I saw Jason and the crew on YouTube and came by for a car wash and vacuum. I was completely blown away at the size of their building the chemicals they use in the service was incredible. My 2017 Honda Civic Type R looks new again! I will be back soon for a full ceramic coating and protection! Thank You guys!!!

The experience was very smooth. Dropped my 21 Accord off first thing in the morning on a Saturday and it was done in a few hours while I was out doing some things. Highly recommend Chicago auto pros. the tint job turned out fantastic! And I got a nice car wash as well. Thank you Adrian!

It honestly goes without saying, CAP is best car detailing service out there! Worth every penny. Both Justin and Adrian at the front desk are very knowledgeable about products and services offered. I love and enjoy the warm sense community, from the first visit to each and every returning maintenance visit. I've gotten window tints paint protective film and ceramic coating and couldn't be happier!

Everything is first class and worth every penny. Car was actually finished earlier than anticipated with no surprises. Had 35 percent tint done on side and back windows, and my 340i looked incredible when finished. Enjoyed working with Adrian who took the time to explain the process, take me on a tour of the facility and find an appointment to fit my schedule. Could not recommend Chicago Auto Pros high enough.

Chicago Auto Pros is a first class organization. From my initial call into them, they have a very personalized and professional process. They thoroughly walked me through the process, took time to show off their great facilities and their solid people. I felt extremely comfortable dropping my brand new car for a wash, ceramic coating and window tint. They were on time and very responsive with all questions and inquiries. A special shout out to Adrian and Jimmy who perfected shepherded me through the process and took plenty of time with me to show the importance of the relationship and how much they cared. I found them online (Google search) and they exceeded all my expectations!!

Starting from watching their YouTube videos, to calling in just to check on pricing, to having Ana amazing overall experience. From that phone call, Adrian made me feel like family. From inviting me to car shows even before I dropped my car off, to daily video and photo updates. Always making feel at ease. He took the time to show me around the shop and meet the incredible people that do, hands down, the best work in the country! If you haven't already, go check out Chicago Auto Pros on YouTube. Watch Eman and Colin apply PPF. You can learn how to properly wash your car at home. You can also watch them work on their project car, that can also be yours after they are done! To be honest all the staff work really hard and have passion for what they do and they really take the time to explain everything and you can tell they are car people through and through. I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for Chicago Auto Pros after the experience I had. To sum it up they are best in the business. They are what professionalism stands for, especially in the auto care industry. Highly recommend for anyone needing any work to their vehicle from a simple wash to paint protection film. They treat your car like it is their very own. I have a big passion for cars so I know a lot of what goes into taking care of a car. I have gone to a lot of car detailing shops over the years for various work done to my cars and no one has come close to Chicago Auto Pros. You have a customer for life with me!

Brought the car in for tint on the side, rear, and roof. They walked me through all of the film options/pricing and helped me decide which would be best for my car. The installation of the tint was flawless. They work clean, and their experience shows. To top it off they gave the car a full hand wash before giving it back. Expert work from start to finish.

It went perfectly. The guys up front were polite and relaxed and willing to work with me on scheduling, even when I had to cancel a few times. I've had a couple cars get window tints here and they are happy to explain the differences between tints and everything to you on how it works and what needs to be done to keep the tinting pristine. They also always get the job done in just a few hours.

Just picked up after dropping off my tesla model 3 this morning. Adrian and Jimmy helped me make a decision between 20 and 35% all over and I decided to go with 20 (White interior) and I am in love with it. They were really nice and patient with all my questions as well as delivering the car on time and all cleaned up. 5/5 all over thank you very much for the beautiful work done !

My experience with Chicago Auto Pros could not have been better. Initially, I felt some of the services businesses like this provide are expensive, but after seeing the excellent work they do, it’s worth every penny. The car looks better than it did when I took delivery of it new from the dealership.
My rep, Jimmy, was terrific. He really cares about what he does. He did everything he said they would - excellent initially inspection and consultation, got the car into the shop one day after my call, sent a video of the progress, and completed it when promised.
I could not be more satisfied.

