Shockingly poor customer service. Bought a new table from them, within a week it had developed a small indentation. They viewed it as not a manufacturing fault so basically told me to **** off and go to straight to furniture ombudsman. There was absolutely no thinking outside the box from their customer services, and wasted my time.

After browsing online we went there with the intention of buying a bed, a mattress and a dinning set. Spent there more than half an hour roaming around with no member of the staff coming to talk us, tired of waiting we went to ask just to receive a rude "we don't have everything on display" answer and she turned her back and walked away from us! Needless to say, we left without buying anything

An absolute joke of an experience. First the items were delayed because they weren't in stock. Then the first delivery was sent to my office on a Saturday, so I couldn't get it for a few days. And they wouldn't change the delivery address, despite having told me it would be delivered on a weekday. Next delivery I paid extra for it to be delivered to my home address on a weekend. Didn't arrive. Got in touch and asked them what had happened? They had no explanation. Rebooked it for the following Sunday. Didn't arrive. Apparently it was locked in a warehouse somewhere. They then organised for it to be delivered to my home at a time that didn't work for me, without asking me (and having previously said they would do what they could to get it delivered at a time of my choosing). Finally it arrived out of the blue in the evening. Will NEVER use them again. Nice furniture, but rubbish, rubbish company.

Poor service!!! I made quite a few orders today and every time I placed an order it was automatically deducting money from my orders. I have also today had numerous emails to say that all my orders have been cancelled as the discount was too much! I spent £900 with them and they have now given me a refund and I have to wait to get this money back which leaves me with no furniture for my new place. Good customer service would have honoured these discounts, I didn’t even type any code in it was already there when I was checking out! Don’t punish your customers for your faults. The stuff I ordered isn’t even solid wood and not even worth the discounted price but I thought I’d give them a go, big mistake - DO NOT SHOP HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Very small shop, I expected a ‘showroom’ to have large items such as sofas available to try, instead there was very little on offer to see in real life. Pointless to visit stick to online shopping.

First the good: the products themselves are excellent. I have a lovely sofa from made, and I frequently get compliments on it for both comfort and style. I've also ordered a beautiful lamp after seeing the product at a friend's house in a different colour. However, in terms of customer service and delivery, it leave much to be desired. I ordered my sofa over a month in advance and specified a delivery date as I was moving into a new flat. I had taken a day off work to move, and specified the move in date so I wouldn't have to take any extra days off. The Friday before, I received a call from the courier company, telling me my item would be delivered the day after I specified. They told me they would have to get authorisation from MADE to get it delivered after hours This makes no sense as the item is mine, I have paid for it and I am paying for the delivery service. I told them to go ahead and get the authorisation, which they did not. The second customer service rep I talked to said that I was given inaccurate information and that they don't call MADE for authorisation. I ended up having to take an afternoon off work and wait for the delivery. I understand that this is not strictly in MADE's control, but it is not clear on their website that just because you specify I date, the courier may still deliver it on a different date depending on what they have scheduled and when. Second, I ordered the aforementioned lamp on a bank holiday, and received an email that day saying my item had been dispatched and was on its way to the courier who would deliver it the following day. So far, so good! But the item never showed, and the tracking number indicated that the courier never received it. I contacted MADE and was told to give it another day as it seemed "the item was a bit slow getting to the courier." The following day there was still no trace of it. I contacted MADE again and was told that it looks like the item was lost in transit and that they could either cancel the order, or reissue it but it would be a two day lead time on reissuing. Ok, so an item I ordered on a bank holiday and which was issued immediately, will now take two days to reissue? There was no apology for the inconvenience, no offer of expediting the item or anything else. Beautiful items, but the customer service and courier deliver is absolutely appalling.

I've bought many things from Made over the years but I'm finding the longevity poor. 4 out of 6 of my dining chairs are now broken and my sofa has areas of fabric which have split. My frustration currently is a lamp I bought which has a threaded screw at the bottom so it cannot tighten, where i was told to take a picture and now have a response that i have 14 days to return if I don't like it.

Terrible service. Purchased a set and the items turned up months apart from each other. Items were continuously wrong and left me with a string of repackaging and waiting indoors for items on multiple occasions. Awful awful service, completely unorganised company.

I usually do not write reviews. But I want to share this experience so that other customers can consider IKEA or any other customer-first furniture company. First of all, this was the worst furniture shopping experience I had. We ordered a bed and a sofa nearly 4 weeks ago, but none of these was delivered yet. Bed has arrived only partially – 3/4 pieces and now we are waiting for the last piece to be delivered (hopefully the right color). Since we moved to a new property which is unfurnished, we have no place to sleep. I highly recommend considering any other furniture company, unless you are willing to waste your time.

