Auris Ear Care is the best solution anyone can ask for when suffering from an ear infection. Dr Rampuri is an absolute angel. He was prompt in getting back to me and offering me an appointment. Knowing that I was going to see a doctor at my my own home within two days of finding the practice online, was the most reassuring and comforting thing ever!!! Dr Rampuri was on time, extremely polite and professional and just so reassuring.
I love the fact that this home service is only an email or phone call away and I highly recommend Auris Ear Care to anyone struggling with an ear problem and not knowing what to do.

Excellent and friendly service. Dr Riaz was amazing with my 4 and a half years non verbal autistic girl. It was so easy to make a home visit appointment. Dr Riaz was very patient and he gave enough time for my daughter to be comfortable around him before starting the procedure. The procedure was so quick, my daughter didn't get the time to become distress. Overall an outstanding experience. Highly recommend it to anyone

I’m posting this review on behalf of my elderly uncle who was visited by Dr Riaz three days ago.
My uncle cannot speak highly enough following his experience.
He was shown courtesy and patience throughout and can now hear perfectly once again.
He had become “forgotten” over the months, with his own Dr just saying “Drops,” the result being my poor uncle could barely hear at all.

The procedure itself was quick and not uncomfortable and very effective as the blocked ear wad unblocked and hearing restored! The relief!

It was the Google reviews which led me to use Auris to have microsuction treatment to clear my ear wax. (I have always had my ears syringed but a little research on Google suggested microsuction is safer so I decided to try it). I was lucky to be able to book an appointment within two hours of my calling on a Sunday. At the time I'd have preferred to go to the clinic, but this closes at 1pm on a Sunday, after which it's home visits. In brief, Dr Riaz was brilliant, as the other reviews say. He was pleasant, informative and thorough, and the treatment was straightforward. I'm a convert and will definitely use Auris if I need this service again.

I unfortunately struggle with ear problems where they become severely blocked every year or so, and when this happens I lose most of my hearing which is not pleasant at all...
On the Thursday just before the Easter bank holiday weekend I came out of the shower with a blocked ear and was worried that I'd be left with little to no hearing for the entire bank holiday weekend as I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else until the following Tuesday.
Luckily, Dr Riaz was able to visit me at my home on the Thursday evening and got it all sorted, which was such a relief. As I suspected, my ears just needed a clean via micro-suction (which, to anyone who hasn't had it before, is a quick and painless way of cleaning out the ear canal). We also found some inflammation in the ear and he gave me a prescription for some treatment spray. My hearing returned to normal and, in fact, feels better than I recall it being in a while.
He was also really pleasant and friendly, and the experience was quick efficient, and effective.
In all, this was a perfect service and I'm so relieved to know that this is an option for future ear troubles.

Wonderful service! My Mum who's 99 hasn't been able to get her ears microsuctioned for 18 months because of lockdown. Her hearing was getting worse by the day and she was very frustrated. I phoned Auris Ear Care on Saturday morning and she was seen that evening! Results are great will definitely use again. Many thanks.

These guys are great,
Can not recommend or thank them enough.
The communication was fast and helpful.
The service provided was first class and far from normal, yet handled in a professional and calm manner.
Long story short, they remove an item from my young daughters ear (4yr old) in her sleep as she was afraid of hospitals and doctors.
Myself and the doctor worked together to make her comfortable and safe before he removed the item from deep within the ear canal.
On removal it was found to be mildly infected as we had tried to have it removed by the hospital 2 days before, with no joy as she was to distort.
The doctor came at 10pm in the evening and the job was done.

Dr Riaz conveniently came all the way to my house in order to remove the wax that had built-up in my ear and caused a blockage - it was done in a largely pain-free manner and I really felt I was in capable hands. Throughout the session, Dr Riaz also made it easy to understand what he was doing, which was reassuring. Would highly recommend him!

Excellent and friendly service. I had an almost immediate response to my email requesting information. I had a build up of wax in one ear which after drops recommended by my pharmacist had left me nearly deaf in that ear and in some discomfort. The doctor arrived promptly the day of my email and call. He was in full PPE . The treatment took only a few minutes and was not painful. A small amount of minor discomfort was all I felt. The wax was removed. The discomfort was gone and I could hear again. I believe the cost is reasonable and worth it for immediate relief and results.

This clinic saved my life.
