what a find! fell in love with this place after our first visit. great space and set up with a wonderful selection of furniture and home ware. Got a dining table and chairs set and they delivered really quickly. All the staff super helpful and friendly. have also gone back for smaller items which you can just take away then and there.

I’ve been buying small bits of furniture for my flat from One.World and have really enjoyed each experience. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly, and the ambience and layout keeps getting better. The items I have purchased are also of exceptional quality. Will definitely be looking to get some bigger thinngs from here as and when needed!

I absolutely love EVERYTHING in this shop and I wish I could give it a better review. However having ordered 8 items from the shop the customer service was appalling - probably the worst I have ever experienced. Disorganised, lack of communication, couldn't give me delivery dates, I was told I couldn't take items from the showroom so had to wait until it was dispatched from the warehouse where the items were "on hold but on reserve" (even though I had already paid). Then when one of the products did arrive, the cabinet was faulty (the doors wouldn't shut properly) and they couldn't have cared less. Have just booked in my own handyman to fix it as couldn't be bothered to wait for them to sort it after 3 weeks of waiting. Such a shame.

This is a brilliant shop, so tastefully restored and displaying ‘one world’s’ renowned product range in a great new way. There are several rooms and spaces throughout the large shop which makes it very easy to envisage how their furniture will fit in you own home. I loved the place!
