We ordered 4 chairs of a Scandinavian/Mid-Century Modern style, which were beautifully designed and well-priced. They arrived in good time and (with full transparency here) two were 'slightly' damaged - probably to an extent that most people wouldn't care! The customer service person I subsequently dealt with (Alex) was genuinely amazing. Swift and concise replies, accommodating to the last and I was always left feeling satisfied and value as a customer. The process for returning the damaged chairs and re-ordering was extremely simple too. In summary, I would certainly deal with Cult Furniture in the future and I intend to. Their range of furniture, pricing and customer service (should you require to make use of them!) means that I would recommend them to anyone. A delight to shop with!!

We purchased 4 dining chairs for my new flat, which I'm really happy with. Chris in returns was extremely helpful and friendly when we went to the warehouse to collect and we ended up getting an extra comfy chair and tripod lamp. Thank you cult furniture.

Waiting for a month now, but still no delivery (the website said it would be 7-10 days). No communication from their end, only when I contacted them after two weeks of radio silence. They have clearly no control over their suppliers and couriers. I had to contact the supplier myself (like their lack of control is my problem), but after a series of 20 e-mails and 5 phone calls...still no delivery. In other words: just don't buy anything here.

10 weeks between the order placed and the final delivery i ordered for 1'300E of merchandise, making sure that all items were in stock as i needed them very quickly. Before processing the order as well as in the confirmation email, it stated that "all items in stock would be delivered within 4 to 7 days". 3 days after the order as I didn't have any updates in the shipment, i emailed them and then kindly responsed that "the items would be shipped on August 31st (7 weeks after my order)". and from that moment, it has been one surprise after another: - customer care not reachable: although i called and emailed many times, they only called back after positing this review - when they do, one time, the person is based in France, and another time in the UK - misleading information are shared: i have been told 3 times that my items had been shipped, and everytime i request a tracking number it's not possible as the items have actually not been shipped - unreliable systems: it seems that they are using 2 systems which are giving 2 different information Nonetheless, after posting this review, the customer care team has been on top of this and has managed to accommodate the delivery in a very fast turnaround. The table was perfect for the first 2 weeks (see below for more) and has a great design, however i encountered further surprises with the chairs (set of screws missing and thus it wasn't possible to build one of the chair, and the 6 shells were scratched). The customer care has shipped in express the missing screws and has offered to replace the 6 shells (free of charge). I have now received the 6 new shells, which are in good conditions. As for the table, 2 weeks later, the pieces of wood started to dismantle from each other... Cult Furniture has shipped another one which has slight marks so not ideal but it was the only one available. During this shipment, the table was lost but eventually tracked back and finally got delivered to my place! However, when i unpacked it, the new table had the same issue as the previous one: the pieces of wood not sticking to each other... In the meantime, the team has done commercial gestures to compensate these mistakes (refund of delivery fees + 10% discount). The team has at multiple occasions asked that i "remove my review considering the effort that they have done". i don't find this fair to future customers, therefore, i opted to disclose my full experience (positive or negative) so that you can chose with facts in general, my experience was not as smooth as hoped. however I am keen to believe that this was a particular case as it seems that all other review are very positive.

I’ve purchased more than once from this company, the quality is to a very high standard. High end designer furniture with a low price tag! In my opinion there is no other company which provides this but the one thing that sets companies apart from others is their customer service! One item was sent with one foot stopper missing, i contacted cult and straight away they sent me more than one so i had a few spare. I contacted via email as it’s my preferred way of contact and they were very quick at responding! I highly recommend this company! They specialise in contemporary scandi and mid century design!

Extremely disappointed with this company. Repeated delays, inefficiency and, most frustratingly, a complete lack of ability to take control of problems. Our 8 dining chairs have been delayed 3 times, then when they finally arrived in stock the courier misdelivered them back to the company instead of us, and now they are apparently so damaged we have been asked to wait again for a new order to come into stock (another month). I am unconvinced we will ever receive the dining chairs at this stage. I have asked to speak to someone senior to sort out the problem 3 times and been ignored. I am instead offered 10% store credit which is, quite honestly, the last thing I want given the utter hoplessness of this company and the fact they cannot deliver the products they sell, or handle problems effectively.

Really helpful staff at the showroom, who also kindly gave me a discount (without asking for it). Plus they were fine even though my 6year knocked over a table!

I rarely write reviews but really great service here. Bought a few barstools and some parts were missing after some time because of use. Without questions they send me the new parts. Will definitely buy here again!

Ordered 6 grey dining chairs on the internet shop, they arrived within 2 days of ordering. The chairs were great quality and looked easy to put together, only problem was the legs on the chairs were not the colour I had expected. Contacted Ben in customer services and he was brilliant, couldn't get the ones I wanted so Ben arranged collection of the chairs in just a couple of days, They received them back on the Monday and my refund was back in the bank on the Wednesday. Really good company and will definitely be ordering off them again in the future.

We bought the Iconic Designs Grey DSW Style Dining Round Table with matching Black DSW Style Chairs and we are very pleased with how they look and the comfort. Customer service was excellent when we needed help with the fixings. Assembly was easy and took just a couple of hours; all the tools were provided. We will return to Cult Furniture in future.
