In short I decided to pull out of the vehicle purchase and I was concerned that I would lose some or all of my deposit. However Dash Cars Ltd have a 14 day refund promise so I need not have worried, my deposit was returned in full within 2 days, so you can buy with confidence. Salesman Steve proved to be open and trustworthy throughout. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

This is the 3rd car we have had from Dash. Absolutely fantastic customer service, quality cars and great affordable prices. Their finance option is really affordable, without paying back thousands in interest. We bought our first car from Dash almost 6 years ago and our daughter bought her 1st car from there 4 years ago. Reliable vehicles that have never given us any problems. Reassuring when it's your 1st ever vehicle. Would recommend Dash 100%.

Absolutely brilliant. It is a very difficult thing to find a garage who are honest and helpful, and when we moved to Loughborough we have been through a fair few who are patronising, refuse to show the work that's been done or who make up invoices on the spot. Dash cars however understand that having loyal repeat customers is worth far more than ripping people off who will never come back!
Despite the garage usually being busy my partner and I always find them helpful, willing to go the extra mile to explain what they have done and why, and have even told us on occasion what we could do ourselves at home!
As much as I'm sure no one looks forward to an MOT or having repair work done on their car, I never begrudge a bill from these folks because I know they're being honest.
Thoroughly recommend, and if I was in the market for another car I would be sure to start with them.

After almost 3 decades of successful trading in the motor trade, Dash Cars totally break the mould of The stereotypical ‘2nd hand car salesperson’ experience that we are all told to avoid at all costs. The standard of customer service and trustworthy reputation they have gained in the industry undoubtedly speaks for itself and is testament to the success and longevity of the business and is obviously why customers return. I highly recommend Dash Cars above any other independent or corporate in the country and wouldn’t use anybody else

Misdiagnosed a fault...charged £270 for me to drive away in exactly the same state I took it in. Would not accept any responsibility. Got it fixed at another garage who diagnosed the issue straight away no problem. This garage wanted to charge another £300 + parts on top if what I had already paid! Would not recommend.

Staff are friendly,your allowed to take test drives unattended.i bought my latest car from here,all is good appart from the paintwork has deteriorated on the rear so watch out for poor resprays.

Good service at the time of buying, but within the first year experienced problems with the car that the warranty unhelpfully didn't cover. The warranty wasn't worth purchasing. After taking the car to my regular mechanic I was told that it was in terrible condition and was advised to sell it before a number of major problems started to emerge. Really disappointed and wouldn't use again.

I am not happy with the car I bought here as I have to spend £1000 more as they would not repair it. The car looks nice from the outside, the body, the motor, engine and everything has worn down and Steve and Sharon would not repair it. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from Dash Cars as you would be wasting your money. Warranty is a waste of money.

Had horrible experience. It took only 5 month to scrap the used car from this garage. Warranty was even not registered due to 'mistake' of the staff. It is amazing how people experience similar things at the same garage.

Do not do it I had a car 2 day later power steering failed going round a sharp corner with my little girl in the car the car turned out to be a money pit and now I have a car that I have had less then a year with so many new parts that needs a new engine and is dead disgusted I wanted a car that could be reliant for going back and forth to work and taking daughter to the hospital but ended up with the car what does not work no more and I have had to get another car which adds more expense please do not go avoid like the plague
