Some very rude employees at the Green location.. especially in the hematology department and the labs. If we didn’t have to go here we wouldn’t. They are so much nicer at the Health and Wellness Center in Medina.

The emergency room is a joke after the visit a family member had yesterday I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone. Couple years ago I personally went to the emergency room with foot pain they acted like I was faking it. They took x-rays said I was fine and just take tylenol for the pain. I went to a foot Dr about two weeks later they looked at the exact x-rays from the ER and found I had a fractured foot put me in a boot and gave me a prescription for the pain. Yesterday a member goes there due to coughing constantly automatically they told the individual they have covid symptoms they are going to test them. Made the individual wear a mask the entire time along with made them use the restroom in a bed pan with nothing to clean up with. The female nurse was very rude did not have sympathy what so ever because they automatically made it out to be covid. They ended up sending the individual home with no medicine, individual was to quarantine and take over the counter medicine. So my question to that is how is the person supposed to get over the counter medicine when they are to go straight home and quarantine? So this individual stayed in bed all day and night cough after cough and just got the results this morning that were NEGATIVE. Thank goodness the individual does not have covid but not thankful for the way this er treated the individual I wouldn't recommend this ER to my worse enemy. If I could I'd give it negative stars.

Very disappointed in the service I received. Tim Tobin would tell me to do an exercise and walk away every time. He said he was going to get my "paperwork ready" but came back with 2 pieces of paper at the end. He walked away during every exercise and didn't observe... I had to have my dr write an order for him to be hands on in desensitization and do his job. I will not be back

I had a very nice time here. I came here for a physical therapy in the pool also known as Aqua therapy. The pool was very relaxing, very warm and very inviting. Had a very nice time and enjoyed myself immensely! The workout was not rough yet it was very smooth and it seemed to do a very good job!

And thank you marsha also you realy know how to lift someones spirit and that will keep them going. I am still exercising. Jen at front desk has a perfect combo of being prsonable, but very professional.

Good service but cost is outrageous. Went for assessment of possible broken toe. Dr. looked at it for 30 seconds and ordered x-rays. Back in for another 15 seconds to tell me it wasn't broken and just ice it. $1,378!!! 864 for ER, 421 for radiology and 93 for doctor. Will never go to a Cleveland Clinic site again. Healthcare in this country is ridiculous.

I took my Aunt to the Green location. The staff were super friendly. We were in and out in a half hour. She was scratched by her cat. Her skin is already thin and it was quite a tear. They cleaned and put medicine on it and bandaged it up. Antibiotics for prevention of infection. Fasted ER visit I have ever experienced. Awesome!

Twice I have tried to schedule to get Covid 19 blood work done to see if I have the virus because I was near places with confirmed cases. First time I was refused because I told them I did not have any symptoms. The second time I had to jump through hoops and then was told I could not get blood work I had to do a nasal test. Not great customer service. Getting close to switching.

All the handicapped places surround the front of the building. Behind that is patient parking. You can enter by the Emergency Room and take an elevator up to the second floor. You can enter by the other front door and take an elevator to the second floor. They have a Subway Restaurant. They also have a nice therapy pool. They have therapy equipment and therapists.

Very busy here. They have valet parking for $7. You have to park across the street in the deck. So you have to pay no matter what. If you are lucky they'll validate your ticket. Everybody I saw was great, understanding, and willing to listen.

I've unfortunately been to the clinic in Cleveland, Akron and Green. The staff in Green is wonderful. Best treatment and care in my experience over 5 years. Oncology/infusion staff are the best. I truly love them all.

Brought my wife here with severe abdominal pain. They took blood for lab work and everything seemed to checkout. Main issue is the doctor wanted to do an Ultrasound and apparently this so called full service ER doesn't do Ultrasounds after 7pm. Other alternative was a CT Scan which is an outrageously priced test. I used to come here for frequent diverticulitis attacks and have seen the price tag on that test. Just seems to be a rip off when the test needed isn't provided after a certain time. Have to come back or go elsewhere. Not recommending this ER to anyone.

I took my husband to the ER with complaints of abdominal pain and chest pain 9/10)
They did an EKG which was normal and gave him a shot of morphine.
No lab work was done and no investigation was done into the severe abdominal pain other than the doctor pressed on my husband’s stomach and he jumped with pain. We had been at another ER 3 weeks prior to this with similar issues and they said lab work was not worth repeating since it was done 3 weeks ago. A lot can change in 3 weeks (infection, elevated enzymes...)
They basically told us they only help people who are dying and that they can’t diagnose or investigate abdominal pain. Since he wasn’t having a heart attack he was kicked to the curb with no answers.
Prior to these last two ER visits my husband was perfectly healthy and never needed pain medication.

