New dispensary building for Government employees with nice sitting arrangement. It is very neat and clean. Super senior citizens over 80 yrs get preference for medicine on priority basis.

Both the lifts are not working since long causing major problems to the senior citizens who have to climb up the stairs. It needs immediate attention. If this is the condition of the places where mostly patients go, what can we expect from other places. Pathetic services!!!

dirty toilets, filthy place ,mismanaged .ladies toilets locked for doctors use only. Printers not working.old people standing for hours. That is what you can expect from central government.Delhi Government is much better in everything.

Lot of rush. Please take online appointment to save time. The dispensary is for serving and retired central govt employees. Doctors are good but insufficient in numbers to handle rush. But that is true with all govt dispensaries and hospitals. Just bear and recover and come back to life.

It's shifted to Dwarka now from Mahavir enclave. Infront of RD Rajpal School. Nice building, AC lobby, lifts and sufficient seating arrangements on each floor. Though the main issue of crowd has still remained.

Be prepared to spend 2 to 3 hrs, navigating the ques, see the doctor, and then collect the medicines prescribed, if available. But the doctors deserve credit for trying to ensure that basic services are available.

This building has two elevators but none of them were working. Painful inconvenience for a facility which is frequented mainly by old and/or unwell people. Not to mention doctors' long tea breaks and overall inefficiency of the staff.
