We've bought a number of pieces from TwentyTwentyOne over the years - tables, chairs, lights and gifts - and have had great service.
When we refurbished our home the first place we went was TwentyTwentyOne. They were incredibly accomodating as we looked for, tried out, and bought furnishings and fixtures. The picture below shows the chairs and lights (Hay Result chairs and Danese Itka lights).
The range and selection are excellent as is the service. Entirley recommended.

I made a reservation for a shelf from the store at Saturday and the shop staff told me to collect it the coming Thursday. However on Wednesday they sent me an e-mail saying they cannot sell me the shelf anymore without any explanation. Eventually I found out there was a mistake on their stock data. I found this experience really time wasting and inconsiderate of the customer experience. Please work on your communication skill and a more accurate stock data.

Fantastic ordering service. I purchased from the bathroom range. I ordered two pieces from them. One item was on order and one item was in stock. They kept me informed throughout the ordering process and the purchased items are wonderfully made. Will be using this company again. Thank you for a 5 star service.

I used to love this shop and would loyally return for most home purchases. However, the customer service has got progressively worse at the upper street store. My last two experiences have been rude uninterested staff. resulting in me walking away form over £1k purchase. Staff attitude is 'simply cannot be bothered', and shockingly poor product knowledge i.e. I know more about products then the staff do. I'm afraid after many years loyalty I'm giving up on twentytwentyone and will take my future custom elsewhere

The customer service is shocking. May be a nice shop with lots of nice bits and bobs. The customer service takes far too long to get back to the customer. I have been waiting on a lamp that I ordered in January ...... first world problems indeed - next time I’ll use amazon at least they engage with there clients.

Appalling customer service. Had to return Flos light as a result of a manufacturing problem. After months of waiting for a resolution the shop staff continue to blame Flos for the delay whilst doing NOTHING themselves to replace the item. Initiating legal action it seems the only way to get this shop to take on their responsibility since we bought the item from them not from Flos directly. Would I ever buy anything again from this shop? If I was utterly desperate and they were the last place to go to ....NO

I wanted to shout about the absolutely outstanding customer service I have received from Raphael in customer services at Twentytwentyone.
I bought a Stelton kettle a few years ago now and unfortunately have had to return it several times, due to a manufacturers fault with the handle.
Raphael's manner from day one and throughout this process has been impeccable. He treated me like I was returning the crown jewels not just a kettle! Making me feel like my return really mattered to him personally and giving me the sense that he really cares about what he does.
I used to work in retail and I know that these days (very sadly) his approach is an unusual one. I also know (from personal experience) that customer services often takes the brunt of a customers dismay and it can be a pretty thankless job, which goes unthanked and unnoticed.
Twentytwentyone are lucky to have such a brilliant, brilliant person working for them. Raphaels manner is a great representation for their brand and I for one have been converted into a loyal customer.
