My doctor wanted me be seen for blood clots and to make sure the blood clots didn't get worse the first thing I was told we can't give you pain medication was not seeking Moore worried about the clots I never ever treated so poorly never even tell me what my doctor wanted me to do very up set will not be going back if there supposed to be represented Cleveland Clinic it really shows badly on them

Went and got xrays, given rx for same class med I already had taken for pain and was getting no relief. Asked for pain pill to get some sleep due to pain. Told no..... it is 1:30 am. Hurts so bad can't sleep. I didnt ask for 100 tabs of pain med just one or two so I could sleep. Then I look at paper work and although I told them my allergies they were in such a rush they neglected to put them on the chart. I was in and out quickly though. Had to stop 5 minutes after I left as compression bandage was too tight and my hand turned blue. Not the care the Cleveland clinic commits to.

We visited a doctor's office. The directory was very clear allowing us to find the office to right away. The person on the desk in the office was very helpful and discreet. Overall wonderful experience.

Went to the emergency room due to intense abdominal pain among other minor concerns. Staff was abrasive and showed little concern. Heard PA talking about me in giggling terms outside my room. Completely turned off by staff. They did minimal testing and sent me away with still intense pain and no answers.

Outward appearance for the Wellness Center when they’re selling the membership to you is all good. Once you join it is a disgusting filthy place for a wellness center. They don’t clean the equipment nor do they advise as they should people to clean after using the machines. In the ladies shower the shower walls are filthy and there are always ants in there.
They refuse to fix the equipment. Equipment in the facility is broken for months at a time with no end in sight. The Ladies steam room is always down and currently according to them works but a steam room that doesn’t get out is not a steam room. Do not buy into this filth hole or you’ll be stuck for a year there.
A Wellness Center that doesn’t care about health and wellness.
Many regrets!!!

The guy in charge of running the place Troy should be fired and replaced by a woman. The women’s shower steam and sauna is poorly cared for.
DISAPPOINTED in this so called health facility.
DON’T JOIN THIS DUMP.

The fitness center has nice equipment, and the place is clean, but the price for a membership is ridiculous. The enrollment fee is around 200 dollars, and each month is 60 dollars for a basic single plan. Plus the minimum membership is 1 year. After the 1 year is up, they automatically sign you up for another year contract unless you notified them before hand. The only way to get out of a the contract is either: a) proof of injury/unable to exercise, b) proof you moved/relocated, and c) proof of lost job/unemployment. This gym is definitely geared towards retirees/families, but for what it offers at the price it is, there are a lot of better options in the area.

Went in to AGMC Green energency for pinched nerve. We were in and out I'm less then 1 hour with medicine to release the pain. Always great service at this location.

Pain mgmt dept in Fairlawn is in class by themselves. Patrick McIntyre MD is extremely competent who truly cares for his patients. He became a physician for the right reasons, help and heal not to enrich himself.

Emergency room doctors had to splint my broken ankle 3 times to get it right! Two interns did it wrong and then a doctor in charge did it. Another time doctor glued a wound on my finger that should have had stitches. Lazy? The glue came out before I got home. Go to Summa ER just down the street
