I came to see Scott for what I thought would be a normal wax removal routine in my left ear. However it turned out the wax was very compacted and hardened, thanks to my attempts at removing it prior using cotton bud sticks. But with patience, skill and sheer professionalism (I provided the grit - literally) Scott eventually managed to remove the largest lumps of ear wax I have ever seen. I was a changed man!
Could not recommend him higher. I'm just glad I was at least able to make his day more interesting.

This was my first time having my ear wax removed and I must say Drummond hearing have set the bar high for prospective ear cleaning services. Mr Drummond was very pleasant and made my visit worry-free. As a first-timer, he walked me through the process thoroughly and once he answered some of the questions I had, I was taken down stairs and the cleaning was done in less than 30 mins, pain and hassle free. My blocked ear was completely cleared and he removed what appeared to be stubborn wax from the other. I highly recommend this highly professional service.

Recently visited Dr Drummond with my 17 year old daughter for earwax removal and would highly recommend his services to anyone. After having completely blocked ears Dr Drummond managed to resolve her problem quickly and pain free. His professionalism and care was top class. Very professional micro-suction cleanup job of my ear. Had a particularly severe build of earwax. Initially Dr. Drummond tried suctioning it but it was quite painful, so he recommended using ear drops for a week after which I went back and got it removed quite painlessly.

Scott and his team have supported our family across 3 small children for 7 years, ranging from normal hearing to extreme glue ear. I have always felt very comforted with the way in which Scott handles children across various age groups, advising which tools will best suit them for various tests, not to mention his patience with my own questions. His team is fantastic and I feel very lucky to have had the assistance of this full team, especially as a first time mother trying to make sense of various audiology/ENT jargon and advice. He has a mature, intelligent approach to hearing loss and is well connected to all hearing aid providers so can really point you in the best direction according to your specific needs. Scott has been very responsive to any problems, especially when I have lost my hearing aids and needed replacements quickly. I went to see Scott for an impacted earwax endoscopic removal and Scott was very polite, professional and patient throughout the procedure. I'm a musician and have been having all sorts of issues with my ears. I had several tests
done with the team at Drummond Hearing and afterwards they expertly discussed all
of the various options for treatment with me. I ended up with some custom moulded
musician earplugs that Scott arranged for me just in time for a concert out of the country.
The results were superb and I suffered none of the residual effects I'd had at previous shows.

I took my mum to see Scott on recommendation of a friend. She already had hearing aids that go inside the ear, but was still struggling with conversation, especially if there were lots of people in the room. Scott recommended some new mini hearing aids, which went over the ear, they have made a massive difference! My mum can now hear much better, she is no longer frustrated at not being part of the flow of conversation. We were extremely impressed with the service received, in particular the follow-up service which is provided with the hearing aid. She will always have some questions that Scott has answers for, and she sometimes forgets the cleaning procedure which he is happy to go over again.
