The whole system seems extremely mismanaged. Staff apathetic, medicines unavailable. Patients, most of them senior citizens have to queue up from 6 am to get their medicines since only 150 people are issued tokens to collect the same. Someone needs to address the lacunae

Avoid this place if you are short of patience and really not keeping well - the web based system may keep you waiting - fails so frequently - may have to take appointments time and again - the docs are helpless - they are trying to cope with the system - even the users are also not accustomed to maintaining the decorum !!!
