After experiencing some bad customer service with products arriving faulty and not being delivered correctly i raised this issue with the Manager who contacted me and was able to resolve the issue immediately, the products are great and very stylish so i do wish to buy again and hopefully have a complete different experience next time round. Loving my dining chairs and office chairs thank you to Cult management for turning my experience around!

The stool I ordered is very pretty, given the low cost. The website had the option to pay via Amazon, which I found extremely convenient and straight forward. Delivery was also done quickly and painlessly. Very happy!

Nice items, terrible customer service. Ordered a set of 6 dining chairs. Arrived promptly and nice design. Unfortunately one of the chairs was damaged, so emailed for a replacement. Organised a swap within a week or so. When the new chair arrived it was faulty with one of the legs being shorter than the others. In addition the delivery company didn't know anything about the swap and wouldn't take the old chair back. Emailed & called Cult Furniture a few times. Customer service very disorganised- one person doesn't read what the other person has responded previously leading to confusing messages. One person says the item has been sent out, the other says will get back to me. In the end called in and told item will be sent out immediately. Still waiting on the item & have 2 broken chairs in boxes blocking my hallway.
In summary, nice unique items, but poor quality control and disorganised customer service. Order at your peril- if you have a problem with one of the items you're in for a headache with customer services. One of the worst I have ever come across!

Great deal on clearance items. Bought a multi drop ceiling light for a great deal less than anywhere else on the net. Postage seemed high for the dates they estimated but arrived in 2 days so more than happy with the costs. Have a look at the website!

I have had some lovely dining chairs from here. I did stumble across a slight problem which was resolved straight away.I dealt with Lucy, she has been amazing!! She resolved my issue immediately, had fantastic customer service skills and was very prompt and professional, which is hard to come by nowadays! I would definitely recommend this company for brilliant products and exceptional customer service.

I accidentally put my order through twice so I had to call their Customer Services team and they were very polite and helpful and refunded the money to me right away. The lady I spoke with was called Mariana. My new lamp and wall art arrived on time with no issues and I love the overall quality and they look great in my living room! Would highly recommend.

Just off the phone to Cult's customer service line and I have to say, it was a truly excellent experience. Johanna was extremely helpful and friendly, really going the extra mile to help me out when I requested the delivery date be delayed until I moved in to my new apartment. Can't speak highly enough of her service, and my experience with Cult on the whole. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Ordered from here, sent the chairs, no screws. Asked for them to be sent, they send the wrong ones. Asked for new ones to be sent that actually fit, send the exact same screws. Really? How does this even happen? Ended up purchasing them myself.

Really pleased with the stools I ordered. The colour and quality are great. I was kept informed re delivery times and an exchange was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I did have cause to contact customer services after an error with my order and I was really impressed with the speed with which this was sorted and to a more than satisfactory outcome. This is one of the best shopping experiences for in London for a long time. We were in the market for some chairs and kitchen things etc.
I am visiting from Spain to help my daughter who needs to furnish a new flat for her and her husband - and my granddaughter.
The manager took care in listening to our needs and ensuring we tried out everything that would best suit our needs.
He spent quite a bit of time with us until we felt confident we had the right products for our needs.
Very professional and courteous service.

The worst service ever! Ordered 5 sofas and I am still waiting over 10 days later. Everytime I call them, they keep on blaming the warehouse. They won't put you through to the warehouse. I spoke to SAM who was a bit more helpful but was not able to commit to a timeframe as the Warehouse Manager is walking around his depot and can't be found. . I WOULD NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED FURNITURE WITHIN A CERTAIN TIMEFRAME.

I ordered three tolix chairs with wood seats, and am impressed with the high quality. The delivery was good too - it came very well packaged to prevent any damage or scratches. If you're on a budget, keep a lookout for their frequent clearance and sales. I was happy with the quality even paying full price, so if there is a piece that catches your eye in the sale/clearance at a good discount, then it could well be a bargain.
Customer service is good too - it is easy to get through to someone via phone or email. In my case, I had a minor issue with one of the wood seats on my chair. It was a situation where a hard-nosed retailer would have tried to weasel out of, but Cult Furniture were gracious to accept the issue and proceed with a swap. This was resolved to my satisfaction, and also the staff were flexible to come up with an innovative solution, whereas other shops might be inflexible in their process.
If you live near South West London, it is worth popping into their showroom in Wandsworth. It doesn't have every piece in their online store, but enough to get a sense of materials, style, and colour, and the staff in store are happy to help out. I visited the store multiple times before ordering, and that was really helpful to see the pieces in real life and the high quality across the range. They also do a limited store ex-display/clearance as well, so there are some bargains that might not be on their website too.