Everything was great from top to bottom. Jimmy kept me in the loop every step of the way, from quote to finish. The new location in Lombard is nice and clean and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The tint and protective film job on my car was absolutely flawless and my car has never looked better. This is the 3rd car I’ve brought to Chicago Auto Pros over the last 5 years or so and if I have any other needs, I’ll definitely be back.

This company did very high quality work into my Ford raptor and the results were great. I went to their shop to do the ceramic coating and it was done very professionally. They listened to all my requests and did exactly what I wanted from them. They paid attention to all the details for my truck when doing the wet sanding, polishing, protection, and more. From the minute I stepped in, it was a complete white glove experience. Justin walked us through the different areas of the shop to explain the process, answered all of my questions, never felt like he was in a rush, and was extremely detailed. I felt like a customer that mattered to the shop. There is a premium to pay here, but rest assured that you are getting top quality work. No detail is over looked here. Windshield tint was peeling off the windshield when I went to pick up the car after installation in October 2020. Mistakes happen, no big deal. They quickly fixed it and I was on my way. Today, 6 months later, the windshield tint is peeling off again. For the price I expected much better.

The work that they did on my 2019 Ram Rebel was beyond anything I could’ve expected. The truck looks better than brand new because it didn’t even look perfect. The guys are very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. They even held my truck for an extra few days due to the bad weather, just to make sure the ceramic coating properly cures. If you want your ride to look sexy smooth and get compliments everywhere you go, then this is the place to good. I’m recommending them to everyone I knew.

I've followed Chicago Auto Pros for a few years on Youtube before moving to Chicago and actually having them work on my SUV. Justin and Jimmy both are extremely welcoming no matter how busy they are.They are both also very patient, they answered my questions thoroughly and did a great job at explaining their products and services. I had to travel a decent distance to get my new, low production BMW wrapped with XPEL PPF. I was searching for a shop that had some experience with this specific body style and Chicago Auto Pros fit that bill. I knew this wasn’t going to be an easy body to wrap.
I was really impressed with the pre-appointment thoroughness, making sure everything was well understood prior to my trip. Since we had not met in-person prior to my initial visit, Jimmy spent time walking me through the process and even told me to look forward to an “end of the day video.” How cool. A very, very nice touch. The car was finished on time and the result was flawless (we are now ~20 days post install).
It’s obvious that Jimmy & staff here really care about their craft which is so neat to see in today’s environment. Highly recommend these guys.

They pay very attention to detail with everything they do. They make sure its perfect. I am so OCD when it comes to my cars and they are the only place I trust. I recently decided to wrap my entire new range rover sport in satin coating and was so nervous. They also did the tints and ceramic coating. They sent me updates via video every few days with the progress which is such a nice touch. I have attached pics of the phenomenal work they have done for me. You always get what you pay for. I can't speak highly enough of Chicago Auto Pros. This is our 2nd vehicle that we have worked with Justin to have them paint correct after sap damage in one and after new purchase in another before PPF and Modesta clear coat along with window tint. These guys are the real deal; they are as perfectionistic, or more, as we are and it totally shows in their work. Justin was eager to review their work with a fine tooth comb. He sent update videos and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. We trust them completely and this is the kind of work and money you would not just trust "anyone" with when they are working on your expensive vehicles. They take obvious pride in their work without any hint of arrogance. I really felt Justin went above and beyond for us as we had some extraneous circumstances that he bent over backwards to assist; totally above the call of duty. Our TRX shines like a diamond!

Tints are high quality and were well worth the price. Had entry level tints done on my older Mercedes and am regretting it 2 years later. This cost not even $75 more to have the professionals at CAP do the job.

I had a very good experience with getting paint correction and a ceramic coating installed on my car by Chicago Auto Pros. All my questions were patiently answered by Jimmy at the front desk and he gave me lots of useful information to maintain my ceramic coating. Most importantly, when I picked up the car I was taken back to the garage to look over the vehicle under bright lights to make sure I was happy before it was driven out of the workspace. The whole place was clean and professionally run. The car looks great! Would definitely recommend.

My 2017 Corvette Grand Sport is black , which is difficult to maintain , but after my visit here my car has never looked better ! Now my black looks like a deep liquid mirror !
