Great product and service.
I ordered a Victoria Metal Kitchen Stool, Solid Elm Wood on the Monday and it arrived on Tuesday morning.
The stool itself was stylish and well-made. I happened to order the dark wood seat which, although nice looking, was a bit dark for my floor.
Customer service were super helpful and swapped it for the lighter one within two days. I've know got a perfect kitchen stool.
Would recommend.

I am very happy with my purchase. I got a nice and beautiful Arm Chair to read, it is very comfortable. Nice mirror, mustard lamp, colourful rug and a frame. Everything matches and my room looks beautiful and very cozy. Customer Service was very helpful and efficient. Amanda was very attentive with me and gave me all the suport helping me track my order. I highly recommend Cult Furniture.

I recently bought an Office chair and the delivery when very smoothly and the item was very well packaged.
I did have to contact them as I needed advice on the chair. A very helpful and pleasant lady took my call and asked me to submit a video of the problem. This was shown to their quality control department who said they would return my email ASAP. Within a few days I received a very detailed explanation of the issue and there was not an issue.
Most company's would say yes it's fine but Cult insured that their customer was given a detailed report. A very high standard that you don't normally get these days.
l definitely will buy from them again and can highly recommend this company.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I bought four bar stools, one of which arrived with a warped frame, likely damaged in transit - the customer service team were easy to reach and very helpful. A replacement item arrived days later with easy communication throughout to arrange collection of the damaged item. I'm really happy with the product. They look high quality and smart, the sleek design is just what I wanted. Highly recommend, and I'll be using Cult Furniture in the future!

My search for a aesthetically pleasing office chair is over, at last! Looks good, comfy yet supportive for a day of video calls, practical (it moves up and down)...I love it! Great customer service when we had to swap when we tried a dining chair that wasn't suitable. Very happy!

Delivery was very quick, despite the lockdown. Couple of them had a slight scratch and when I call the customer service, they immediately replaced them without any trouble. Thank you for you great service :)

I have ordered several pieces of furniture from Cult Furniture with fantastic result. Their deliveries have arrived quickly and in good shape, the chairs have arrived assembled which has made life very easy. On the occasion that I didn’t to return something simply because it didn’t fit my space, their customer service has been ridiculously good and they have made the return very simple. I recommend this brand to my friends all the time and consider it sort of a best kept secret of sorts. Think the secret is out...

I ordered 3 Nova stools in Mustard and was told delivery would be 4th April, after I had to chase the order for delivery I was told these were not in stock as advertised and had to wait a further 3 weeks for them, when I finally got them, one of the stools legs was badly rusted and wrong fittings to put together. I contacted cult furniture to ask what the procedure was to get this fault sorted, to the stool their reply was sorry but we don’t have any of these stools in stock and we have no back order, so the only option was a 20% discount on the chair that is rusty no offer to collect and refund, how can you not have any In Stock when I have only just received them and contacted you the day I received them, surely you didn’t just order 3 from your supplier?

Simply one of the two best customer service I ever experienced. We bought two ghost chairs (we bought a few from different companies but these are the best), one arrived scratched, it was swapped in 3 days: emails, timing, kindness, high professionalism through all the chain. There should be an option to give zero stars. We ordered items a month ago which showed 7 to 10 day delivery dates. After several calls and promises that items had been dispatched 2 weeks ago, then 1 week ago, still nothing arrived. This company takes your money but doesn't send furniture. Avoid.

Ordered three stalls which we absolutely loved but had a few issues after a bit of a hefty email process I received a telephone call from the manager today who speedily rectified the situation and went above and beyond to make up for inconveniences caused. Hopefully resolution is now on the way as the products and the ranges stocked are gorgeous.

Called CS to ask a question last week, they were really helpful and friendly.
Ordered 4 dining chairs on Thursday and they were delivered on Wednesday, packaged really well, pre-assembled, not a scratch! Excellent quality and beautiful design.