Ordered a mirror which was on pre-order however this was very clear from the product listing page and the expectation set for est. shipping date was on point. Was delighted to see my item ship promptly and am unbelievably impressed with the product. I ordered a leaning mirror and it was delivered with multiple layers of protective materials ensuring a smooth transit and the item arrived undamaged.

I recently purchased a lovely chair that was on sale, unfortunately a different colour was delivered but I dealt with Lucy in Customer Service and she was amazing and the problem was resolved quickly and I am delighted with my new chair. Lucy really is a credit to the company, I don't come across customer service like that every day.

Easy to order online, and very difficult to return. I ordered sofa, armchairs, dinning chairs and footstools. One of the armchair colour doesn't suit my decor, I called customer service hotline at least 5 times, they encouraged me to send email for requiring return, I sent 7 emails and still hasn't sort it out.

I bought a small adjustable height industrial stool for my bedroom. I chose one colour but changed my mind and emailed. My email was responded to immediately and the colour changed. I received the stool much quicker than I thought I would and am very happy with it, it's great quality and exactly what I was looking for. Not sure you'd get this level of service with a bigger company so I'm very pleased and will be shopping again!

I purchased a set of 4 chairs from Cult Furniture approx 2 years ago, delivery was prompt and the chairs look great. We are really happy with the purchase, they have lasted very well, are great quality, and the customer service is excellent. Recently, a small part on one of the chairs broke (our fault), and so I contacted Cult Furniture to ask if I could get hold of a replacement part. The customer service team responded immediately, and despite it being outside the warranty period, they were able to source me a replacement part. I am extremely happy with this customer service - clearly they are going over and above their responsibility to ensure that their customers are kept happy!

This company offers a level of service and quality product rarely found nowadays.
I was recommended to use Cult to order kitchen chairs by a friend who had been delighted with hers.
I placed the order on the internet and the whole process was trouble free. The company e mailed to confirm the purchase and delivery was remarkably quick.
The chairs are very comfortable, very stylish and were assembled easily.
Unfortunately one leg had a slightly splintered edge to the leg which I phoned the company to notify them about. Miracle... I actually spoke to a real person who was quick to offer a replacement or discount on a future purchase. I chose the replacement and got asked which day I would like to accept delivery. Another miracle... the legs arrived on time and are perfect. Jess from Cult furniture was helpful and efficient and very apologetic for the trouble caused.
I would recommend this company to anyone for the ease of communication and level of customer service they offer. The product is also very good value for money.

Quick delivery.
The customer service was kind and efficient to resolve my problem. DPD did not respect the day of the delivery and did not respect my request to deliver in a shop next to my house. I contacted the customer service which has been able to find a solution quickly. It was very convenient.
I am happy with the product I have ordered so far and products proposed on their website!

Don't buy a faux leather chair from them as the fabric falls apart after a short time (18 months in my case) and since the chair cost £170 that is not what you'd expect.
Cult Furniture have subsequently offered to sell me another chair at a poultry discount (20%) and have tried to have my review removed. Make your own mind up about what that means about both their customer service and quality thresholds.

I recently purchased two pendant light shades from their fantastic lighting range. One unfortunately got damaged and they went above and beyond to get it replaced promptly. Their customer service and communication is first class and the updates on dispatch and delivery times is also exceptional.
Being an interior designer myself I really believe great customer service is vital to getting repeat business and recommendations, and so Cult Furniture will definitely be getting my seal of approval when it comes to recommendations and future business.

I stumbled across cult furniture in a interiors magazine. I found the range to be current and cool. We ordered a piece which arrived promptly. I had a query RE the delivery. Cult furniture responded within 24hrs. I found their customer service to be excellent. Efficient and really respectful. In an age when bureaucracy takes over.. It was refreshing to have that one to one communication. We also Love the piece. Would highly recommend cult furniture.