The personal trainers are not real educated made things a lot worse for me . They started bringing kids into the pool with the wrong diapers it was closed down quite a bit. The staff in the pools complain about other employees. We started working with a real personal trainer and are very pleased . I guess you get what you pay for. The best part was the 20 year old girl that was hitting on my 51 year old husband in front of me. Good riddens!

Nice well kept facility. Xray dept. Zs of this date was efficient. There are other times when that has not been the case. I guess it depends on the day, the staff and the amount of patients....well amt. Of pztients doesn't really matter because there could be few or many.and thd service is not a constant. Today was a good day. The xray staff were friendly and seemed concerned.

I have been to the emergency room here 3 times with my family and I just can't say enough great things about this place. The nurses, doctor, and staff were so friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable when she got stitches. One nurse even sprinted to my car to open the door for me while I was carrying my daughter. I will never go anywhere else! Just really kind and talented people!

Slow,slow. If you need lab work or a routine xray or bloodwork be prepared to wait. I don't thimk I've ever visited there, in Green/Uniowntown without waiting. Even with an appointment I've waited. Downtown ER is awful. I spend a week thete one day. New ER slow doc and nurses. Plus they put you in a wheelchair with a ton of other people...SO MUCH FOR HIPPA OR CONFIDENTIALITY there you sit. You don't see a doctor you just sit. Then after an xray theh put you in the say lobby with people waiting for friends lived ones etc...thete you sit intil FINALLY theh feel you deserve to see a doc. TRY SUMMA OR DRIVE TK OKLAH OK MA BUT AKRON GENERAL THE EVIL STEP CHILD OF THE CLEVELAND HAS FORGOTTEN COMPLETELY PATIENT CARE!

Called to get information through the er. Receptionist immediately tranaferred me and didnt even tell me to who. Nurse picked up with the worst attitude like i chose his profession. Im ashamed to say i work with fellow employees. Dont like your career, change it.

Great experience! I was in quickly seen(although only person in there at the time). The doc on shift was very attentive and did a great job explaining my injury.
I was there by myself, ended up with a splint and crutches and the 2 young women that helped me out in wheelchair all the way to my car. This was notable since there was about 3" of snow on the ground and my car was defintely not close to the ER entrance. They went the 'extra mile' and even cleaned off my car before heading back in.

I am highly disappointed and frustrated. I have been going to the Endocrine offices for a while and I like my doctor. She was always nice. But recently a change has been made and the doctor named Carmen Polanco Santos is the WORST. She showed no care about my situation. The whole time she just kept trying to up sell me on a pump, that I made clear I am not comfortable with multiple times. I have had problems in the past and told her that. She then told me she doesn't care about the A1C and that she never takes it into consideration. I am not one to tell them how to do their job but she said this to my face. I then got a bill in the mail for over 80$ for just sitting in the room and then another 40$ a few weeks later for the same appointment. Also turns out she sent a prescription in for the pump I said I didn't want. The copay was 1700$ with insurance and I'm not spending that when I struggle with my insulin. I don't think she is a god doctor, she doesnt care about her patients or how they feel, and I am never going back to her.

I would give Cleveland Clinic zero stars. I think your endocrine department is the absolute worst I have been to. The supposed doctors barely say anything, they literally put a one sentence out there but do not even explain the results or offer a prescription. Thanks to them I have actually decided to give up on modern medicine completely!

Swimming and therapy pools after my workout are the best part of this place. 3 locations available nearby. Machines always open, if you want fitness, i suggest here..staff is always willing to help..

I thought i wrote a review about my experience a while ago but i guess it never posted. I went here in may 2017 with a major infection on my chin. The dr and nurse where such bullies while i was on morphine that it sent me into a huge panic attack. They misdiagnosed my condition and told me that i was going to die. From this experience i learned that i have a horrible reaction to morphine and found out later that a lot of people do. I wound up reporting them to the hospital and the state. They were truly horrible people. I wound up finally finding an ER with a fantastic dr all the in Kentucky. He was fantastic and knew exactly what to do.
