Ordered light shades from Decorexi. Spoke to Lin yesterday and I took delivery of them this morning to NI. Absolutely love my new shades and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend anyone to use Decorexi, they make you feel a valued customer. Very effective communication throughout.
What an amazing team and unbeatably service despite all the extra paper work now required to deliver to deliver to NI. I can’t thank Decorexi enough. Outstanding service like this must be acknowledged

Absolutely fantastic! I needed 2 large pendant lights/chandeliers for my living room. Tricia and Lin who assisted me provided great advice and guidance on using the space I had including support with hanging them from the ceiling (as the lighting needed to be hung with addition support beams).
I will definitely be recommending Decorexi to anyone who needs the same and will be sure to visit again for my future projects!

Really appreciate the personal service and quality experience from Tricia and Lin at Decorexi. We saw a wall unit online and were nervous about ordering it from an online site based on previous experiences. When we visited the store, they were friendly, reassuring and gave us great advice. They personally checked our furniture and ensured we were satisfied when it was delivered and put together. We would definitely recommend, especially if you are nervous about online and would like a personal experience.

I’ve just popped into spend money in Decorexi and have been confronted by the incredibly haughty, eye rolling, rude woman working there. She clearly seems to have forgotten that people go into a shop to purchase items and that it is not, in fact, a brightly lit living room. This woman doesn’t know her stock and is as much use a chocolate tea pot. Time and again I have been into this shop looking to spend money however the team who I have come into contact with many times (two women) are incredibly accomplished at chasing customers out. One would have thought in this current climate independent shops would have been falling over themselves to provide high quality customer service but Decorexi must be ignorant of this. Avoid, avoid, avoid and give your money to another of the lovely independent businesses in Chiswick - the two who run this are utterly inept and it’s a miracle this place has stayed open. Avoid avoid avoid!

I bought Decorexi's Classic Black With Gold Rim Beaded Mirror, online. The owner was helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions about the mirror, i was absolutely confident that i was buying the right one. It's nice to still get service with a personal touch from someone who really knows their products. My mirror is beautiful, couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I absolutely adore this shop! It is my go-to for those special unique gifts. Upon walking in you are surrounded by beautiful trinkets and warm lights. The staff in there are fantastic, always willing to offer advice and help to ensure you get the right item. I can't wait to start decorating my new house with their wall clocks, mirrors and lights!.

Unfortunately the staff at Decorexi talked myself out of a sure-sale. Some of the products are beautiful inside this quirky store, so naturally there were a couple of items I was close to purchasing. However, the lady (not sure if she is the Owner or an employee) was incredibly rude and began speaking to me with a condescending tone when I mispronounced a material used on one of the crafts. Unsettled, I tried to assuage the lady's concerns by changing the conversation, but this was met with a towering intolerance from the lady.
I then told her I just wanted to purchase the items I had in my basket and leave, but she continued in her flustered manner and, to be honest, it completely detracted from any sale. It really is a shame because as I mentioned, some of the items are beautifully crafted.
I was actually discussing the lady in question with friends from the Chiswick area. My one friend had a similar abysmal experience with the same lady, culminating in the two of them having a heated debate. The lady proceeded to record a video of my friend and said she was going to share it to her Facebook page and "have a laugh with her friends."
Decorexi is a scar on the affluent and tranquil Chiswick High Street and this is really a shame.
Avoid at all costs.

My partner and I have pretty much bought all of our key features for our home from Decorexi! We are in LOVE with every detail from the shopping experience to the quality of the products to the customer service. All I can say is that this shop is based on great relationships! The ladies who own the shop could not do enough for us and have even come over to our home to help us pick the right items for the room! Over and above any other furniture store we have ever been to. We would highly recommend Decorexi and believe me we have scoured london, second to none!

This is my favourite shop. Lin the owner is lovely and my dog goes in there even when we aren't shopping. I have bought loads from this shop and its so nice to get things that you know you aren't going to see in someone else's house. The comments on quality are rubbish they supply Harvey Nichols and other high end shops. My family even phone up and buy me credit there for Birthdays etc they know I love it all.

Bought 2 large mirrors at Decorexi and a very cool cushion. They are SO helpful and allowed me to try the mirrors out in situ to see if they worked, with all money back, not just store credit, if they didn't. They did and I love them. Super service and stylish products, can't recommend them highly enough.

Popped in as we're redecorating our home, staff so rude, that we walked out despite being interested in several pieces. We had asked to view something and it was slammed on the side with a gruff of, 'it's on the website.' Having not been in before no idea how we would know that. There's some really good options locally and we shopped elsewhere.

I have a great experience with Decorexi - A World of Interiors. It took me a long time to find beautiful bespoke decadent furniture to be suitable for photography studio to please the taste of professional glamour photo models. When I walked into Decorexi - A World of Interiors in 58 Chiswick High Road, London W4 1SY I was greeted by Lin; she was extremely helpful and gave me great suggestions for colour and specific modifications of my choice for Heavenly Red Velvet Sofa. It is a beautiful masterpiece in the studio and I have received so many compliments for it, and I am telling everyone I got it from Decorexi!

I have bought a dozen items from Decorexi over the last 3 years. Mostly mirrors and light fittings. Their range is enormous, the pricing keen (eg beautiful 12 branch crystal chandelier for around £300), the quality has been great (eg people are always asking me where I got that chandelier), and the service first rate (eg lending me a ladder to fit the chandelier). Cannot recommend highly enough. A Chiswick gem.

Do not shop here -ever ! My partner and I went there with the intent on buying some items we had seen through the window when the shop was closed, only to be met by an incredibly rude woman who completely ignored us. Having read the equally dreadful reviews for the shop in Angel I am surprised anyone shops in these places. We will never go back and will advise all our friends and family to do likewise.

Can't rate this fabulously glam furniture mini-emporium high enough. It's a complete treasure trove of interior design flair, ranging from faux French chandeliers to mirrored consoles, from kitsch stag heads to statement mirrors and great value customised chaise longues and chairs. There is also a big range of accessories for the home and some wonderful gift ideas for teenagers through to the grandparents. Best of all it gives you the look of a funky boutique hotel for a reasonable price. If you want a lot of bang for your buck, and first-rate customer service do pay the energetic and charismatic instore team a visit. They have an encyclopaedic knowledge of their stockroom and can advise on all manner of interior decor dilemmas. You may have to queue to get through the door on a weekend, but you'll not be disappointed.

I am so happy with my cause longue I have bought to Decorex. I was looking for a chase longue quite a long time. I had clear in my head what I was looking for. I went to Decorex. Lin welcomed me and showed me an example of chase longue. Together we created the chase longue for me. The deadline of the delivery I had to give to them was short but they managed to do on time. Lin personally bring to my house my lovely chase longue. I really recommend to go to this lovely shop. They sell lovely stuff with a big smile and excellent customer service.
For sure I will back again to the shop.
