Sorry I gave one star for the service...from the beginning when we were let into the shop it seemed we were interrupting the shop clerk's more important work. I had a specific item I was looking for that you carried before, I wasn't trying to waste your time...what cold and unhelpful service. I would definitely rather buy from a shop online than from the service I got here.

Larger furniture on the upper floor misses the mark somewhat, but the ground floor and lower level offer a large selection of EXCELLENTLY curated homewares, ceramics and glass. Lighting section to be back is also very pleasing. Would go again.

Provides a good selection of high quality furniture and lighting. Beware, this is not a bargain corner treasure trove. Although discounted, a lot of the stock is expensive. However, if you have the funds, you can by stylish and unique pieces.

SCP - home interiors and objects that you don't really need but fall in love with upon seeing.
Ranging from lux to utilitarian and all beautifully curated, if you looking for that perfect gift or something to add interest to your own home then SCP probably has it.
Plus a nice selection of cards and chocolate for that last minute present.

I was very bored one day and I decided to peruse this building I found many furniture in particular there was this Coco bolo study desk which had a small sticker on it designating it as object class KETER. Shortly after a task force busted through the door and grabbed the desk.

What a shame.
The store has a decent selection of furniture and objects - what really lacks is the customer service. It really feels like (some) of the people there couldn’t give much about it. You can tell from how things are displayed (minimal effort) but even more so how customers are treated.
I went there to buy a few things for Christmas and asked the lady if they do gift wrapping: the look I was given! Luckily a guy standing next to her promptly offered to wrap it himself - not that he did a particularly commendable job.
I feel these people understand nothing about design - which is all about details and people.
Its sad to say but if this is what a physical store brings to the experience you’re much better off buying online.

A wonderfully curated shop full of furniture, furnishings and gift items. It would be nearly impossible to walk out of this shop without buying anything. Today it was a lovely tray, but there were so many other things which were outstanding. Fortunately, I was saved from spending £1000 on a wildly expensive but also wildly beautiful standard lamp as it had already been sold!

Mildly overpriced but fresh bright and fun design for the home. Good place to pick up a cool odd or end, or maybe find that "statement" piece. Worth a look while cruising the neighborhood

The go-to-place for all presents. They have unique pieces of jewellery that are always winners in the mid-price range, considering the items vary from 3 to 3000. The choice of textiles and furniture is also comprehensive both in appeal and price so there's something for everyone. I love the cards and wrapping paper as it makes the present all the more special and personal. And I adore my sofa cushions and can't wait to get my hands on more of their beautiful pieces.

I was greeted by a friendly sounding voice, but when I opened the door I was met by SCP-939, and it almost killed me. Apart from that, the staff were nice, and amnestics were administered quickly to prevent mental trauma.

In short, if you like Donna Wilson goods, the soft blankets of Danish designer Tina Ratzer (which are currently everywhere in Copenhagen) and a little bit of Ercol, SCP is the place for you. Downstairs houses more gift and day-to-day goods with a mix of mittens and peculiar wall hangings whilst upstairs houses a similar medley of practical and less-practical furniture. Some odd, some wonderful. Regardless of whether you actually end up buying anything it's always nice to wander round and spy at things though, on the downside, stock doesn't seem to change too regularly.

Awful experience I spent £70 on a bowl that had quite a few scratches and a dent. I didn’t return it immediately as the shop is out the way so I had to take a day off work to get an exchange on the item. It was still before the usual 30 days expiry terms that you get in most shops - here you only get 7 days for a refund or exchange. They told me they won’t give me a refund because the bowl looks used. I never used it. Also, on that same day when I bought the bowl I spend more than £700 in this shop, so their lack of professionalism and customer care took me by surprise. Will make sure to never purchase anything from them again. The bowl was of awful quality as well as it would clearly scratch in no time.

Overall:
Design shop with some nice pieces of furniture and other design knick-knacks, with generally high prices. Customer service was cold and distant.
Shopping experience: bad
I visited last week and bought some light fixtures since they were on sale. To my surprise when I checked the receipt at home, I realised that they had charged me with the full amount! That wasn't the only error, since the shop assistant gave me the wrong bulb fitting for one of the items I bought.
I don't live in the area and I had to return to get my sale discount and a new shop assistant routinely began the transaction and didn't even apologise for the mistake until I was leaving. And then it was only a mumble.
