One of the best services in London. I’ve had the hard wax issue and booked the appointment at London bridge clinic. The staff were very polite and helpful in cleaning out the wax in both ears. I would strongly recommend Hearology for ear wax micro-suction cleaning.

Met the Hearology team at a festival and was overdue for new customs, so thought I'd give them a go. Very glad I did, the whole team are excellent!
The ultimate test of any business is when things go wrong, we had a couple of minor hiccups such as wrong colour but they resolved the issues with service way beyond what I've come to expect elsewhere.

Professional. Courteous. Efficient. If you are not from England and used to having a family Physician this is reasonable bedside manner. No need to get to know your doctor as the appointment is more of a service than a trust exercise. Recommend highly for a quick in and out service.

This was my first visit to hearology or any place offering these services and I was really impressed. Stephen was great and talked me through what to expect and it was a very simple procedure. I booked in the morning and got a same day appointment, in the confirmation email they also send a handy set of instructions on how to find the entrance which is helpful too.

My right ear was completely blocked with wax and I was in considerable pain. Since my GP was busy, I did a bit of research and found Hearology. I must admit, I was slightly reticent about proceeding with my appointment at first, simply because this was a new process for me, and I've always taken a conventional approach to my health and visited my doctor if I had any issues. But from the moment I arrived, all my concerns were immediately alleviated and it was a genuinely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and put me at ease very quickly and also made the process interesting and informative. Within seconds of being seen, my ear was clear again, in a process that was painless, clean and efficient. They unblocked both ears and gave them both a thorough check. I can hear properly again for the first time in months! The entire procedure took around 15 minutes only and I didn't need to spend 3 - 5 days putting drops in my ear, which is often messy and uncomfortable. This was worth every penny and if you're struggling with a similar issue, I can't recommend Hearology enough. To Simon and the team, thank you so much!

In these difficult times, Hearology has been supportive, very swift and they do definitely deliver when it comes to ear care. I've currently had several appointments with them where I was met by the lovely Caro who removed substantial amounts of excess ear wax on both sides of my ears. There was impacted wax on my left eardrum where sodium bicarbonate was used to soften up for my following appointment at no extra cost. This was removed by Alex who knew how to perform these delicate procedures.
However, besides the typical ear wax removal where most patients undergo, I'm a tinnitus sufferer after abusing my ears for decades and it hit me hard when this horrible, merciless, intrusive, debilitating, suicidal ailment finally made itself known around Nov/Dec 2020. I felt absolutely distressed and heartbroken when there wasn't a cure available in this day and age of modern society. I met audiologist Ariel who executed a middle ear check using a tympanogram machine and a hearing test on the very same day to check the status of them. She provided insightful recommendations in a report for me to move forward in terms of treatment liaising with my GP, ENT referrals and other clinics depending on the current hearing impairments shown. If that wasn't enough to put your mind at ease, they also have a diagnostic hearing test which you pay separately for where it comes to provide a broader analysis of your inner ear.
Overall, these guys are friendly, understanding and will try to accommodate you where possible. They provide solutions even if your tinnitus issues cannot be fixed entirely. Hearology is your first point of call when your hearing is in a state of emergency especially where even GPs or hospitals cannot help you considering the amount of waiting time is involved during the COVID-19 pandemic. Trust me, they are very much recommended.

Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Rang her 3 PM and inspite of no appointment available online she found me one for 4 PM
Simon is very knowledgeable and professional, explained in great detail and spent a lot of time cleaning and dealing with a bad infection and a hole in the ear drum.

I have had a piece of silicon stack in my ear ( trying to clean earwax) and made an emergency appointment with Hearology Liverpool St branch. I was treated by Vincent , a very professional and kind gentlemen who made me feel at ease and removed the impacted piece safely to my great relief. Vincent was very reassuring at all times and in addition offered advice how to best care for my ears in the future. We take our ears for granted while they function but only see how vital they are once we experience a problem. I am grateful to Vincent for salvaging my day, my weekend and saving me of any potential further complications. I would heartily recommend his services to anyone experiencing any issues connected to ears and hearing.

Excellent service from start to finish
I had a blockage in my right ear, booked an appointment online for the same day, received both an SMS and an email confirmation within minutes
Staff at the clinic were extremely personable & professional and the procedure itself quick and painless.
This was well worth the £80 paid, which includes clearing of both ears regardless and comes with a 2 week post treatment period, during which time you can return for a free follow up, should you have any further issues

Took my 5 yo son to have his earwax addressed. Booking process was straight forward and we were seen the following day. Email confirmation and directions were very informative. Rosalind who dealt with us clearly had centuries of experience. My son was made very comfortable, all processes were explained as though he was an adult and thorough assessment made. A big rock of earwax was removed. Instant improvement in his hearing. Well worth the money and trip. Thank you Rosalind. Cannot recommend highly enough

Thanks to Vincent Howard, I have regained my hearing. The GPs were unable to help me and recommended that I use ear drops 3 times a day. However this resulted in my ears becoming clogged. Considering the build up of wax in my ears he was able to clear them both. Would highly recommend Hearology.

I booked a same day appointment at Hearology London Bridge when having a blocked ear and was told by my GP to use olive oil and bicarbonate of soda to remove the built up ear wax, I knew that would not help as I had already been using ear drops for a week. I am very pleased with the ear cleaning by microsuction provided by Hearology, the effect of it was immediate and I was so happy to have this issue treated quickly and smoothly.

I went second time to this place. I had a bit blockage due to ear wax in my right ear. They are friendly . I told before starting my cleaning that I need to see what is coming out . She showed me the bit ear wax which was blocked but nothing more . Other ear she said she removed the ear wax but cannot show me but it’s clean. It took no more than 2 mins for two ears and they charged me full amount . If there is ear wax why can’t they show us and how can it take just two three minutes to clean both ears and why don’t they show us when I specifically mentioned I need to see what comes out . So i felt like they charged me more though there was no ear wax in other ear . They only say on website that if no ear wax is found they charge half but I think they don’t show us if they found something in ear or not and charge us full . This is what I felt. I would be happy if they showed me exactly what they found in my ear in just two minutes literally . Will use them again but definitely I want them to show what comes out . I want them to charge half price if there is nothing in other ear and be honest about it
