While a bit of a drive for me as soon as I talked to Jimmy I knew I was in good hands. Everything was worked out on a single phone call and the job was done quickly and efficiently. They tinted the rear window of my model 3 in one piece which is exactly what I hoped for. If/When I need tint again, Chicago Auto Pros will be top of my list.

Chicago Auto Pros is a quality establishment. They know what they are doing. They take pride in the work they do. They are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the services and products they provide. Justin and Jim are amazing. Jim worked with me from making my initial appointment to getting my vehicle back, which was a multi week process. He kept me apprised of my car throughout the process and sent me pictures of the progress. Jim is a man of integrity and has vast knowledge about detailing and body work. I will be a long term client of theirs.

I had a great experience with the crew. They did an awesome job on my tesla model y performance. Tesla is not known for the best finishing details and Chicago Auto Pro was able do some great clean up work. The protection and glass film treatment is done so well you can not even tell it is on the car. If you want perfection then this is the crew to go to.

I am very particular when it comes to my car and the parts and companies I choose to work on it. That being said, I have used CAP in the past for my tinting and some minor PPF correction. Recently I was in a small fender bender that required the reinstallation of all the PPF on the entire front end of the car. I just picked it up and it looks astounding. They even did a custom wrap I asked to change the color of the grill. I couldn't be happier with their work and will gladly recommend anyone to go there if they need such services.

Unfortunately I forgot the name of the guy who take care of me but he went above and beyond on explaining the product I was getting. Great experience! Always a pleasure! Cost of services is higher than most but thankfully the staff and attention to detail and excellence in rendered services justifies the cost! I would always make my choice to be the Chicago Auto Pros! It’s truly worth it. Signature Interior Detail was performed due to a heavy mothball odor in my car and my car simply needing a professional cleaning as it hasn’t been done in 6 years of ownership. Lexus LS was thoroughly cleaned to like new condition, smelled like I thought it would if it was fresh off the assembly line. No surface or material left untouched!

So I am adding to my previous experience, as I can only write one review under my Google account.
-AUDI S4 AVANT- (1/27/21) So for this round, I took my Avant in for a full interior detail with exterior maintenance wash. The car is an 08 and the interior has never had any love. Man o man at the job they did. The Alcantara is back to it's original feel. It's so perfect you can brush your name into the suede with your hand. The rest of the interior is flawless, esp bringing the leather bolsters back to life. Amazing job is all I can say.
As for the exterior, a much needed wash/clay/wax has this car shining like it hasn't in a long time. It's so perfect, that I hadn't driven it for 4 months after getting it done, because I didn't want to mess it up. This is a true story, I literally just looked at it sitting pretty in the garage for that long. I'm sure other car guys can relate. This is my 6th vehicle to have done at Chicago Auto Pro's and it's only been A1 work and service everytime. Jimmy and Team are absolutely the best in the business.
-PORSCHE MACAN GTS- (9/18/20) Chicago Auto Pro’s always does it right. I’ve had multiple cars detailed, but this time was a full front clip clear protectant. I checked the lines when I got home and it’s insane how precise everything was done. Already have another appt for a diff car.

I found Chicago Auto Pros on YouTube and was hooked... I went in and was treated with amazing service. Jimmy (Lombard) was outstanding. He answered all my questions and showed me around. I then picked out my services and made my appointment. There was zero pressure. When I picked up my vehicle I was very pleased with the outcome. Now I am ready to add other services to my car and my other vehicles as well. Looks like I found a place I trust with all my exterior and interior needs with all my cars. I couldn’t have had a better experience with Chicago auto pros. Jimmy took excellent care of me from first contact through final delivery of the exceptional product. I brought my 2021 Tesla model 3 performance in for XPel stealth full vehicle wrap, XPel XR prime plus tinting on all windows/glass surfaces, as well as G techniq Halo ceramic coating on the exterior surfaces, glassparency coating on all glass, ceramic coating all interior surfaces and painting T emblems satin black. The car turned out phenomenally and the quality control was top notch. At one point, they were not happy with one of the panels and took the film off. This did lead to a small scratch on the paint. They ended up taking the car to a body shop and having it repainted and re-applied the film to make sure it was the highest quality job that could be done. Additionally, they provided a loaner car in the meantime. He also threw in the glassparency coating for free. There is no question that I would recommend Chicago Auto Pros to anybody looking to have any work done on their car. While it was definitely an investment, I couldn’t be happier with the work and I am over the moon with how my car turned out.