The worst online service I have ever received!
I ordered a table and four chairs in November, weeks after taking my money i still hadn't received anything. After chasing them up I found out they didn't have my options in stock. I was disappointed as i was hosting Christmas and wanted the new furniture there. They only delivered the table saying my chairs would be up to a 12 week wait. I unwillingly accepted this as i needed a table.
We are now in May.. 6 MONTHS ON and i haven't received any chairs, all of which they say are sold out (having ordered them first i would say i should of received these rather then restocking online on there website) they have kept my money of more then £600! Customer service are insulting only saying they will give me a store credit of 10‰. WHAT A JOKE.
DO NOT BUY FROM CULT!
They will shrug you off as a customer. Such a shame as i was going to buy alot more from them and now i wouldn't buy another item!

We had looked everywhere for an industrial style stool and then we came across Cult Furniture online. From their huge selection we eventually narrowed our search down to a beautifully made Toledo Style Florence Swivel Stool in copper. The quality, design, craftsmanship and price ticked all the boxes and we were not disappointed when it arrived. It is a beautiful addition to our kitchen and I would wholeheartedly recommend Cult Furniture to anyone looking for something out of the ordinary, well made and at a great price.

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a light fitting from the clearance section and it arrived with a part missing, quick email and they sent the part out straight away! Also the led bulb which I ordered with the light had failed, this was also sorted out very quickly via email. Begged my husband to have faith and order from you. We ordered just under £1000 worth of kitchen chairs on 31 July. It's now 13 August we have just been told you cannot locate our order. You've taken our money and we have an order number. All your rep has said is that they cant locate the order in the warehouse and how do we want to proceed?!
Above was first review. Since then Ben in customer care has been amazing. He called me located my order, compensated us for inconvenience and made sure our order arrived within two days. Theres 3 screws missing so we can't put together 3 out of the 11 chairs but I contacted him and hoping he will send these asap. Other then that the chairs are beautiful (we've had comments already) and I would definitely recommend and order again in future.

I have had a lot of trouble ordering from this company. Not only have i had to wait almost a month due to delays in delivery but have now been informed that the chairs I've ordered at a significant discount are no longer in stock. The company have offered free delivery and a small discount on alternative chairs.Overall, I am still being forced to pay an additional cost because these chairs, after discount, are still more expensive than the original chair purchased.
I find it rather ridiculous that I am expected to pay more than what I was already paying despite having to wait this long, not getting my desired chair and this all being the fault of the company. Why am I paying for their mistake?

Keep finding myself coming back to their website because the stock is fresh, on-trend and really well priced. But more than that... the customer service is first rate. They're efficient, effective and utterly customer focused - and witty to boot! I bought a pair of stools. They were brilliant value for money so my expectations were low... but wow, they are tremendous quality, and turned up exactly when they said. One was slightly damaged in transit. No biggy - they arranged a swap, on a day that suited me... and were incredibly warm and friendly throughout every interaction. They even followed-up afterwards to see how the stools were settling in! They're a new firm, and growing - and they deserve every bit of success I'm sure is coming their way.

I have ordered 4 Moda Velvet upholstered dinning chairs in teal colour. I have received regular updates about delivery and was able to choose day to get these delivered which is great. I had some issues to assemble the legs, however that was dealt with and supported by Cult in a quick and professional manner. Their customer service is excellent just as the high quality and unique designs of their products. Highly recommended.

Fantastic furniture, and service from Cult!
Had a few issues with my order initially mainly down to DPD… not Cult.
Everything was resolved very quickly and efficiently by Hayden, who was so friendly, professional and accommodating, going that extra bit in terms of flexibility.
When you experience quality and customer service at this level, why go anywhere else for great value designer furniture. Look forward to purchasing from you again very soon.

We have recently bought two swivel stools .... firstly the products are excellent, stylish and funky which my wife loves as she is into interior design. When buying online there can sometimes be a big difference between the pictures and the reality ... in this case the stools were actually better then the pictures! However in addition to that for me the best part has been the customer service. Jess and Hayden took the time to both communicate quickly, in a lovely manner, as well as sort out a slight packaging issue for delivery to our offshore island. I’m very impressed, happy to recommend and we will buy again.

We ordered two bar stools on Monday at 1800 an they arrived at 0730 on Wednesday! We soon realised we had ordered the wrong size and I called to arrange an exchange. The stools were swapped by Friday afternoon and we got a refund because of a price difference. Absolutely excellent customer service, friendly on the phone and very happy with the product.
