Poor service. i was walking around for good 45 mins no one came to me. every time i tried to make a conversation they ignored me. I observed that they are ideal for older Bengali generation not for the younger gen. We understand quality more and we asking probing questions regarding products which they don't like. They haven't adapted their customer service skills. they operate as if they are in the 80's. They also charge similar to mainstream shops now anyway so you are better of going to them. you get service and good after sale service too.

I don't know who deleted my last review! They gave me a faulty carpet. I called them.! I texted them
! I even went down to the store to talk to them.! Not once! Not twice! But several times.! I ended up giving up.! But... they never attempted to deal with it nor did it get replaced.!! Till today, I have this faulty carpet.!! Please see the screenshot attached. This was back in 2018 and its now 2020

I’ll be honest. I did have my reservations at first but they really did pull though with a high standard of work. This was both for laminate flooring and carpet on the staircase. An exceptional and experience team worth writing a review about. Well done! For those wishing to go ahead with them make sure you detail exactly how you will like the end product to look.

I had carpet done on passage and stairs. Bedroom laminate flooring,lino in kitchen and bathroom. Outstanding customer service and fitting was done to a very high standard. The price was very reasonable as i have visited other shop's. I would highly recommend Mr Anas and Medina Carpets.

I was looking for a company to do my flooring and came across Madina Carpets so i went and ordered ordered some wooden flooring. I have to say the customer service was absolutely excellent. They came and measured my house immediately and as soon as i went to choose the flooring they gave me a date straight away. The flooring was completed within the next few days and i am very impressed with the level of quality that was put in the work. Impressively the work was done within a day and i was more then happy with my flooring. It came as quite a shock how much they were charging for the quality of work as i would have expected it to be a lot more considering how well the flooring looks. I have a lot of bent walls in my house but the workers were easily able to overcome this issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do up their house.

I cannot express more how disappointed i am with this company. The fitting is so poorly done that i feel like ripping my £1200 living room carpet and changing it again.
I contacted this company several times to resolve this. Eventually they attended (after few months and several calls) but even then did not resolve it. I still see fold marks. On top of that the carpet is off poor quality despite the price i paid. Im livid as i returned to this shop to purchase again. I would have thought my loyalties would favour me, but clearly they do not care. I will not be shopping from there again.

Last month (June 2020) I booked carpets from Madina carpet and I advanced £600 . Unfortunately I had to cancel it because of my own problems.
I am really appreciate that they returned my full amount.
If I do anything in future, definitely I will come to your shop.

I used medina carpet to fit my laminate flooring for my living room and hallway, carpets for my bedroom and vinyl for the kitchen. From the moment I walked into the shop they were helpful and attentive. The finish is to a very high standard and they were very pleasant. They also completed the work within the time frame agreed despite some delivery issues not within their control.

After days of shopping around for carpet I was recommended this place and to my surprise this place was able to accommodate my every need in terms of variety quality price delivery and most of the level of customer service and how they gave me the confidence in the time of delivery as I needed the carpet fitted within 3 days of ordering them.
What I also noticed that compared to the many local carpet places I visited that calculated I will require 73 Sq meters of carpet however this place done the calculations and managed to cover the area required with 64 Sq meters so I also saved money again. I don’t know if the other carpet places all made a mistake in their calculations or maybe I would’ve been left with a lot of wastage.
My wife wanted a particular dining chair and was a nightmare to source and it was out of stock on the online company however Madina carpet went out of their way to help me out with this I really appreciate what these guys have done for me, not only was it the same dining chair they also delivered the product and assembled it.

What a way to CON people.
Went to buy some carpet for my stair. Talking to them was so pleasant and they seems to know what they are talking about. They gave a price for the complete work and I gave them a deposit. When I asked if they are going to visit for measurements they said no need because I gave them the amount of steps and that was sufficient. I insist because I don’t want any surprises. I was told that they do this all the time and was very kin to let me know that they are in this business for over 20 years.
On the day of fitting I cleaned the stair and cleared all debris like they instructed when the fitter arrived they wanted £100 more because they say it requires more work and more material because the stairs are concrete. I told them price as been fixed and I will not be pay anything more then what we have agreed on. So they left.
Called the shop and the guy/owner began to be rude and aggressive. Its my fault for not telling them that the stairs are made of concrete and I would not get my deposit back. Finally got my deposit back after a visit to the shop. Waste of time never going there again.

I have to say perfection is the work..Brother Ali did a great job on the laminating in my three floor house, he was so hard working and did everything to perfection.. I would so recommend there flooring as well as the service. The best thing was I got my flooring done earlier as there was a cancellation..????

First and foremost I would like to say the journey from the start to the finish was immaculate. From choosing the wooden flooring to the carpet the experience and service was truly amazing and very professional and Annas definitely knows he’s products and gives a honest input as well. The fitter Mr Ali was on time and very friendly he knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t waste any time just got on with it and got every attention to detail spot on. Truly am very pleased with the quality and timing with everything. I have seen a few bad posts on these guys but honestly what you pay for is what you get they supplied the best products and a great service very well done guys I will most certainly be back and will spread the word to all family and friends

i see people giving 1 star review about there customer service and i agree with that every time i walk in the shop they are always always busy which i understand as a local area customer. i come to the shop everyday to say hi and they always have 20 plus customers each day this is due to sorting different customers orders and details correctly. running a fantastic business is not easy just like any other businesses.most customers complain that they parked the car outside or they have to pick there kids up or they are in a rush but you think you will be served first when they ars serving another customer you will need to wait for your turn like the other customers i see a lot of people trying the push in to be served.but i have to say i have purchased many items from here and i have been happy with my purchase .

I bought Sofa in April 15, fault & quality showed within 4 months, reported fault in August 15 now middle of November 15 still waiting for repair.

I was quoted £400 when the room was measured. The next day I went to the store to place the order and was quoted £400 again, same as the evening before, which I was happy to pay. Then another colleague appears and states I actually need to pay £700! (Just for a single room). Apparently they had got something wrong with the measurements and that mistake caused the price to soar by over 50%.
When I asked to see the measurements that was taken of my room, I was told this is not allowed. (They had the measurements at hand but refused to show me).
The man was very rude and told me I could either pay the £700 or leave.
Go to here if you want to waste your time and be extorted.

I bought a furniture, it wasnt what i wanted so we wanted to return to get a refund or different one but they declined it. They say if its bought you cant get your money back! Next time just buy from dfs or somewere its known that offer returns or replacement etc.
