Nice staff, nice cars, always known friends and family who have purchased a car here have purchased quality, just didn't have what I was looking for when I visited and by no means is this a discredit. Definitely worth a visit if you see what you like online.

We bought a nice car from here for my father-in-law.

Bought a 530gt 6 months ago and did a fair few miles before I posted this review. Car is brilliant, just as described, no hidden surprises. Had it checked in local specialist and he confirmed that the car is sound. Seller was amazing and nice. Would recommend.

Makesure you take a mechanic or someone who knows about cars before purchasing, as most of these cars are run down from previous owners who have bought cars in a exchange, majority of people get new cars because the ones they have are run down or showing signs of serious problems. The owner appears to be genuine but unfortunatly he is over run by his lackys who are very dodgy, who will make the car out to be the best thing you will buy knowing the car has serious problems and they will take great deal of time to cover it all up. Also they will get you to get a mot from a garage in Leicester, who gives dodgy certificates. Buyers be cautious. Also makesure you keep receipt of purchase as speeding ticket came for car purchased from here and they tried to say i had the car in date of offence but luckily i had proof of purchase which THEY also had and should of checked before replying to the speeding office or contacting me but decided to tell the speeding office they did not have the car on this day, even had the nerve to call me and express sorrow that unfortunatly a speeding ticket had come for car after the sale to myself. Luckily i checked all dates before replying to the ticket and their answer was " somebody must of cloned the plates"????????????. The car purchased has now been checked properly and i was told alot of serious dangerous problems where apparent on the vehicle which should most definetly of showed up on the MOT ( garage of there choice). Very good with their mouths but along with this very sly and dodgy. Like i said the lackys are the ones running this be careful of the older guy with the moustach and younger guy with glasses. One thing you cant fool is KARMA. SNM.

Been to a few car dealerships these past few weeks, but this is the best by far. The owner is genuine and polite and will go above and beyond for his customers.

Me and my dad went to look at a car. We didn't buy it in the end but the man was very nice, let us look over the car in our own time and let us test drive it as well. All in all they seemed very polite and honest

Ask plenty of questions about the condition of the vehicle you're interested in before travelling. I didn't expect a £9k car to have a worn out and ripped driver's seat and three different brands of tyre fitted, amongst other things not mentioned or shown in the Auto Trader listing.

I travelled from Sheffield after calling the day before being told he was open at 10, turned up he was closed, rung him and told to wait 5 mins, waited half an hour then rung again to be told 5 minutes more, in the end we left after waiting a hour in total and wasteing 3 travelling down, dont recommend

I purchased a vehicle from this garage in October 2018 a Nissan Micra 1.2 Automatic 03 plate for my son biggest mistake I made. There were a few untruthful discrepancies in the advert which I pointed out and I purchased the vehicle due to time constraints. The 2 offside tyres weeks after the purchase which my mechanic pointed out to me were split at the side walls, then the vehicle failed to start due to one of the sensors failing in December, then I had to have the engine cleaned out as there was solid dried oil inside the engine itself which gave poor mpg, I now have to replace the engine sensors. Since purchase there has been something or the other wrong with this vehicle. I am no mechanic, but I would advise if you are going to purchase a vehicle from this particular garage and have little knowledge of vehicles to take a mechanic with you and get the vehicle thoroughly checked before parting with your cash as you will be at a loss like myself. I wrote this review not our of maliciousness, but to warn decent hardworking individuals so they do not go through the financial and inconvenience as I have done due to buying an un roadworthy vehicle that is falling apart week after week. When I purchased the vehicle in October 2018 i said to the trader/owner I will pay you the asking price as long as there are no advisories on the Mot. We shook hands and the car was sold with an Mot clean bill of health no advisories. I have recently been made aware by my mechanic the bushes were shredded and the wishbones were worn making the car dangerous I asked if this was something which could have happened in my ownership and I was told these things were worn when I purchased the vehicle and the Mot garage gave the vehicle no advisories despite these items being in a poor state. I spoke to the trader/owner who agreed to repair the issues highlighted but refused to take the car back. Why would they agree to fix the issues of they were in the right, as the car was out of the 3 month warranty. I have reported the Mot garage to VOSA. The trader /owner said he has lost business due to my review and I told him if he is going to sell poor quality cars and rip people off then he will get honest poor quality reviews. My advice is if you buy a vehicle from this garage have it checked by an independent mechanic straight away within 28 days so VOSA can do something about it. If you go beyond 28 days then your at a loss. I definitely won't be a returning customer in my life time and neither will my family, friends and colleagues. I just scrapped this vehicle a few weeks ago after having it parked up for the last couple of years. I paid £2000 for a piece of scrap which was sold with a questionable MOT showing this vehicle to be perfect.

I bought a 7 seater Toyota Corolla verso, I was told it's ac is in working condition but in Sumer when turned ac on it was dead. New gas was filled. And car price was too expensive..

I got my car in the august told it was in mint condition so they put it through an mot and a service when I got it home after 2 weeks the coolant kept saying empty when I took it to a garage the radiator was bust the warranty wouldn’t cover it so I took it back Ashby autos and told them to fix it which they did I picked it up the same night for when I was driving to work the car to go bang the pipe hadn’t been fitted properly and needed to go back... 1 week later my tyre went flat after having a slow puncture from the start to find a slash in the tyre I took it to a mechanic that drove the car and said there’s 2 noises from this car one from the pipe they should have fixed but have made a bodge of it so not to pay additional money then the springs have gone.... absolutey disgusted with them after they sold me this mint condition car I’ve done nothing but spend money on this car... Avoid like the plague if I were you con men !!!!!
