The work performed on my car, window tinting, was done in a very professional manner. There are air bubbles, which we were told and shown at time of pickup, we will keep a eye on them over the next week. As instructed we will keep it in the sun when possible to speed up the process. The car was received clean but interior and exterior.

Got my girlfriend's windows tinted on her truck today and I will say every aspect from contacting Chicago Auto Pros (Lombard) to having the work completed in a timely manner was excellent. Justin did a great job explaining everything and staying in contact with us on the status of the job. Will definitely be going back to get my windows tinted and possibly exploring other services they offer.

I have now taken two vehicles to Chicago Auto Pros for tinting to help with heat reduction in the summers. Each time I've been there, the service and overall experience has been outstanding. Not only is the quality of work top-notch, but the entire process is superb.
The moment I called in to make the appointment and gave my email address, I had a confirmation email and calendar appointment before the call was over. The staff were prompt and courteous, and both vehicles have now been done within the time-frame they specified.
The only thing that could be improved would be additional and better signage directing people to their new location in Lombard. Considering it's in a industrial complex, and the rear of the building, it's difficult to make out where the entrance is.

From the time I made my first call to set up an appointment I knew I was dealing with a good group of people. They are very professional while on the phone and actually spend the time listening to what you have to say. My Wife just collected a 2014 Porsche Cayenne that was in good shape but needed "sharpening" and a front PPF applied. Jimmy helped me decide what exact services I should have completed and I set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment I needed a ride back home, Ryan gladly obliged. During the process of paint correction and PPF application Jimmy and the team supplied me with video updates of the progress. I've never experienced that kind of thoughtfulness while this type of work is being completed. If I owned this type of business that's exactly what I would do for my customers! A++ all the way excellent job! I highly recommend this team and I will be going back with other vehicles. Thank you!!

I'm a picky person in general. I know what I want and I am willing to pay for it. Chicago Auto Pros is a great company, focused on giving their customers the best experience. They put new tint on my windows a year ago and I just went in for their Signature Interior Detail. They spent the whole day with the vehicle and it looks totally incredible. My car has finicky electronics and for some reason, my car wouldn't start. Jimmy Zangora took me home and then he found the source of the problem and fixed it the next day! Totally went beyond the call of duty and extraordinary service. I highly recommend you take your vehicle here for any of their high quality services.

Beyond happy that I went with Chicago Auto Pros for my window tint. Customer service was excellent and the quality of the work is amazing. After calling a few different places I decided to go in and check out their Lombard location. Jimmy assisted me in deciding the best tint type and percentage based on what I was looking for in window tint. 100% would recommend to anyone.

The best detail and film installers around. I brought them my daily driver for tinting - they did an amazing and immaculate job. I brought them my truck for tinting and they also did an amazing job. Even their most basic detail service made my 4yr old truck look new! I brought them my wife's car and they fully rejuvenated it. So, I brought them my older, toy 911 Turbo, and they made it look new - replaced old PPF, pulled some pesky dings, and then gave it a spectacular detailing. There is simply nowhere else I'd take my cars for detailing or film!

I like that the shop hand washed the car and did not put it through a mechanical washer. The fellow behind the desk answered all my questions that I had when I arrived. He was also professional and did not talk down or use bullying techniques. The staff did an excellent job on the detailing. I did not find any damage to the car after the work was completed (I had that experience in a competitor's detail shop)

Chicago auto pros Lombard seemed to be a high profile, high quality installer of various vehicle appearance protection systems. For that reason I called them, got a standard estimate and showed up for assessment. After a few minutes they realized there would be some adjustments due to muah cars condition/configuration and were upfront and honest about the extra time and attention the car would need. No b***s***, and no surprises. The process was thoroughly explained and they took delivery of my car. The work was expected to take 4 days , but with extra detail needed, it took 6 days. They had explained this might be necessary and continued to provide 2 updates throughout the process. Upon completion, the vehicle was displayed and jimmy did a full walk around with explanation of the work and detail completed . I was also very satisfied with the level of knowledge provided to me when I asked about care and maintenance on the PPF and window tints I had installed. I left with clear information and an amazing protection package on my car. Would definitely do again. Process start to finish was a pleasure.

Excellent detail service, not a in and out or even one day type of thing. Expect a few days, and it’s quite expensive. I’m not returning soon, I’ll return if it’s urgent, or if I don’t find a place similar that’s faster and cheaper. Just being honest. Also if your not familiar with window tinting or detailing cost, then this is the perfect place for good prey.

This also includes the one the only, E-man, Mr. Paint Protection Film himself, the team leader of all things PPF; as well as Oscar, the team leader of all the details, the other Oscar (who are both number one in my book), the team leader of the all things window tint; and last but not least the rest of the crew who all collectively make the dreams come true for all of us car enthusiasts! I just picked up my car from the Lombard location and it looks amazing! I got the full front ppf and full exterior ceramic coating done.
Justin, my service rep, was very easy to work with. He was very patient with me as I asked him to give me a few estimates because I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do, and I also had a lot of questions which he answered very nicely.
I also like that they post professional quality videos on youtube so you can see how they work. It helped me to trust them with my car.

We selected Chicago Auto Pros based on reviews and their YouTube video of an M4 GTS. I took delivery of my M4 outside the shop and Justin made everything super easy. We decided on 35% tint on all windows and Lumar film on the front third of the car, door cups, door edges, and rear bumper lip. I also had 7 hours of paint correction done to buff out minor surface scratches and prep the surface for the film. When Justin pulled the plastic off the car I about cried. It was so gorgeous! The paint correction and shine was incredible. The edges on the Lumar film were tight and barely noticeable. I drove off incredibly happy and excited. Less than a week later I brought my car back to Auto Pros to add more Lumar film to the rocker panels and a custom cut panel behind the rear wheels. I described to Justin what I was looking for and his team exceeded my expectations!! The custom panel was cut by someone who really knows what they are doing and takes pride in their work. It was better than I had envisioned. I would highly recommend Chicago Auto Pros to anyone who is looking for tinting, film, or detailing. They are passionate about what they do and it shows! Thanks guys!

I strongly recommend this place for people who want to detail their car. Even my English speaking poorly, but the staff at there have lots of patience and very friendly , listen carefully to what I need, which I'm really appreciate them. I just take my NX300 for them to do the window tint and put the paint protection film on my car in yesterday , and they do the great job!

I just wanted to give this place a review based on their excellent customer service. Jimmy is amazing. I was told about this place after borrowing a Model 3 for awhile and went to them immediately to have my windows tinted, wheels powder coated, and had a ceramic coating done.

Chicago Auto Pros did an excellent job with the install of window tints on my vehicle. My initial phone call with the company was outstanding. The gentlemen I spoke with did a great job of explaining the types of window film and the benefits (privacy, heat rejection etc...) associated with each product. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted professionally by Justin and he showed me several window tint examples to help me choose the desired percentage of visible light rejection. When I picked up my car I spoke with Gustavo, the technician who actually installed the tints on my car. He was professional, pleasant to talk with and we had a nice short conversation about our love for cars while I waited for Justin to prepare my paperwork.

The interior detail my vehicle received was the best ever. I have had details done at other detail shops and car washes as well but this was exponentially better. The car was cleaner than when it rolled off the assembly line. The leather never felt so supple and well like leather should feel. I will never get a car detailed any place else.
