Be very careful when shopping at Zara . Their customers are full of thief , pickpockets . They will take ur mobile from your bag / jacket pockets you will not feel. And if you ask help to security they are like sleeping by standing and totally ignore you. They don’t even check CCTV and also their CCTV are only for showing not working. And when police ask for footage and they said it wasn’t recording and we don’t record . Very bad securities.

Waited ages for a pair of shoes to be bought to us by a member of staff who just seemed to have disappeared from the face of the Earth, unless the stockroom was in Narnia.
The way the shoes are displayed is a joke... at the bottom of every clothes railing... disappointing.. better customer service in Primark

Huge variety. Prices are as they should be for Zara brand. Clean store and polite staff. Did my shopping smoothly. Crowded yes. Cleaning is acceptable if you think of how many people visit that store during the day. Didn't find it messy at all.

Good selection. Dropping quality due to Zara worldwide growth. It used to be quality product but there is always a production, quality problem with products. I used to look forward to shop there. Now I buy a jacket and buttons rip off, stitches come out, clothes shrink. Zara you are getting too big!

Appalling behavior from Zara customer services.I could not return the item within 30 days as I was sick so I called up the customer services to inform of my situation and they agreed to exchange it if done within 60 days however the store has to entertain my request. The customer services team is not showing any consideration to my problem. I have requested to look for the evidence of my last call but they refused to do that either!! Such a shameful and disappointing experience!!!

Horrible customer service .
I was in the Bond Street store trying in the fitting room and about to buy 7 items when the fire alarm came off . A manager in menswear asked me to leave . He was so rude he even told me “well that nothing we can do about that “ . After that horrible experience I went to the Oxford Street store to buy the items I tried and the service was so bad . I waited 20 minutes the sale associate gone in the stock room and they made me buy one of the item on line because they didn’t have it in store ....
Never ever Zara again ....

Awful customer service. None of the staff knew where anything was. Very rude, unapproachable. Don't cater for normal body size. I'm a 10 and the size 12 jeans wouldn't pass my knees. Sort it out zara. Lost a loyal customer.

Zara has so many categories of clothes is really nice because I can go for casual or stylish and my mum always gets really distracted in there too but I like it because it's I'm not really into clothes but they have just the perfect clothes for me and I was also able to find a school coat in there too that was just for a very reasonable price

I usually shop at this Zara store, but the customer service never impressed me until yesterday. Naomi, the young lady that served us, greeted us with a lovely smile and was extremely kind! She helped me find the items I wanted while being very polite and courteous. Thank you, Naomi, for a wonderful shopping experience! ????

Came for a pickup and is rather messy. They don't do pickups at till as indicated, you have to find out there is a lady at fitting room doing pickups . The lady is doing her best, is just that there is no place to queue and how to know is here until you have queued elsewhere.

used to be a very loyal customer to zara.Yesterday someone stole my phone from the shop .I asked thr security and the gentelmen did not help me at all.The managers simply ignore me.The place is not safe for us the customers ,specially if you are pregnant like me .I felt so bad and dissapointed with the treatement that i received ,indiference .The staff members doesnt care about their customers and the security is for nothing , doing nothing.Definetely if you want to be safe this Zara shop im afraid cannot offer you protection while you are doing your shopping ,definetly to avoid .I would not recommand anymore .
