fantastic experience! bought a ford focus two months ago had a great experience buying the car hassle free and no pressure which was great allowed freely to look around and the salesman was on hand to help when we needed it. Test drove two cars with a very good test drive route dealt with a guy called Jonathan who was very informative and received fantastic service from start to finish can not fault the experience have already recommended friends and family.

So the other day I picked up my 3rd car now from Motorline and once again they came through with the goods. I’ve now dealt with Raj twice and Sam once. Raj sold me my first ever car and every time I’ve bought from him he has made sure that when I was buying the car I wasn’t pushed into anything to quickly and wanted to make sure that the car was right for me. I couldn’t recommend Motorline anymore, they also have a massive variety on cars for sale from your small hatchbacks to your supercars/range rovers.

Not the greatest car buying experience!! The sales staff seemed very disinterested and not particularly personable or friendly. The car we looked at had a significant scratch (about 8 inches and fairly deep) at the rear, and the near side alloys were fairly badly scuffed! Despite that, my wife loved the car, however they would not consider repairing the scratch or adjusting the price to compensate (I would have considered buying the car at a slightly reduced price and getting my local body shop to repair it) - I could understand this attitude if the car was 10+ years old, but surprised at a garage being happy at selling a 3.5 year old car with significant damage on it?? They insisted that the price and trade in offer were fixed and that was it!! Left and went to another large local garage, where the service was poles apart!! Again small bit of scuffing, offered to reduce price in lieu of this or repair it, also offered 20% more trade in, staff were friendly, interested in us and in doing what was needed to get the sale!! They repaired the damage and we bought a lovely car elsewhere!!

I picked up my new car couple of weeks ago and I can't stop thinking about the fantastic experiece I had. This place is highly underrated in my eyes! I was looked after a very nice gentleman called Raj. From the moment I walked in, I was greated with a big smile and asked how my day was going. Then followed up by saying, 'if you need anything please let me know'. (This makes you feel at ease right away) I had a little browse, then approached Raj with my budget and what I was looking. He showed me what I wanted and also gave me other options to consider within my budget. Which I thought was very good and professional! No quick sales going on this place! Unlike other places. The whole process from start to finish was very quick, with Raj giving me regular updates on progress. The car was ready roughly a week later! Overall, I am very happy with the new car but more importantly the service and attention I received throughout! Raj you are a true asset to Motorline Direct. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Loads of negative reviews on here....and I agree with them. I purchased a car and had to drive it away on fumes as it had zero fuel. You pay 14k for a car and they can't even ensure you have fuel to get to the petrol station. They just didn't give a hoot. Car then developed countless problems within 6 months and they didn't want to know. After sales care was non existent and they refused to rectify the faults. Good job the Judge at the county court agreed with me. Absolute jokers.

The “salesmen” completely pigeonhole and dismiss you if you are/look young as they don’t believe you can afford what they’re selling. Their first questions weren’t about the car but how we were funding the purchase to which we had not decided yet. This didn’t mean we didn’t have the means to pay or have credit sorted elsewhere and they insisted we complete a credit check with them for their finance before we were allowed to test drive a car. We were told this was their standard procedure but there didn’t appear to be any other customer filing for a credit report or pre-organising their finances before even test driving. The salesman then tried to tell us that the FCA regulate them and that means they have to charge 9.9% APR which is a complete lie and one that was being said to avoid negotiation. Their sign says “no pressure sales” except we had been asked if we would put a deposit down and to agree to a credit check before even driving a car!! Absolute joke of a company that we will be avoiding

Sold me a car that had accident. Asked if it did, was told no and when I took it to 2 independent garages they both stated it's been in an accident and repaired really badly. Motorline claim its since as sold. Offering no recourse. Think twice before you purchase from them

