Were do I Start, from start to finish Ed has been great went well out of his way to rush the vehicle through for me and even deliver it to my door step, there was no pressure throughtout the whole process. I can not knock the guy or his business. Yes there was a few teething issues with the vehicle but Ed was on it due to the distance he told me to take it to the garage and he footed the bill no questions asked. One of the best and interesting buying experiences I have had, and I have bought some cars over the years Thanks Again Ed and wish you the best of luck in the future.

Right. Can't complain about the sale service as they did everything they could for me to leave as soon as possible with the car... The car is a bmw 3 series. It was running all good until 2 months into it when it started misfiring and playing up in the mornings.. I've contacted them about it. They advised that to bring it in as they sort all the warranty work there. At the same time I've been advised it could be a coil pack. Living so far from them it wasn't worth traveling all the way for a 25 quid coil pack. And advised the guy i was speaking with of this. And was fine for it to be done here. That didn't solve the problem. So a set of new spark plugs have been fitted by a qualified mechanic. However, that didn't sort it either. So when i went back to them they were like.. oh sorry, I'm going to void the warranty as someone worked on the car. At that point i was so fed up with it that i didn't even cared about them doing it or not.. so after a while, the car has been taken to bmw to finally be fixed. And the bill wasn't healthy (££££). I wouldn't normally leave a review like this but they have traced the fault upon my request dating since before I've purchased the vehicle. So in essence I've bought a banger for much more money than it was worth (with this issue being present). 5 star to the sale service. But 1star for the car.. would not buy again from there.

Great service at point of sales. Did have an issues with car before purchasing it the idrive on BMW I bought wouldn't let me connect my phone just came up with error message saying please go to local BMW garages I have now gone to BMW garages they saying gonna cost £100 for a diagnostic test. I contact R U Cars asking if they would pay towards cost of this issues as wasnt working when bought car off them they just dont want know and refused pay towards it. I wouldn't ever buy car off R U cars ever again. After this experience.

Bought my skoda from Ed. He's spot on. An honest garage. Arrived and was offered a hot or cold drink. Then left to my own devices to go over the car. A test drive was no bother and it was a decent drive. Long enough and on national speed limits so you can really see what the car is a bout and if there are any issues.
He got the car motd before my collection. Tyres were an advisory. He put a full set of tyres on for me (i didnt have to ask for this, he just did it).
I dont buy cars just on the the quality of the car. The qualities of the person im buying from also play a big part. The car was great! So was Ed!
I have no issues buying another car from them

Do not hesitate to buy from this lovely family business. I was looked after from the moment I arrived after seeing one of their vehicles on the web. My treasured 206 was written off in an accident and so I wasn't in the best frame of mind to buy another car but I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived. There is no pushy salesmanship, no hard sell, you just take it at your own pace. I brought a beautiful 307 Cabriolet from them but they realised before pick up that the CD player wasn't working properly so they delayed the pick up and got it all sorted out for me so I didn't have to make a second trip. Most garages would not have bothered about the player not working in the first place so this shows the level of care. Really cannot recommend more highly.

Just the nature of the beast EXCUSE my pun lol, anyway the point I'm trying to make is R U CARS tick the boxes.... the presentation of the vehicle I purchased was amazing I instantly was drawn to the car (TT) and Ed and his team was great, they left me to it to look round the car in my own time, wasn't any pushy sales
Which aloud me to look round the car without disturbance which was exactly what I needed, Iv took the time to leave a review on google and auto trader because I think these guys simply are doing a great job and it was great dealing with them....

Fantastic outfit start to finish... Rang ealy in the week about a Lexus IS250 that was for sale.
Travelling from Cumbria it was a long 3.5hr train journey and unfortunately missing the first train made life a lot harder.
Thankfully RU Cars were happy to stay open for us arriving later than planned (around 6pm we arrive on Friday evening) and after a good long chat and a lovely coffee we signed some paperwork and the deal was done, but from start to finish i have nothing but praise, by far one of the best second hand car dealerships i've dealt with.
Cars are all very highly specced and in fantastic condition throughout... no hard sale required as the cars simply sell themselves.
Any marks or imperfections where pointed out instantly upon arrival, would certainly deal with again!

I bought my Jaguar X type from Ed. I was sceptical at first of a back street garage but this place is special. I was greated by Eds mum and she allowed time to view at leisure. Ed's dad took me for a drive and tried very hard to be honest and genuine. If there was a mark or fault they told me up front and were very helpful. I have had issues with the car since buying and don't get me wrong, these things do happen and it is unlucky but Ed has been helpful and put himself out to rectify. I have worked in the motor industry for along time at main dealers but this family friendly little garage could educate the bigger dealers. Not often I would recommend a garage but these make you feel like part of the family, not just a buying opportunity. Thank you - Nick

I purchased an 2004 3.2 Audi TT from Eddie at R U Cars and couldn't have asked for better service, after talking me through the car and it's history, he took me for a test drive and explained every aspect of the TT and I couldn't wait to take it away.
Eddie was not happy with how dirty the car was upon my arrival and offered to have the car cleaned and valleted, without me even mentionig a thing. I would recommend R U Cars to anyone looking for a well maintained car from a dealer who has genuine interest in cars in all aspects, very welcoming family and great service.