Met with Jimmy at the Lombard location to inquire about PPF and paint correction to fix the swirls on my hood. I also wanted some chrome trim around my windows covered in black to better match the color scheme of the car. He went over the entirety of the car and provided me with some options (good/better/best) on what I could have done. Pulled the trigger on the window trim, PPF, and their exterior maintenance package with paint sealant. Dropped the car off on a Monday morning and it was ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. Great service and communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Chicago Auto Pros (Lombard, IL. location) just finished my 2019 Roush Raptor. Quality of work they did is just amazing. They did PPF install on whole front (hand cut around graphics on the hood), bumper, rocker panels and mirror. Whole truck got Ceramic Coating and window tint. Ones again great group of people, professional and ready to answer any of questions you might have. Highly recommend them for any High Quality detail work on your vehicle.

I've been using these guys for many years. No, they are not the "cheapest" of course. If you are looking for the cheapest, strap a wet sponge to your dog's face and rub a pork chop all over your car and stand back.
They did a paint protection film job on the entire front clip of my Porsche 911. Two days ago, it got pelted by rocks and gravel from two trucks on the interstate. I had damage in several places in the front, but it was confined to the film! Spending $1-2k to replace the film is infinitely better than a paint job (!).
CAP isn't the reason for my choice to do PPF but my guess is that they suggest this for every good customer with a low sports car looking to preserve it. And applying it is a highly technical endeavor with which I was impressed.

Jimmy at Chicago Auto Pros in Lombard made sure that my expectations were exceeded on the detailing of my SUV. Our family has gone for several years without a proper detail (those toddler years can be rough on a vehicle!), and the guys here did a fantastic job at restoring both the interior and exterior. They did an absolutely beautiful job, at a reasonable price, while always keeping in contact with me about their progress. Great work performed. Had window tint and a clear bra installed on my wife’s new RDX and it looked awesome. Problem is the tire inflator which came with the car was not in car car after I picked it up so now I need to go purchase another if not found and returned. Shame would have been a great experience if this had not happened.

I was at Chicago Auto Pros at 9:00am. I left at 3:00pm. The information I received from Jimmy was excellent. Chicago Auto Pros did a phenomenal job putting tints all around my 2020 Honda Pilot Black Edition. I am definitely going back to get tints on my Nissan and getting interior and exterior wash on both of my vehicle.

When the professional staff completed the detail, my car came out looking like it was as brand new. A few months ago was introduced to Chicago Auto Pros by a google search. I was looking for a carwash that did not have automatic rollers or tracks. At the first visit I was amazed on how clean the facility was maintained. I did reference the youtube videos as well and made the decision to have additional work completed on my car. I was impressed on the quality of service I received at Chicago Auto Pros. From the very beginning Jimmy took the time to answer all of my questions as I am very new to ceramic coating. I picked up the car up yesterday and it looks beautiful. It was well worth the investment to protect the paint as I hope to keep the car for a long time. I did receive the paint correction and Modesta BC04/BC05 ceramic coating. I hope to have additional detailing services in the future.

The staff at Chicago Auto Pros were very kind and professional. They were able to accommodate me even when I I had to cancel and reschedule my original appointment. The work they did on my vehicle was phenomenal to say the least. I have a 2007 BMW with beige interior and they worked wonders on it. They were able to take out stains I thought would never come out. I have already began recommending them to my friends and I will definitely be returning in the spring for a paint correction detail.
