We bought our new car recently from these guys. There very friendly, approachable and happy to serve. The car We bought has been a great purchase. It's clean and running really well. Before we drove away the person that dealt with us went through everything within the vehicle so We knew where everything was situated. He showed us the extra little things to do as I'd never driven this type of car before. He made sure we were confident and happy before we drove away. He was happy to spend time with us to make sure we were really happy to buy the car and had no questions before leaving the forecourt. We also had some questions a few days later and they were very helpful with those too. My husband and I couldn't recommend them enough, we've been really happy and would say if yiur looking for a new car go see them and were sure that you'll find what your looking for, if they don't have the car it wouldn't be wasted time though because the person who sold us the car was lovely. He was happy to sit and chat, answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. He told us a little about the company and seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted as customers. He was also definitely a car man, he knew what he was talking about and knew exactly our wants and needs. I'm quite sure if he didn't have what we wanted in stock he gave the impression that he would have been happy to spend time trying to get what we wanted that's how he came across. Even the staff that weren't looking after us were smiling, happy and greeted us in a friendly manner. To look at our car we went through the garage area and that was very clean, not like some garages where there's grease and oil all over. They seemed to really care about the business and cleaned the garage, showrooms and forecourt areas regularly. Really nice comp. Highly recommended!! ???? ????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dean and Will who own and run AutoSport car showrooms in Loughborough, made my buying a car from them extremely easy and reassuring that I was buying from a reputable trader. The whole process of buying a car during times when the normal buying process of test driving and inspection was not possible did give me concerns, but I soon realised that buying from these guys I needn't have any worries. Just bought our 8th car in 22 years (total spent £38,500) from this dealer and the customer service has always been exemplary. They always listen to what you want and don't try to sell you something else. If you tell them what you want and your budget they will go and find a car to match. They are very professional, very polite and couldn't be more helpful. Of the eight cars we have bought we have never, ever had any reason to complain, with prices always reasonable and cars of a very high standard. I have no family links with this company and have not received any financial incentive to make this review. They just do more than it says on the tin!

I bought a VW caddy from here last Friday and I'd like to share with all my experience. Absolutely amazing service. Purchased an Audi TT and the service from start to finish was excellent, which is a rarity these days. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it is clear it's a much loved family business. I am over the moon with my car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this car seller and I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a car from here a few weeks ago, I found the customer service second to none and would like to single out Will for his consummate professionalism.

Purchased a ford focus in June of this year. The car was mot'd and serviced for me although adviseries on mot regarding tyres were not carried out. The car was clean but smells inside which we can't seem to get ride of. I keep getting low battery warning which they tell me is normal for fords. Salesman very friendly at time of purchase . Would I purchase again from them probably not but

Cannot rate them enough, was always able to get in touch with them while waiting to pick up my new car. Amazing customer service. Will wasn’t pushy at all when I went for a test drive and after purchasing my car from Autosport I had a few niggles which Will sorted out straight away. The aftercare was great. Can’t recommend this car enough!

Bought a car here last month, friendly and quick service, however soon discovered an oil leak. I know a mechanic who did the work (cheaper than a garage would charge) and I sent over the bill and they paid for it straight away as agreed so thank you. Not sure how extensive the 60-point inspection is given the oil leak went 'unnoticed' and brake fluid needed changing urgently but other than that love the car.

Always a friendly and helpful team. Great service and quality products. Even if there's a problem, they'll go out of their way to look after good and loyal customers.

This sales garage has a good selection of used cars for sale. Staff are helpful and polite.

Far too pushy, assumed I was buying the car the moment I started looking at it and had to be told no in no uncertain terms before getting the message. Only visit if you are prepared to be push sold a vehicle.

Excellent customer service, needed new pads for my wife’s car which was sorted immediately and competitively priced. Good choice of used cars and would have no hesitation buying from this family run garage.

Went to see a ford Focus zetec S in silver was told mechanically car is good order on test drive found that kept jumping out of gear 2 Will the salesman kept insisting that i wasnt doing it right in the end blamed it upon my driving so i insisted it his dad the boss was to drive he found exactly the same issue as me Will is an arrogant pushysalesman who would blame it upon your driving not his own just wanted the money i had left deposit which they first declined saying they had prepped the car for my sale i stated that i was told the car mechanically was very good eventually deposit was refunded avoid this place or only deal with the gaffer
