I was referred to Ms. Roe of Harley Street Hearing by my ENT consultant. She was extremely understanding and knowledegable of my condition and I felt totally at ease. I would not hesitate in recommdending her for hearing therapy / audiology services at all to friends and family and would definately return should I need assistance.
In general I have found all staff very polite, friendly and want to help you. Fantastic customer service!

I cannot recommend or praise this clinic and their staff highly enough. This is my third visit over the years and the service is Five Star. From the moment you are greeted at reception, to the friendly professional approach of the staff and the competency with which everything is approached and carried out.
Matthew looked after my ear microsuction and he was informative, charming and made me feel totally at ease. I was very impressed and my ear now feels amazing. An excellent job...thank you.
These are difficult times in which clinics have to operate but everything seemed to run safely and smoothly . I was, as always, highly impressed by everyone and everything. A huge thank you from me. Debby

I have been using HH for about ten years and have had three sets of hearing aids over this period together with hearing tests and servicing.
HH are very expensive, however the service is premium. The audiologists I have seen are capable, professional and attentive to my hearing needs and requests for appointments (I have been able to get a next day appointment upon dropping my hearing aid in a cup of coffee!)
All in all a good service which I will continue to use.

They've looked after me for years, first with Lyrics, then IICs now with BTEs. Can't fault them. I've always been rather sensitive about the fact I'm losing my hearing; Henrietta always manages to balance telling me the truth, while being gentle about it and getting me to wear the right aids (all my family and colleagues care about is that I can hear them of course). I can't imagine going anywhere else.

This is one of the few medical practices that we really look forward to visiting! Staff are impeccable, every one of them adept in making patients feel welcome and at ease from the beginning.
The professional service - and after-care - from the senior audiologists and their team is beyond expectations. They manage to take the anxiety out of hearing loss and turn it to a positive advantage (at least, that's how it feels!)
Patients who need hearing aids are painstakingly guided through the entire process of selecting and fitting the ones that are absolutely right for them medically and for their lifestyle.
I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone with hearing problems, especially if they feel apprehensive about the first approach for advice.

I have just had a mould taken for my ear plugs, which involved also having my ears micro-suctioned, and a hearing test and I was greatly impressed with everything. It was all done with a great mixture of care and efficiency and I feel very well looked after - and reassured about my hearing!

This is a great scheme and a no brainer for professional musicians. Following my hearing test I was able to pick the brains of a specialist for some much needed advice and an up to date set of ear moulds is absolutely essential kit for a musician.

Wax blockage sorted through microsuction - very professionally by Matthew after my GP suggested a course of penicillin for a non-existent ear infection earlier today. No infection detected and hearing and comfort back to 100%. GP prescription has been binned needless to say.

MHHS were very helpful and arranged fairly quickly an appointment with an audiologist. The audiologist gave me time to ask questions and was very clear and helpful. They checked my hearing and performed one or two other tests together with taking moulds to supply some custom ear plugs (invaluable if you want to look after your hearing or prevent it from getting worse).
The questionnaire to qualify to get assistance was a bit laborious (especially if done on a phone-better on a PC) but it's worth it, also as the cost of the test and earplugs is within most musician's reach and is much much less than the cost of a consultant check-up and the earplugs etc.
