I have been shopping here for years and am never disappointed. They’re always willing to go out of their way to help and can usually deliver very quickly. I visited last week for the first time in a few months and was very impressed with how they’re handling social distancing in the shop, all customers had masks on and they were even happy to give out a mask to someone who had left theirs at home. It all felt very well organised and safe so I will happily continue shopping here.

Brilliant experience with the guys at the shop, they are super helpful.
I purchased a new memory foam matress from these guys, great quality and a very competitive price.
Usually I have issues getting anything delivered to my flat (3rd floor and no lift). However these guys delivered and brought it up for me without any fuss, they even unpacked it all for me and took the packaging with them as they left (possibly due to my arm being temporarily in a sling). Amazing customer service and a great experience. I totally recommend!
See you guys again soon, I am in need of some new furniture!!

Had a replacement bed brought to the apartment by these guys. The two gentlemen who came were incredibly friendly and we had a nice chat. They removed the old bed and built the new one within a half hour. Very happy with the work done!

I have always found Happy Nightmares VERY helpful, courteous and willing. The level of customer service is high. I need not shop anywhere else for furniture, as the products and level of care is good during sales and after sales if necessary. On a whole i'd give them 100% rating in all aspects, and that goes for the boss and the fitters/drivers. Very polite bunch. Happy customer no nightmares.

If I could I would give no stars. Came into the shop. Big fat white guy (don't know whether he is the owner or not) asked where is my mask, I said I had forgot it which I actually did which then he replied "THEN DON'T COME IN!" baring in mind he himself did not have a mask nor did another white couple who were there too.
AVOID AT ALL COST. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The guys who work there delayed my item I paid for as a deposit for weeks endlessly so I had to call back and fourth to make sure that they do deliver it and made me stress out and one guy who works there seems drunk and smells of alcohol but the owner is lovely and the product overall is good but just wish they kept to a date of delivery instead of making people wait and wait.

We Was sold a kayflex pearl (latex) double mattress and they delivered one that was stained. I then went back to the shop and they said they would deliver a replacement. They didn’t and then had to go back to shop and then they insisted would deliver. Thus arrived later than expected. Now they are closed under the railway bridge where I previously purchased from. The man older who was there is much more friendly than the big fella (owner). Owner seems like he has no time for you. This is a clear example of Poor customer relations.

I have bought a storage bed and wardrobes on 2 seperate occasions at this shop and can honestly say ive had first class service on both Not only do they deliver free of charge , they assemble when delivered too free of charge.
I do live quite close to the shop so you would have to check yourself if these services apply depending on where you live.

Very friendly and helpful service. Lots to see in store, they showed me around and I went with their recommendation. Delivered right to the bedroom and even offered to put the bed together. Bed is solid, very good quality and was very easy to put together. Mattress is very comfy and had the same quality as I felt in the store.

I ordered a bunk bed and paid extra for fitting.
1. The two guys that came to fit didn't have a clue and left the bed with dangerously exposed bolts that risked serious damage to my kids. Even after highlighting this fact they tried to brush it off by saying they were following the manufacturers instructions. Even a report back to their office yielded the same answer. It was clear to me that they had put the bolts in the wrong way and i was left to take the bed apart and fix it myself. I was able to make it safe easily but they couldn't be bothered. So much for saving time by paying for installation.
2. The installation guys used an electric drill screwdriver to fit the bolts and in the process wore away the bolt heads so that they couldn't be reopened easily. After reporting they did give me a new set of bolts but this shows the incompetence of the initial installers.
3. The mattress supplied with the bed was useless and not fit for purpose. It was not possible to sleep on the mattress due to the springs poking through due to the covering not having enough padding. I didn't even bother to report this to the company after the response i got regarding the incorrect installation so i will have to end up buying a new mattress from elsewhere.
It was clear that the whole company culture is the same. They will take your money but then they try to fob you off with excuses.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Typical comment from the owner. "It wasn't us guvner, must be someone else!" Just what I expect from these lot after my experience with them.

They might be cheaper than most competitors, but customer service is appalling.
Me and my wife ordered a wardrobe and was told it will be delievered 2 days later by 1pm, only to get a call at 1 to be told that they can't deliver, after explaining why we needed it done that day, they said they will call back in a few hours, when they didn't, we called back, and they told us by 6pm it will delievered and fitted.
At 5.30 the guy who took the order came to deliver, and said can you pay the rest of the amount now as it would make things easier for him, i was reluctant to hand over money, but he reassured me that don't worry it will be fitted today and gave me his number and said call me if you any problems etc.
So waited for the fitters till 7pm, we called the number provided, but no answer, left several messages, so at 7.30 i had no option but to fit it myself.
Wardrobe was in such a bad state and instructions was a joke, while assembling we got a call back only for the guy to turn around and say "don't worry its not a matter of life and death" and he started laughing, don't understand what was so funny!
Been shopping with happy nightmares for years, you might be trading for 35 years, doesn't mean you should take customers money and then treat them with no respect.

I am a private landlord with properties in Whitechapel, Shadwell and previously Bethnal Green. I have bought all my beds and mattresses from these guys for the last 18 years.
In the past I have just gone into their store, paid for what I want and agreed the delivery day. They show up when promised and drop the bed off where you want it without fuss. They also offer to take away old mattresses and dispose of them for an additional fee. Very handy if you have one day to ready a property for new tenants.
I am currently in South America and found out on Thursday that I needed a new bed delivered on Friday. I chose and paid for a bed on the Happy Nightmares website and annotated my order with a request that they liaise with my managing agent to organise the delivery the next day.
I got an email back from them within 20 minutes confirming this, they called my managing agent to confirm they would be delivering a bed the next day and then called her the next day to coordinate meeting her at the property. All went absolutely smoothly.
Good luck trying to get that level of service from Argos. It's never going to happen. If you want to have a sensible conversation with a grown-up then you need to be dealing with a reliable local business.
I have not even bothered to shop around for the last 18 years. I know these guys have solid pricing and a level of service that I cannot get elsewhere.
Buy with confidence, Happy Nightmares will not let you down and my most recent transaction left me delighted.