From now on I will not stop reviewing them wherever I can! We ordered so much furniture when we moved into our new flat. A friend who worked for furniture companies told me to stay away from made, as they are very low quality but I didn’t listen to her, as I really liked the design. I regret it sooo much. The wooden tables like hooper get scratched very easily! One chair of our 4 Kitsch chairs we ordered completely broke after a few weeks. I. Alles them, sent an email with pictures where you could clearly see how bad the quality was and that the chair can not be repaired. BUT they send someone over to have a look on that chair instead of replacing it! Waste of time. The man came said that you can see very clearly that it’s a quality problem and that they should sent a replacement. As the chair was dangerous to be on the terrace or even in the flat anymore he told me I could throw it away (I have a toddler and the chair was dangerous. He went. Two months later nobody still contacted me, so I called made. The told me that I signed a paper that the chair has been repaired by that man? What? And they wouldn’t replace it anymore because I threw the old chair away?? What??? Im so disappointed! I didn’t get even a voucher they promised afterwards! Please please stay away from them. And buy better quality!!

The worse company I ever see in my life, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, I am real client I purchased relatively expensive chair in December last year now is 14 March 18 still no news, when I called them at Jan they said we will deliver at 12 Feb, when i call in 12 Feb they said we deliver in March..any time I call I will wait for 30 -45 minute sometime they disconnect the phone.Google knows me and my account and should not delete this post, I have all the evidence.

I can only say their customer services is really bad. A total collapse. I've been sent a wardrobe with missing parts and after calling several times, no one really has taken their time to call me back for an update. No apologies, nothing. It is as if they are doing me a favor. I really regret buying from this shop, I could've paid for another overpriced furniture somewhere else and it perhaps saved me the hassle and annoyance. DO NO RECOMMEND. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

I've purchased a few items and used Honey vouchers which is an app to look for vouchers. I received an order confirmation and they have taken the payment. However a few days after, I receive an email saying that they cancelled my order as I used too many vouchers.. I only used the app and MADE.coms website accepted this. It's not really up to me to know how many vouchers an app uses or to not use an app when the website clearly accepted them all. I then spoke to one of your clearly unprofessional customer service people and he was no help. He kept asking why i haven't read the T&Cs on their vouchers usage..... WHO has time for that. I'm very unhappy with how i've been treated and also that my home now not going to have any furnitures.. Not going to use this furniture store ever again.

Physical showroom for an online business. Some nice touches using digital in store (info tags) and a good info-wall on product range. Helpful staff. Slightly let down by a tired fit-out where some tables were sagging or poorly assembled and this reduces the quality perception of the products.

Good experience, the showroom has an interesting dynamic. However it is not very intuitive. The main feature of the showroom is the drawer wall. They have an entire wall with drawers containing a picture of a furniture piece, plus a sample of the fabric or material used in it's manufacture. It is a good solution to show a vast range of products in a small space. There are no price tags whatsoever, instead you have these black tags with a + sign in them. These can be scanned with tablets lended inside the store , that then redirect you to the showroom website providing you with info on the products and purchase and delivery options. The staff is supportive, but it takes some time until you as a customer understand the experience described above.

I have been a customer on previous two occasions and I find their products well made and long lasting. When visiting the shop showroom I found that a few of the labels on the items were missing and that there was no visible staff members on the floor. However when I finally located one she was absolutley a diamond she helped me out with ordering the items advise me as to which ones are more suitable for me. Overall a very pleasant axperuence however they need to pay more attention to draw the customers in. The displays need to be more well looked after as well as the lighting in some areas is quite low.

After spending nearly £800 on a new mattress and bed I had an issue with my mattress. I had no explanation from them regarding the delay, which was pushed back twice. I cancelled the order, however they must have no communication between departments because my order was still pushed through to dispatch. A month after ordering I am still waiting for my money back for the mattress as they won't refund until they have the mattress back in their warehouse. This was their mistake as the order was already cancelled on my part. I have since taken it up with my credit card company and made a claim for lack of goods received.

