Buying a car is pretty nerve wrecking, especially if you’ve been saving for some time. I got the car I’ve been holding out for, for some time and really recommend Chris and his business. I would recommend Sparrow Hill Cars to friends and will visit in future. So far my car has been great, it required a fix which the dealership took care of and I’m looking forward to driving it!

I have just purchased a car from Sparrow Hill and I have to say it, they were fantastic. The service i received was second to none. I wanted quality, efficiency and a good deal and that is exactly what I received. I am really impressed. One piece of advice I would give to people viewing their cars online, don't make your judgement on the pictures alone, go and see the car you like because I found that the pics online were nothing like the quality of the car it was a hundred times better. Great job Sparrow hill I will buy from you again.

Initially happy with the sales experience , in the middle of covid 19 was still made to feel very welcome by the salesman and happy with the appraisal and price for my p/x by the owner , however after experiencing problems 6 weeks in to my new vehicle on the motorway returning from wales to Birmingham the vehicle went into limp mode , I contacted them saying I could not find any warranty documents in my vehicle file to which they replied did I purchase one , at no point was it inferred that the vehicle only came with 30 days warranty (std consumer rights). Every car I've ever bought from a dealer came with a std 3 month warranty so didn't question at point of sale and feel that if this was made clear my decision to buy could of been different . Garage said because I'm not local it would be better for me to get it looked at locally or they could look at it clear faults to see if they reoccur and if they did they may be able to look at it at cost if a simple fix , I've since had the car diagnosed locally and found EGR and DPF fault codes but have lost faith in returning the car to sparrow hill for repairs and have decided not to be a repeat customer in future Update : the power steering rack has now gone 8 weeks in ( been leaking for while I'm told now failed) obvs not spotted at their Mot or service , can't drive car, no offer of recovery, this car is costing me a fortune

Excellent service on car purchase and part exchange, would highly recommend this family firm. All you have to is choose a car and tax it (£0 for Fiesta Ecoboost!), they do everything else! They service and MOT the new car, including any advisory faults thrown up by the MOT, and deal with the paperwork for both vehicles. First time purchase from a dealer, very good experience.

Would have given you 5 stars. Don't get me wrong the car we brought is lovely ,but to end up in the garage four months down the line after paying quite a bit of money for the car we have now ended up with a £580 bill to get repairs done,which should have been checked by you before selling the car to a family. I think you need to look at extending your warranties to at least six months or more as we do not think three months is enough.

STAY AWAY Martin sold me a car at asking price, I did not haggle at all to get the price down. LESS than 28 days later the water pump had broken and head gasket was on the way out. I politely returned the car and asked for a refund, which I was entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Disgusting that such a 'reputable' garage a) treats customers like this and b) doesn't offer a warranty of any sort. Guess you can't offer a warranty though if you sell bodge job cars. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. NOT WOTH YOUR TIME AND EFFORT.

Sold me a car with a sympathetic mot! Only just found out today taking it for its mot! Every brake pipe was badly corroded putting my wife and daughters life at risk everyday. Now it's going to cost me 500 to put right. He left the new mot he gave me completely blank with no advisories. I know this because I checked the cars previous mot's on the .gov check mot database website.

I have just travelled 471 miles back from here after buying a pick up and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I live in northern Aberdeenshire. Throughout our interactions, they were open and honest and gave both the good points and bad points about the truck. They were happy to fulfill my requests for extra pictures as I was traveling so far.
