I had my Annual Hearing Review yesterday with Fiona. My ears and hearing aids felt so clean and new afterwards, and my hearing crystal clear. There are several things I really appreciate: the care taken to remove wax or foreign bodies from the ear canal; identifying and treating any infection; and the annual testing of my hearing and re-setting of the hearing aids. I have quite a long journey to Harley Street Hearing but the confidence I have in their professional care makes it really worthwhile.
This is my fourth year with HSH. Both Henrietta and Fiona, the two audiologists I’ve seen, have been exemplary. I’d recommend the Practice to anyone looking for relaxed, friendly and professional support.

I highly recommend Harley Street Hearing and am so grateful for their help. My experience from start to finish was excellent. Very professional and efficient staff on the phone and at reception, all of whom spoke very clearly, audibly, and kindly to me (which I very much appreciated, as I was hard of hearing at the time). The audiologist, Matthew Allsop, was fantastic, a safe pair of hands, clearly an expert in his field and very personable. I left the site with the best hearing I've had in years and much more educated. Thank you so much for your help!

I was contacted to let me know my annual review was due. An appointment was made to suit me and I had a email reminder on the morning of my visit. I was asked to wear a mask.
On arrival I was immediately given a comprehensive form to fill in regarding my hearing and any problems I may have encountered or was encountering. The lady listened intently to all I said, did a hearing test, and assured me my hearing had not deteriorated since my last visit. I asked her of new the technologies and if I needed to replace my hearing aides as they are about 5 years old now. She said, as we aren’t in ‘normal’ times, when my meetings, presentations and dinners occurred, I would not get a true picture of whether new hearing sides would help. Instead, she made some adjustments to my aides, which has made a big difference, and suggested I wait until our normal times returned as only then would I be able to judge their efficiency.
All this was done in a friendly and professional manner, for which no charge was made.
I left reassured that my hearing was of paramount importance to them. Many companies use the Coronavirus as an excuse for giving a poor service. At Harley Hearing I found quite the opposite. I was given an exemplary service.

I had a great experience, I had a blocked ear with limited hearing and a horrible ringing sound in my right ear and came in for ear wax removal. I left the clinic with my hearing completely back to normal and no more ringing ! I Left very happy

Best place to do custom earplugs. If you are a musician, or you work in a loud environment, I highly recommend these earplugs!! Such a quality!! They prevent ears from any damage, by filtering the sound from outside to inside, diminishing the sound decibels. As a pianist, I was so amazed the first time I tried them. You can still listen everything perfectly clear and have your ears protected at the same time. Also, the people at Musicians’ Hearing Services are lovely and very helpful! One of the best gifts I did to myself!

I found Harley street hearing to be fantastic, I went as a tourist patient as was so impressed I am thinking of changing Lyrics providers once my contract run out .
I still can’t believe how good they were so professional and took a lot of time over me and I am not one of their patients.
From my first phone call they called me back fitted me in ( same day ) and seemed they could not do enough for me .
It’s lovely to be treated like that .

Harley street hearing are amazing. I attended the balance clinic and everything about it was done with empathy and warmth. Ayesha Bandalli was my practitioner and she was fabulous. I had a series of tests and an epley manoeuvre for my BPPV. Some of the tests were uncomfortable (but they needed to be) but Ayesha was clear and guided and supported me through the series of tests. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks Ayesha

Wonderful personal helpful service. Hearing aids were thoroughly tested, and one found faulty and sent off to makers for repair or replacement. Both ears de-waxed carefully, and then tested, showing no decline in last year.

I was seen by Melissa, who was very friendly throughout and gave me good insight into acceptable decibel level exposure and how to check this in my home studio. They are exceptional, they have been looking after me consistently for maybe 8 years since just after they opened their doors. When I went there originally I didn’t want an earpiece and they compassionately listened, tested me and said ‘ok wait’ you know where we are. I went back within a year, got tested again and got one. They are professionals and I trust them. The founder Paul Checkley is an industry stalwart. He has some remarkable staff, I’ve seen about 4 audiologists there over the years, the service and care is uniformly high as it was when I went yesterday. They did a routine hearing test, reprogrammed my earpiece and refused to charge me. I found them originally by recommendation and here I am doing the same years later!

I’m really pleased with my experience here. I’ve had a hard time hearing for years, most times it was so bad it sounded like I was under water. It took this clinic only half an hour to clear both of my ears. I saw Melissa and she used microsuction. It was painless and my hearing is now strong in each ear. I feel like I’ve been cured from a disability to be honest and I’m very grateful alhamdulillah

It took me years to come to terms with my hearing loss and even though it was impacting on my life I ignored it. Once the wearing of masks was enforced I had no choice but to accept I needed help.
I cannot thank my audiologist enough! He calmed my nerves and talked me through all of my options. A few weeks later, I am now wearing hearing aids in both ears, the are comfortable, completely invisible and I can’t believe how much my life has changed!
I had no idea how much I was missing out on due to my impaired hearing.
I don’t need to concentrate as hard at work, meaning I’m less exhausted in the evenings, walks in the park now feel magical thanks to the birdsong I can now hear and... I can turn the volume down when my kids are arguing.
I am so grateful! I wish I sorted my hearing out years ago.
