all, but it's the same with all these kind of retailers.
.....However, the staff 'behind the scenes' make this place. They have some of the best customer service I've encountered in a while. Above and beyond, so for that reason, I'd always buy online (store staff leave alot to be desired, maybe I'd try building a rapport with a particular person and going down that route), knowing that for years to come, Burberry stands by their products. As investment pieces go, they definitely stand the test of time.
(A few could learn some real lessons *coughs* LV!)

Talk about an amazingly fabulous place to go to! We had an amazing gentleman help us his name Pierpaolo.
He was really awesome attentive funny and really took the time to get to know us. We all hit it off and now he's our friend!
This experience and Burberry was a first class and a first for us period we will be back next time we're in London!!

I have received an incomparable level of service from the lovely Regent Street store's staff. I was visiting the store frequently recently to make up my mind about my purchase and was served by Nicole and Johann. Both were extremely patient with me and made me feel extremely welcome, ensuring that I am happy with whichever decision I make. I ended up getting a good bargain on two items and because of the service, Burberry will remain my first choice for shopping. Well done on having such great people onboard!

Amazing experience. It looks small from the street but it’s cavernous inside. “Luxury” can feel intimidating but I was warmly welcomed and didn’t feel like an outsider even though I was dressed for a day of sightseeing rather than high-end fashion. The staff are knowledge and friendly without being overbearing or snobby. It’s an experience that lets you get a feel for the history and importance of the (quintessentially British) brand. Definitely visit the cafe next door. It’s elegant without being stuffy.

I'm in love with your products! The cashmere checked scarf and key charms are comfy and adorable, wallets are slim and elegant, belts are universal, trench coats are warm and pretty. The most magical, however, is Burberry London fragrance that smells like magic. I also like your online shop that delivers well packed orders.
What you could improve is your carrier in Poland, namely UPS. They should not leave packages in UPS pick up points, as the orders are valuable.

7/27/19: Lovely large store with friendly helpful workers. They serve you water, champagne, & soda pop if you're thirty. They had my size, so I bought a jacket. It was $171 less in London than in SF at the SFO duty free store, & it was not on sale in either country! Also, in the SF Burberry store at Westfield mall it is priced $171 more, & you have to pay state sales tax! Import added duty tax in the US adds up in duty free stores & in regular stores. Also on their American website it is $171 more than what I paid in London, & again, you have to pay state sales tax if you buy it online, but in london there's no import tax on British clothes, & you get a% of the VAT back. The salesman (Andrea Pangallo?) was so sweet & gave me drinks. At this store you can do the 1 step VAT return instead of the 2 step process, so you pay the price without the VAT! That is great & lowers my stress at LHR. The bottom line: Buy Burberry clothes in England!

My hubby and I spent 1.5 hours at the store and bought 3 items. We had such a wonderful time shopping there. We were delighted with the excellent service rendered by our salesperson, Eduardo, who was extremely helpful, sincere and warm. He was really nice and we really enjoyed his warm hospitality. We had an amazing time at the store which was so beautiful. We will certainly return again in the near future.

Probably the nicest Burberry store. It is the flagship store after all. Definitely worth having a look around. Service is really good but they assume the Chinese are the best spenders and sometimes you may be ignored as their main targets are usually tourists.

I had a very wonderful and personalized experience buying my coat at the Regent street store. The store Assistant named Nicole was very friendly, patient and attentive to my coat requests and questions.
She offered alot of very helpful fashion suggestions as well. VAT was seamless and easy. Will definitely visit this store again when I am in London next time.

While there, Gisella McCormack delivered simply remarkable customer service at the Burberry flagship store- the type of service we would expect from a luxury brand. Very disappointed about this brand. I'm a loyal client and it is been a few years. 3 weeks ago I have bought a cashmere scarf, I called them the day after because it was dirtying all my shirts t-shirts.... because of a "pilling effect". First I just wanted an expertise and an advice to see when it was going to disappear. To be honest, the first person in the customer service was very nice and helpful, after I went to a shop to show them the scarf and they told me to wear it as much as I can and to call back after 2 weeks to see if this pilling effect was still here. and It is was, then I contacted them back because it was exactly the same, a lot of cashmere in my shirts... I contacted back the customer service and I had "Jake". So unhelpful, just he wanted to prove that it is normal. I asked him what to do, he did respond me that it was normal we cannot help anymore, ???? Normal to pay £420 to be ridiculous because of this scarf ????? No I do not think so. I did contact my insurance because I really think it is unfair, because I could not wear this scarf anymore, I had to bring my stuff more often to the dry cleaner and I really expect from a company like Burberry to provide a better support to their loyal client. I won't stop here and I would like to pay for something I could use. I won't let it go, if I need to go to the court I will and I would not care as it is included in my insurance plan.
Really disappointed of the direction that the story took especially because I just wanted help

Do be careful about their terrible service!
I would like to give -4 if I could. The clerks are outnumber the guests and you got individual service. This seemly nice arrangement brings only long waiting and lots of mistakes. Our friends sign there credit cards twice due to connection failure and wondering if they would be charged twice. We accepted the suggestion to combine two Tax refund from into one, and it is a disaster. It came back within an envelope and we open it and filled the blank without noticing that the customer name was wrong. So we are turned down by the custom officer, for sure, and received a detailed investigation to make sure that we are not cheating. I wrote a letter to the customer service and was referred to the shop. One senior customer service consultant called Aiko provided two afternoon tea as a gift for me the foreigner. And after I questioned her about this, then no further response till now. What a "Distinctly British Attitude" they have!

Absolutely amazing experience here.
Our sales assistant (Aitor) was wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us, particularly when I was being indecisive. He offered suggestions on similar products that we may have been interested in without us feeling as though he was trying to push anything on us.
Highly recommend and will definitely be paying Aitor another visit before we go home.
