For £15 they took my 3 month neglected car and made it shine again. Honestly I wasn't expecting perfection but to be honest the job was better than "good enough" it was worth the money. I've visited these guys a few times. I'd visit again.

First and most definitely last time visiting this place. Inadequate service supplemented by rude staff. I had a full body wash and interior clean and none were completed up to a standard. When I tried to voice my concerns about the standard of the work carried out and speak to the staff, I was met with aggression from one of their employees, who didn't seem to think I was in a position to give feedback, so he just dismissed my complaint and proceeded to be even more rude. The inside of the car still had rubbish debris inside when I got in and when I asked to have the outside dried, they said "the sun will dry it". I'm scrolling back looking at some positive reviews about this place and wondering if I'm just the most unlucky person ever?? Nevertheless, will not and do not recommend; atrocious experience!!!!

I’ve been taking my cars here for years. Really lovely guys. Great service. Really attentive. And great chat. Highly recommend. They’ll even spray your bike down if you need it.

Oh my God I've never met more rude staff in my life, I was literally screamed at during the whole time and the cleaning service is a joke. Literally the worst £20 I've spent. I regret ruining my day with these people.

Car in front of me arrived with a heap of stuff which had to be unloaded before being cleaned, but the guys were most helpful even though it caused a delay and despite the friendliness of the guys at the valeting service, the owner of the car was unnecessarily rude and unappreciative.
I have used the Kentish Town Valeting Service for years and would thoroughly recommended it!

No work ethics at all in this place
Low mood manager together with a young man In stead of respecting his customers for waiting when there is customer in & despite the place is so inappropriate going forward and backwards around.
He unusually swears and shouts stressed and under panic for some reason
Just because cars waiting to be cleaned
and not going in there for him when he prefers when they are quieter during a day but I heard few days ago on my last visit.
Not a good service for what they charge,
I won’t be surprised if he’s poor business dry off completely one day.

The service was pretty awful. First they quoted £15 which I was happy with - for inside and outside the car. However when I got back, the whole job had a lot of cut corners - missed loads of bits (for example, long piece of tape stuck to the back, dog mess on the inside door, etc.) so I asked the chap to clean it up which took an extra 2 minutes. Then at the end he asked for an additional £5, and I refused to pay this as this wasn't part of the original quote. Then he told me never to come back and that if he saw my car again he wouldn't allow it into the car wash. And to add insult to injury later I discovered that they had broken my vent phone holder and also one of my vents. It's very clear that they don't care about customer service and want to process customers as quickly as possible, so I won't be going there again!

Your colour matters here, they don't serve you as first come, they make to drive in and gives priory to the one Who come after you with different colour. I will never go back again even I drove back out without washing my car. Not only happened once

The sign outside should say "We do a crappy job and we charge you premium prices!" Asked to wash outside and clean inside. Exteriors had areas that were untouched and still as dirty as before. Interiors were just a quick vacuumed but still plenty of dirt. No finishing while drying the car lots of stains of water everywhere. You need to put effort to deliver such a poor job. Totally careless... got charged £13... rip off

Dishonest, rude thieves operate at this car wash.
Not only did they not properly clean my car (dirt stains both inside and out) but then had the cheek to tell me off. "you should wash it more often than every 6 months" "this isn't a valet service" "just don't get a black car next time". Well, sorry for bringing you my business..
I asked if they had polished the outside as requested: "yes of course". The bird poo stain still present on the rear door told another story..
For the privilege of this whole experience I was charged £15.
Believe the other reviews. Just don't go here.

Used to be very good but the last few times been rushed and they only done half the job by not cleaning the inside properly or clearing out rubbish. Left green mold on the roof and said I needed to bring it back another time if I wanted it cleaned off?! What kind of a car wash do you call that? Finally scrubbed it off after I complained quite a bit but I will not be going back. Prices have also gone up from £10 to £15 too...

RUDE, rushed, manager/owner shouted why does everyone come at once when we have been quiet all day, manager/owner arguing with his staff, cut corners left dust dirt and water marks, critisised my car in their language, asked my 5 year old is he the one that makes all the mess in an angry manner, then over charged me from what their prices say. Will not be returning!

Been there 3 times but not happy with service. Round doors and windows not cleaned properly. And if you keep quite then they will repeat doing it. Not going again. I would rather go to tesco or sainsbury car wash
