I bought the Ultimo Futon Mattress futon from Futons Online, and had my first night sleep, I been travelling and sleeping in many different places, countries and different beds, and never knew that something as comfortable have ever exist. Can not describe what it feels like sleeping on it, but probably that must be what heavens feel like, and I usually never write reviews but this futon is definitely the best investment I have ever made, and anyone who's reading I could only say - look no further.
I also got to meet Keith personally and he's been extremely helpful and patient with me, Im very truly grateful.

The sofa itself is lovely. Sadly the customer service from Futons Online was less lovely.
Before ordering the sofa we were told “the lead time is 6-7 weeks from the manufacturer and about 4 working days to me (futons online) from their warehouse”. The minute we paid for the sofa (on 26th October) we were told the delivery would be “in the region of 7+ weeks”. We then heard nothing for a month until I chased on 27th November to ask for an update on the expected delivery date, at which point we were informed that the sofa was due to be shipped to the UK on 9th January - this was almost 11 weeks after we ordered the sofa (which we had wanted for Christmas). There was no apology, no explanation and no sense that we should have been proactively informed about this earlier.
This essentially sets the scene for the ongoing saga that continued until the sofa was finally delivered to us on 24th February, more than 17 weeks after we ordered it. I spent months chasing to get updates, trying to understand where our sofa was and why there was a delay. We were sent endless excuses about COVID, brexit etc. None of which was a valid excuse m, as COVID was already in existence when we placed the order, so any delays due to this should have been accounted for at the start and the sofa should have arrived with us before Brexit came into place, so again, not a valid reason.
Futons online had £1.7k of our money for 4 months. The communication from them was almost non existent and their telephone manner poor. When the sofa finally arrived in the UK we were only given 30 minutes notice that it was about to be delivered to us. The boxes containing our sofa were unceremoniously dumped on us, despite having been offered that the sofa would be assembled for us to make up for the huge delays and lack of communication - this had been forgotten about. We were then offered a partial refund for our troubles and were refunded the princely sum of £50...

The sofa bed is really substantial as a lovely piece of furniture, and makes a very comfortable bed. It is quite heavy to transform from bed to sofa, but easy enough with 2 people. It is beautifully made, and I have been delighted with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Great service from Keith and excellent quality. I'm still very satisfied of my Innovation sofa bed bought 4 years ago. We have kids and dogs and the sofa still looks like new (you can fully remove the cover and dry clean it). Highly recommended !

Excellent Product and Exceptional Service.
We bought an Innovation Splitback sometime back, and it still looks and feels new after much regular use. We did initially have a problem with the wrong frame being delivered (ours needed a different frame to support the side arm rests) however Keith was easily contactable and he quickly resolved the issue, with new frame quickly dispatched.
Overall highly recommend!

The Cubed 140 version 2 fits perfectly. was able to select from a range of colours (rust red works for my room). Keith delivered it to the house and I had it screwed together and operational in about 30 mins. Good quality construction and the new version with auto leg deployment works a treat. Just to say we are very pleased with the Cubed 90, Egyptian cotton bedding & silk bedding. The Cubed suits our third bedroom perfectly, just like the Sly sofa bed suited the second bedroom.

I Bought anti slip material for between my mattress and topper to stop its constant sliding. It's fantastic, works a treat. It is 18 inches wide, I bought x2, 2metre lengths for use on a king sized bed and placed it lengthwise on the outside edges of the mattress with topper on top. Not heavy or bulky. I also use it on my ipad tray when in bed it's also solved that issue as well. I now find myself looking around the house as to what other issues I can solve with it as it is so incredibly versatile. Needless to say I ordered a second batch. Great customer service when I rang for initial advice. Thanks Keith.

I got a futon from futonsonline about 10 years ago. Keith, the owner, was so helpful, advising me on what to get and helping me to find just the right thing for what I needed. Delivery was quick and effiecient, the delivery guy even helped me to put it together, a very nice bit of service for no extra charge.
I've had the futon sofabed now for ages and still use it as a sofa everyday. Its so comfortable and fits in so perfectly in my living room. I couldn't recommend futonsonline.co.uk highly enough!
