This is my first car purchase that was completely my decision, everyone tried to warn me not to do this online but I took a leap of faith and have been so happy with this decision. The service I have received from Tom from start to finish has been excellent, every single question has been answered and any issues I had he instantly resolved. Every single mad question has been answered with professionalism and expertise- I would recommend purchasing through this company that have made so many brilliant alterations to the sales process in order to be able to operate during a lockdown. The car was delivered in a timely fashion and the fact it has a 14-day money-back guarantee for any manufacturing defects really put your mind at ease. It makes me happy to see how well a company has adapted to the change in buying and selling cars, its a great lesson for their competitors.

I went to Yes Car for help with selling my car, they was more than happy to assist me. They put a new MOT and also serviced it along with a few touch ups on the paint work, this is all helped with an easy sale and was sold within two weeks! Great experience from start to finish with Yes car. I was made aware they are only operating Click and collect in the current climate, I was sent in depth videos of the car along with pictures of all the service history and told i had to pay for the car in full before collection. I was very sceptical but yes car delivered, the Mercedes is exactly as described. I Will definitely be going back for my next and recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Yes car.
