Went in today to try out a few Chairs before buying.
The customer service here is first class. The two ladies who helped me were genuinely interested in making sure I got the right chair. Both were happy to spend the time and explain in great detail all the functions of the chairs. They even took the time to make a telephone call to double-check a point on their return policy and made a quick online check for the fastest delivery times available. Finally, they were also kind enough to point out the different benefits of ordering from them or a reseller.

Great product but absolutely terrible customer service. I've spent the week trying to contact them regarding an issue with an online order, no one is answering the phone, left 4 voice mails, sent 2 emails and no is getting back to me.
To put it another way, there is no after sale customer service and if you're not happy with one of them product you can't return it after 14 days, that's a lie because NO ONE is taking your call or answering your email. Think twice before ordering Herman Miller, if you're not happy with your product, you won't get any support.

I popped in here a few weeks back to have a look at their range. The gentleman I spoke with was thoroughly professional and guided me through all of the available models, patiently detailing the differences therein.
I made my purchase off the back of that information and I'm absolutely satisfied with the product. I won't hesitate to consider Herman Miller in the future.

As a couple of other reviewers have said, this is not really designed as a shop for the general public buying single items, as you have to get a security pass in reception before entering the store inside, and all sales are handled via online store. They're clearly aiming at business buyers here, buying multiples for office fit-outs.
However, I went in and was quickly given a pass to check out their Aeron chairs (I knew that's what I wanted beforehand), and the staff member answered the few questions I had well enough.
TBH, I should have just gone to John Lewis to try them, as you can take your time without having staff stand and watch you. But if you want to see the full HM range, then this might be the place for you.

Great showcase room open for walk-ins (just check in at the reception) with plenty of products on display: from numerous models of iconic chairs to desks. Sales assistant Aaron was mega helpful and knowledgeable and explained all there is to know about each model of Herman Miller chairs, providing demonstrations and plenty of advice. Many thanks Aaron, I appreciate your time answering all of my 100 & one questions!

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a chair. the place is amazing they don't have sales there but they will give you advice of where to buy it, is open for the general public even if you only want to buy a single chair. the staff is amazing, super friendly, and greatly proffesional.

products are good. but buying online is a drama. ikea provide better delivery services. Until they move away from Arrow i would suggest not buying through them. Its been 8 weeks and we are still waiting for our correct order to be delivered. not to mention the hours on the phone to the delivery company who couldnt care less.
Update: I didn't take my own advice and bought from them again 6 months later, and delivery was changed to a wrong address "some sort of computer bug". Delivery company (still arrow) wouldn't talk to me because I didn't know the address.

Great looking showroom with some good chairs, however not a walk in place for the public. If you're just looking to try a chair for yourself it might be better to look in a department store such as John Lewis.