Really poor customer service in my experience. Visited in store before making an order online. Was told a sofa would take 5-7 weeks and the next day once order placed it was 10+ weeks. This order continued to be delayed to a point of 12-14 weeks at which point I had to cancel and then re order a different sofa. Within the two weeks the sofa I ordered was delivered it had dropped in price in their sale by £170. After delivery I phoned to enquire about price matching to which I was informed you have to claim pre delivery despite the price having dropped pre delivery. The next step would be to return the item and re order, an administrative headache on both sides. No business acumen to offer me store credit and thus spend more money with them as it is not a cheap store. Instead I was told to return item if I liked and re order. If I do return I’ll be safe in the knowledge that I won’t reorder anything with them. Very disappointing

Nicely laid out store in Charing Cross Road between Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square, some nice furniture light fittings and accessories kitchen tables quite a large store staff very helpful can't write a review about purchasing anything just that it's nicely laid out though not all items have price tags and apparently delivery's can take a while to get to you.

I have had to drop my rating from 4 stars to 1 star I'm afraid. My wife and I purchased a number of items a few years ago to deck out our home. This included 6 White faux leather dining chairs which looked fab and were really comfortable. A real conversation starter as they are white. We have been happy that we have been able to keep them spotless. However we noted after a year the chairs had some feint cracks when you gently pressed on the cushion. These cracks have progressed in to very very significant peeling to a point where there are large patches with no white left. Meaning we must hoover after using everything as they are just crumbling evetytime. They look like they are over 10 years old and been used in a place with heavily usage and traffic. We contacted made.com and submitted photos before they progressed to the current state and they didn't believe there was any fault in the chair and instructed that wewwe have to at cost employ an independent inspection if we believed there was a fault. Service is not as expected and obvious quality is a horror if you see the state of our 'looked aftered' chairs. I would not advise or recommend buying from made.com. unless you wish to replace furniture every 2 years and are still comfortable with the price for a 2 year life. Not me I'm afraid.

They will not assemble furniture for you on delivery. Just be aware to bring your toolkit and spare time. I'm sure it's in the small print but they could warn you before purchasing.

we ordered 2 items from made the bed Side table can in the right time but the bed still hasn't arrived . we ordered the bed early September 2017 it said between 4-10 weeks and it didn't come- we called up after 12 weeks then they said it would come on the 2nd of January 2018 it didn't arrive now they are saying it will come at the end of jan. rubbish delivery. however the bed side table works and looks amazing. I have no bed .

If you want a arrogant customer service team that do not listen or care, this is your place! In combination with BJS Distribution they make the ideal incompetent couple! Got so fed up of dealing with Dumb and Dumber that after waiting 8 weeks for the product, actually receiving it was such a nightmare I gave up and requested a full refund, to be told I need to wait 14 days for my money back. I won’t be wasting any more time with this circus of a company.

Please avoid!!! Dont order here!!!! They promised delivery before Christmas so we order to get our beds by 21-24th Dec, when speaking with their carrier company they say dont work any day from 20th to 2nd January!! Thats what I would call FALSE publicity, so we had to cancel our order, far to be all sorted out, once we cancel they say no refund till delivery back to depot, we canceled order 12hours after, but order to come back to same depot took 10 working days!!.. aparently human error they said, sure!; Once order received they just told us that refund is processed but will take up to 30 working days!! Always had refund back in my account in no more than 24hours, with these people at Made will be almost 2 months for us to wait for our money back based on their fake ad promises, Thus dont order with them, go shop and get it by yourself for your own sanity!

Echo all the experiences on here about sending the wrong parts. Customers service reps polite millenials who try hard but lack competence. Essentially good furniture and cheap but you are gambling on whether it turns up. Seems like this problem happens a lot from these reviews. Seems like they pretty much accept that a portion of their customers will be unhappy

Staff are nice and polite. Great to see the pieces in person before you buy online. The only complaint is the pricing, a bit gimmicky having the prices on an NFC tag, so you have to pick up the tablets and sign in/up to find out the prices of furniture.

The products are stylish, and if everything goes well with your order, great. However, delivery is a disaster, as is returns, so do read on to be warned what you're getting yourself into: Ordered a table over Christmas. They use a partner called ArrowXL. In early Jan, they texted me a delivery date two days later. I rang them up as I wouldn't be home - but they couldn't change the date until AFTER the attempted failed delivery. Rang them the next day after the delivery, and given an earliest date two weeks later! So now arriving 17th Jan, more than 3 weeks after. No Saturday delivery slots, no timed delivery slots, no AM/PM choosing. You only find out on the day. Returns are a hassle too for some chairs that I ordered. No store you can return to. No parcelshop to drop off. It is collection via DPD. You can specify a day, but not the time. You get that only in the morning of the day itself. In my case, the driver didn't turn up all day, despite me being home, and no message or text either. Very poor service, now I have to stay home another day to receive the delivery.
