All the guys at Chicago Auto pros are amazing. They treated my 2018 Tacoma Trd pro like it was their own. They had my vehicle for four days completing window tint, paint correction, paint protection film, and ceramic coating. Everything turned out amazing! It’s really shows how professional they are when Jimmy (sales manager) sends you a private video clip of the work being done to your car and what still needs to be done. They know handing the keys over to a company for a week takes a lot of trust and they far exceeded my expectations with everything they promised! Highly recommend CAP!!!

My experience at Chicago Auto Pros greatly exceeded my expectations! James is very friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to add any extra work I wanted done to the car. When he called me to tell me they were almost done he mentioned it looks like a whole new car, and no kidding it really does. All of the little scratches from before I can no longer see. Both the new vinyl stripes and tint job look amazing, they really pay attention to detail and to add to all of that my car was done a day earlier than they originally told me. Definitely had my best interest in mind and fantastic work they do, worth every penny. I went with the exterior enhancement correction for the detailing and it really brings your car back to life. Give them a shot, you definitely won’t regret it!

Justin was great with the initial consultation. Made it very clear of what to expect. Gave me a tour of the shop. Some of the cars that they were working on, they looked amazing. I was mainly interested in PPF. They had it done in a couple of days. Looks better than I expected. Phenomenal job. You can't tell by looking at it that the car is wrapped. Jimmy was great with the scheduling. Going back in two weeks as a routine check. Justin and Jimmy were very helpful with any questions I had. Would recommend.

I was extremely impressed from start to finish with the entire team. It had always been my dream to customize a car, and after getting my new Tesla, I was so thankful to find these guys on YouTube and be local to the Chicago area. From the first 45 min phone call with Ron to go over every specification of the work I wanted, to all the follow-ups with Jimmy and Justin, to the super cool and reassuring video emails showing me progress while my car was there for 10 days, to the final walk with through explaining to me care and do's/don'ts with Jimmy, I could not be more impressed with a facility. Owning my own business, I know how hard it is to have a seamless service experience. These guys killed it. I will be back, and I will refer all my friends and family members to them. Highly, highly recommend, thank you guys for working with me to craft my vision of my dream car, and for making my dream come true!

Couldn’t be happier with the service and work performed on my new Miata. Had PPF paint protection installed and it is virtually invisible.
Called twice with questions and talked to Jimmy and Adrian. Both very professional. Everything as promised. Weather sucked when car completed they had no problem leaving it inside the shop until it dried out and I was ready to get it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic tinting and coating maintenance work. Jimmy and Justin are always helpful and nice to talk to while waiting for work to be done. They also help give honest feedback on car maintenance and the products the professionals in the shop use. I wish I lived closer so I could get more washes regularly from these guys! They did a great job on my father’s truck and it means the world to me after losing my father recently. They put a PPF and sealant on the truck and polished it. The F-150 looks better than it did coming of the Ford lot.

These guys are professionals in their field, had my car wrapped and tinted by them and cant be more happier with the result. Its a little pricey but you get the piece of mind that you car will be 100% perfect. Carwash is good too but you have to have an appointment to get in, they also pay a lot of attention to cleanliness of rims which other places lack.

I have used Chicago Auto Pros for 2 vehicles. My recent vehicle just got completed with window tint, paint protection, ceramic coating, engine detail and pint correction. There are probably a hundred places you can go in the Chicagoland area to get this work done. You are making a big mistake if you don’t go the Chicago Auto Pros. I met with one of the owners Greg and Justin and Jimmy took amazing care of my car keeping me informed the whole time. Jimmy sent me a couple videos of the work just like it was in car day care. Pretty cool thing to do. Their knowledge of the products is amazing and the staff all, and I mean all, are perfectionists. They don’t stop unless it is 100% perfect. To me there is no other place to get your car perfect inside and out. Thanks guys!!

From the start to the finish, the entire team shows a passion like no other to provide exceptional service. That being said, they actually exceeded my expected results. Jason has assembled a tremendous team. I mainly interacted with Justin and Jimmy. Each sent a progress video showing progress. My car is not an exotic but Jimmy’s narration made me feel like it was. Amazing full SUV detailing and ceramic coating. I also used their paint less dent repair service. Jimmy was professional and attentive throughout the entire process. I had paint correction done here based on all of the positive reviews. They are not bad, but I didn’t think they were extraordinary. I’d rate them in the upper middle range. I felt like 5 passes with their buffer should have gotten rid of more imperfections than it did. I’m going to try someone else next time around.

My experience was great. First thing out of the gate is their professionalism. The appointment scheduling over the phone with James Zangora was easy and flexible and when I went into the shop I was greeted in a professional manner. I actually went to the garage first and the techs were were nice and respectfully told me where the entrance was.
Quality is amazing. It looks factory done and felt like my windows were always tinted. Amazing and quick service.
Overall this was a great experience.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Chicago Auto Pros to get our cars detailed for a few years now and they do just an awesome job. Car comes out sparkling inside and out. They go the extra mile by noticing imperfections like little scratches or dents and doing whatever can be done.
We also had protective wrap put on the front and side of our cars as they have a very low front profile and would be susceptible to nicks and scratches. They made sure to follow up and double check how this adhered and touched up places that had peeled or bubbled. My car had some extra bubbling in front, nothing to bad, but it wasn’t perfect so Chicago Auto Pros is warranting it and is going to re do it.
They have a very high standard of service which is just what we were looking for.

It was great, very easy and I had no doubts about the quality of the work that was done. The website was easy to use and being able to see how the windows got tinted gave me a lot of confidence outside of my brother getting his done here as well. The lifetime warranty also was nice to see as the tint they use is top quality. The appointment was easy to setup. After emailing and then a phone call to setup the appointment, I brought the car in the night before and then got the call that the vehicle was ready. My car was parked outside and I was able to look at the window tint and was very satisfied. They also left stickers on the window buttons which was very nice as my family might forget about the tints needed to set as I didn’t get that preset. The man inside that I went though the transaction with, James Zangora, was very nice and let me know about the windows and what to expect during the first week in terms of haziness, set time, etc. He even told me about cleaning the windows with non ammonia based cleaners which I didn’t know about so that was very helpful. Justin, who I setup the appointment with was also helpful and knowledgeable. I plan to return for future business!

How does one put into words the incredibly awesome job done by Chicago Auto Pros? From the start the "J" boys, especially Jimmy guided me through the selection process to insure the best results for my new tesla. Being as transparent as they are about the quality of their operation, I was given an in depth tour. Jimmy was able to handle all of my questions and concerns. There's a reason I keep bringing vehicles here. I've dealt with Jimmy quite a few times now, and can't say enough good things about his professionalism and attention to detail. I most recently brought my vehicle in for tinting, and since it was my first time doing so, he made sure to explain everything from different film types to the ideal darkness for my car. I went to the Lombard Location!
I got my Tesla Model X front wrapped and fully ceramic coated, along with an interior ceramic coat for my white leather seats. Jimmy took great care of me and sent me update videos during the cleanup process. The whole project took 3 days and was well worth it. They handle a huge variety of vehicles and Jimmy is more than happy to show customers around the shop!