Bought two lights online! They arrived really promptly! Unfortunately there was a manufacturers fault with one light. However, thanks to the best customer service ever my query was dealt with straight away (despite it being lockdown and the actual shop closed). Nothing was too much trouble, a collection courier and refund was arranged straight away!

After waiting for stock to arrive we were notified of availability and ordered immediately. Very quick delivery... less than 48 hours. Very pleased with the stools and worth the wait. We had a small problem which was dealt with immediately by Cult and a replacement sent straight away. Couldn’t fault the service or the quality of the product and will definitely use again!

Their furniture is lovely in design and quality but their customer service has been second to none when dealing with some issues I’ve had with a product. Their customer service has been extremely prompt and they have sorted the issue immediately. I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of service.

I ordered a chair off the Cult Furniture website, but accidentally ordered the wrong colour! So I emailed the customer service team in the hope that I could get the colour changed before they processed my order. I received a prompt reply from Anna who was extremely friendly and polite and confirmed that she would contact the warehouse and get the colour changed. I received the chair a couple days later and I absolutely love it!! Anna even emailed once the chair had been delivered to make sure everything was ok. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had, fast delivery, and beautiful furniture that is worth the money! Would definitely recommend, and purchase from Cult in the future! I ordered few items last August, It took them ages to send us some of the order, I am still waiting for a mirror!! Although I have sent many emails to ask for a refund, the team hasn’t been able to reply, refund us or simply send us the mirror. The worst service ever!!

I purchased the Emily desk chair and its fair to say it is not a luxury chair by any standards and is not what you expect when purchasing a chair that price. None of the holes line up correctly on the chair attachment to the legs and trying to screw the black back piece is a nightmare as the black plastic is too bulky for the tiny screws. I am very disappointed in this purchase .
Edit: Although I gave this a One star previously, i have amended it to a four due to the speedy response back and for the resolvement of the issues concerning the chair. This has shown me that they are very professional and take issues seriously. I am willing to try this shop again with hopefully a much more positive experience.

A first time visit to the showroom & was very impressed. The store was clean & well laid out. Most of all the Sales Associate was very helpful and enthusiastic about the brand. She was knowledgeable about the products & their suitability for the look I was trying to create. She gave realistic lead times given the current situation. Unfortunately, the dining table I liked online wasn’t in store but I got a sense of the quality which was fair given the prices and the plentiful stylish options at different price points. I will definitely make a purchase given this visit. I think the firm should open showrooms in North, East & West London to drive business. An excellent first impression. Well done.

Purchased a really gorgeous grey boucle stool. It arrived in good time but sadly one of the legs was a wee bit short and couldn't be adjusted. I emailed the company (Ayshea was brilliant!) and the stool was collected and replaced the next day! The new stool is fab and wobble free. I think the way a firm handles a customer concern speaks volumes about their values, so I am very happy to recommend Cultfurniture.

A is for Appalling. Appalling Experience. Appalling quality. Appalling refund process. Ordered 7 items. 5 had to be returned as faulty. Butterfly Chair which we were so excited to receive arrived with a completely crooked frame. Bar stools couldn't be screwed together as holes in wrong place. Bedside table couldn't be put together as frame crooked. All accepted as faulty and returned. But not without multitudes of email exchanges and requests which went into a black hole.

I absolutely adore this chair that I have accessorized with a Jackson Pollock inspired print cushion. The teal colour is extremely rich and on trend, the material is plush velvet and it's so comfortable too. All this for a really affordable price! I bought a two foldable butterfly chairs from cult furniture and it arrived promptly, however the first chair arrived in a box that had been through the wars when I opened it what was meant to be a brand new chair was anything but. So I contacted cult furniture and they have offered me a refund so I will be returning the chair as soon as they sort this out. I have also requested that they refund me on the other chair as II bought as a pair and have no need of a single. I am currently waiting for a response but thus far they have been ok. Strange enough I bought these online not knowing that this is a shop that I have been using for years and their service in store over the years has been very good. lets see how this end but I hold hope and have great optimism. I will update when all over
