Really pleased this furniture shop was open as I needed a mattress for moving into my new place. The manager of the shop was extremely helpful from expert advice regarding a suitable bed for my bad back and to delivering it conveniently for me and even threw in a brand new pack of bed sheets. And I'm very happy I bought the air sprung pillow to match. I've slept very comfortably and in alignment ???? Excellent service all round and will definitely recommend to anyone in London looking for home furniture. Thank you very much. Very tempted to buy one of the road sign Pillows as I'll always remember a warm welcome to the neighborhood ????

Needed to replace a bed and a mattress at short notice. We have used Furniture City in the past and they have always been polite and helpful --- this time they kept up this degree of service -- even quickly arranging to exchange a mattress due to my mistake. Highly recommend them!

The whole experience with Furniture City was amazing. From the moment I stepped foot inside the guys were so helpful at fulfilling my requirements for a new bed, even though what I wanted wasn't on show! There was such high attention to detail. The bed was delivered on a suitable date, set up and I can honestly say I have never slept so well! Service and after care was outstanding and I would highly recommend Furniture City to anyone looking for some cool, quirky yet classic pieces.

Was very happy to see Furniture City reopened again after its temporary closure (due to development). Went straight in and bought two beds, two mattresses and two bedside cabinets. I have used Furniture City twice. Once for myself and second time for my parents. Furniture City was more accommodating than the big super store 'Bed Right' Furniture City was also more competitive on price. There delivery service was professional, give us a simple courtesy call before arriving. My parents aren't the youngest, so there assembly service was ideal. The bed was fixed up in minutes which was stress free. I have no problem using them again and recommending them.