After looking for a car for quite a while, a friend recommended Motorline Direct LTD to me, and i was shocked at the offering of cars they had that were only a few years old, and more importantly in my price range. Prior to this, I had been looking at private sellers, as I never thought that i would be able to afford a Seat Leon from a dealer, but with Motorline Directs competitively priced cars, and finance rates, i am now driving a newer Seat Leon, which i never thought i would be able to afford. I made an appointment with a Gary Hamilton to view a VW Golf GTE (Reg: NL16 NPP) today 13April 2019, he took my contact details, email and telephone number and informed if situation should change, he will alert me. Due to reading the online reviews where other costumers stated, on arrival the car they arranged to see was NOT on site, decided to contact MortorLine Drerect LTD to confirm the car I arrange to was on site for viewing. To my surprise, I was informed the car was not available, as the Golf GTEs are used for demo and my particular Golf GTE is now out with a company sales personal. The person I spoke to at MotorLine Direct (09:10 today 13 April 2019) was more concerned about defending their principal that these cars are used for Demo and also driven by the sales personal, he totally ignored the fact that I, the customer made an appointment on the 9 April 2019 to view this vehicle today (13 April 2019 between 12:00 - 14:00). Just imagine if I made this journey from London before contacting these people, I would be very justifiable to be absolutely upset!!! I have now come to the conclusion this company has Zero customer relationship, consideration and NO proper business process, therefore I believe its my duty to warn all prospective customer, to be aware, its NOT worth the risk approaching this company for any service!!

Initially OK - pointed us at the car we were interested in and let us have a look around, but then abandoned us there with our two small kids for over half an hour "looking at the car" (ie trying to keep kids entertained) whilst our salesman dealt with another customer. Tried to get another salesperson to let us test drive the car, but apparently that's not their policy, so we just had to wait. And wait. Didn't seem to care that we were going to leave and they would miss out on a sale... so we just left. Perhaps business is booming and they don't need the money.

This is a complete waste of time I called earlier and let them know that I am coming to buy a Audi Q7 once I arrived the car was in poor. Condition (dents , scratches.) throughout the car, even so the tires had no tread on them and were illegal, the prices are fixed and there is no negotiating even if car has damage on it . On the phone I was told price can be reduced if damage is shown . The salesman just wanted to go home rather then selling the cars and was extremely rude . And then the biggest problem is that none of their cars are drivable on the day and takes the a minimum of 7 days to get ready after a £250 deposit & £99 admin fee (says £70 on website) This is also not written on their website overall complete waste of time DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

Was told the car is for sale when I called, she even confirmed if it's ready, said it was. My dad happened to call at the same time who was also told the cars ready. Drove 1.5 hours to Motorline Direct and was told the car is not for sale due to gearbox issues.... Could have told us that on the phone??? While walking out the salesman asked where we are from. When we said where we are from, the reaction was "You didn't come from there, you would not have got here so quick".. What kind of proffessionalisim is that??? PS. I have a recording of the phone conversation. Managers are more than welcome to request it.

Very rude service. I got told about the stupid car sales mans (Raj I think his name was) 30k car and got ignored while I asked questions. They didn't know where the car I was looking for was and sent me to the wrong place, they didn't know the mileage on the car I looked at. I even called before I came and I still got ignored, not like they work of commission or anything. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend going there. The car had marks and scratches and I was told they had no workshop and they wouldn't work on price even though the car was overpriced and scratched.

My mum has £6500 in cash to spend on a car today and no current car due to an RTC (so she is in need of one) and had narrowed her choice down to 3 cars (all belonging to motorline) The salesmen on the phone said he was under his managers instructions to not let her test drive the cars without a commitment to buy! Absolutely disgusting to try and make someone agree to spending that amount of money without even seeing the product only makes you wonder what their customer service would be like when they actually have your money in their pocket!

Rang and spoke twice to Raj about the car. On the day I rang I asked is there anything I should be aware of, have you checked the car over as I am coming from a distance. He said yes everything is perfect. When I arrived I was shocked to see the silver Golf I came to see was covered in over 15 scratches and marks! Unbelievable. His excuse, well it is second hand. Poor service, a muppet of a sales man, avoid!

