Ordered a gorgeous lamp, which was delivered quickly and packed well. I loved the lamp but had to return it anyway as it really didn’t go with my other furniture. The team at cult furniture were extremely helpful and kind in the process, everything was reimbursed swiftly and knowing how they deal with challenges convinces me all the more. Will buy there again any time!

Last year.the legs were faulty and I had to return them.this worried me as I have not ordered a lot on line.but the whole process, start to finish was made very easy, helpful friendly emails and an easy refund..what more could you ask for. As a restaurant owner, i truly treasure companies and people who care about their job/product and service offerings. I ordered 4 walnut stools made in Malaysia with beautiful machine varnish quality, which were delivered on time and absolutely wonderful. This company has great taste in furniture, it doesn't dilute the brand or quality like wayfair and other assorted furniture sites. They keep a high standard throughput every single item (believe me I've searched the whole catalogue!). The customer service is great- you get the feeling that they actually care, which is a truly rare quality these days!the prices are a margin higher than the mainstream sites, but the quality of product and peace of mind is worth that and to be honest, when running a fast paced business, or even for domestic assurance, you can't put a price on this!
Much recommended and will recommend this company to anyone looking for quality and peace of mind.

I am extremely disappointed and annoyed at cult furniture. I bought a table and it was not cheap, it has developed marks where the paint has chipped off the table. Our house is extremely clean and we have no children or pets and I do not expect this to happen.
I have rang and emailed Cult a number of times and spoke to the manager who admitted liability but because they are a small company the only compensation she was prepared to offer me was 30% off another purchase and she refused to give me the name and address of the manufacturer.
They would not send someone to inspect the table or they couldn't give me an exchange for another table. If the fault did not arrise in the first month they would not consider the complaint, even though it is a fault on there part.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Chairs arrived and were nice - most in good nick but we needed to return two that we fortunately didn't need as they were also slightly damaged.
It took them two attempts (delivery company did not turn up first time) and about 10 phone calls to come and pick up the chairs.
Quality of furniture - 4/5
Customer Service - 2/5
Good furniture but beware if you need to return something it's not easy.

I can't believe all these positive reviews are honest. They must be made up. I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first chair had a very wonky leg. One leg was above the floor by a whole inch. I then arranged to do an exchange. I took a day off work for this. Guess what? They send me the wrong chair. I would have kept the chair coz it was the same colour and I was fed up by this point. But guess what?? The legs they sent with this chair didn't go with the base! So then they sent the correct chair. This third chair was still wonky, but I decided to keep it because it wasn't as wonky as the first one and i just didn't have the time to exchange again. Once you sit on it, it doesn't rock or wobble. This company does sell cheap furniture compared to other sites selling similar furniture, but there's a reason why it's cheap. Rip off company in my opinion.

I bought a tub chair which was great value and looks amazing in my home office. I had a minor problem with the product and their customer service got back to me right away and solved the problem, which I always worry about purchasing online, but you know there's a genuine helpful human on the other end of the email!

Delivery arrived a week late and damaged which was not Cult furnitures fault, however, the way they deal with such scenarios is awful, it's almost as if they have no process in place. When you call up, the person you speak to cant help and advises that their colleague is dealing with it and will get back to you, which they never do via phone but send an email 2 days later with questions like for instance to confirm your address, simple questions that if they had called you, they would've got the confirmation instantly instead they rather go back and forth via email only responding back every other day and like I said when you call they dont assist as the person you speak to insists it's out of their remit and their colleague is dealing with it.
Short story, regret buying from them, wouldn't recommend it, unless your sure the item you purchase cannot get damaged enroute to you.

This is the third time I have ordered stuff from Cult Furniture. When I phoned up to ask a couple of questions the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products which is very helpful!!
I was told they had some stock in their showroom if I wanted to come and see it, which again helped me out and made me order off the back of my visit.
The delivery was super fast and efficient and all the chairs and table I ordered was really well packaged, which is also rare! My house and garden is looking good trendy!! Thanks !

Absolutely terrible service on returns. I sent two prices back over a month ago, one because it was broken and the other because finish was not good. After several emails and phone calls still no refund.
There are better places to buy designer replicas. Google them!

Thrilled with the fabulous, modern Eames inspired upholstered stool I ordered online. Having spent ages looking for something timeless and sturdy for my toddler's playroom, I came across Cult and couldn't believe the reasonable pricing for superbly designed pieces. Purchased two glass teardrop lights. Had a mishap when taking one from out the box and the top shattered.
Got in contact just if they had a spare top or anything and they went out of their way to help get it sorted even with it being my fault.
Sourced and sent a replacement but due to how the glass is blown they actually went and sent me a completely new light. Fantastic beyond belief.

I was recommended Cult Furniture by a colleague who told me the quality of their products is amazing. I decided to take a look for myself and ended up buying a delightful armchair with paired footstool (the carter wingback armchair). Delivered an obviously used and defect table (all legs scratched with marks of obvious long-term use, one leg bent in a way that table could hardly be set up and is now not stable). Very bad customer service with no will to solve problem (either discount or new leg - with only a discount making up for the used product, table would still be defect - with only a new leg, table would still be used?). I dont understand why they would deliver such an obviously used and defect product as new and cause all these problems.

Awful customer service waited for our sofa for months... no response... after calling so many times and getting rude responses... we have found out the legs are broken and we must chose alternative and pay the difference... what about the time wasted and inconvenience this has caused? I'm an interior designers and was really keen on using this company for my commercial work... never could I reccomend this company so unreliable And unprofessional!!!!