So I spend not a small amount of money just to get a very unfriendly, arrogant service from the salesman, all of them. When I rang a week after I have paid the deposit to see if car was ready for collection, they said it was, the next day turns out MOT is still not done. Also as a working person I can only pick up the car on weekends and as turns out they can't check if I have made a transfer on the weekends so I end up waiting two weeks to pick up the car. When i said i would transfer money before they close, i got told back that its 17.50 and they close at 18 so they won't be waiting. If they didn't have the car I wanted I would never have any business with this lot of losers!

I found the salesman rude . I work in sales myself and wouldn’t ever make a customer feel like a number. I wasn’t offered to sit down . The car I went to view hadalloy curbing and needed a new run flat tyre , £300 worth of fixtures which I was told they are sold as seen . I got offered cap below on my car despite being in excellent condition. I asked to speak with amanager and was told he wouldn’t want to speak with me as I’m a customer ! If you are after an old fashioned selling process with the Mindset of take it or leave it then come here !

I have recently just purchased my new car from Motorline Direct and all I can say is they are brilliant! The salesman we dealt with could not of done any more to help us, we had an idea of a car we wanted and he bent over backwards to make us happy with our final decision. In fact from first arriving onsite to leaving, each employee we saw and met were all professional and very friendly. It was a quick and pleasant transaction and 5 days later we was able to drive away in our new car. The choice of cars they have onsite is great and we have already recommended for our family and friends to pay them a visit. We cannot thank you enough for the great service we received.

Buying a car is a pretty straightforward task, you choose the one you want, test drive it, haggle and then buy it, however, aftersales service is more key to me than buying the car itself. This is where Sadie at Motorline Direct excelled and showed just how much a non-main dealer garage treats you more personally. I bought a Chrysler 300C 6 weeks ago, a car I had spent years searching for and Motorline Direct had a beautiful example of this car. I decided I would have the extended warranty as used cars are just as likely to go wrong as a new car, this came to my rescue when the alternator went on the car. I phoned Sadie and she said if I could get the car to them (I live in Rugby) then they would sort it out for me, this wasn't possible so she said I could get the car done locally and the warranty would cover the work. She called me twice a day for updates, she spoke to the warranty company, she spoke to the garage direct to confirm the work and chase its progress. Sadie showed empathy and compassion for her customer and not once saw me as an inconvenience. I have bought used cars from other garages and they can’t get you off the forecourt quick enough, they just see pound signs and hope you'll never come back. Motorline Direct care for everyone who spends their hard earned money, I would say that Sadie and the company went that extra mile, I would definitely recommend them and intend to buy my cars from them in the future.

Brought a car from here a couple of months ago. When i test drove the car i noticed the rear discs needed doing and was told they would be done with a service and MOT'd before i picked it up. When i picked the car up the rear discs had been changed along with two new front tires. Driving the car back the brakes weren't very good which i expected as it had new disc's and they would probably bed in. After 400 miles they were still quite bad and whilst having to do a emergency stop from 70 mph the car nose dived but didn't stop, luckily i changed lanes and avoided an impact with a car in front. left me the wife and our 3 kids a little shook up. Took the car to VW for an inspection and they told me the rear pads were only making 20-25% contact with the rear disc's. The brakes were stripped and found they had used the old pads on new disc's. I understand that company's have to penny pinch to save money on things but for the price of pads with new disc's which if they had told me and Gripped about it anyway i would of paid the extra for new ones. Don't penny pinch on safety. Shame as the sale's people are nice and you can take all the time you need to make a decision on your purchase. Left a bitter taste after that experience.

brought mercedes c class c300 hybrid from this garage i found the best service in uk i ever seen. nobody will beat their service!!! they helped me with everything i would vary strong recomment this garage. they not just receive money and send you away like most garages do or like. They listen you after also if you got any issues or anything all stars for this shepshed garage.????????????
