After being prescribed antibiotics by a GP, (over the phone because of Covid). I thought I’d try the clinic to see if there really was an infection.
Got an appointment the same afternoon. There was no infection, just wax I had pushed into the canal with a q tip! After five minutes with the hoover, my hearing was totally restored.

I have used Hearology 3 times now and each time the person dealing with my ears has been really gentle with a great bedside manner! The service is fantastically efficient, I get an appointment easily and I was not surprised to find meticulous Covid19 prevention practices all in place when I arrived this week. I knew I wouldn't even have to ask. They provide a really good service and I feel very safe in their hands. Highly recommended.

Vincent, let me say that I think that the cost of the Widex Moment 440 was money well spent.
I want to thank you for you patience and care, which was exemplary, not to mention your technical skills. What I like is that you are not ‘knowing’; you are willing to experiment and try different things.
Anyway, as a consequence of the way you have treated me, I shall never go anywhere else; you have gained my loyalty which is not always easy to do in a competitive environment.

I've been so impressed with the service at this clinic. I lost most of my hearing in my one and only hearing ear suddenly on 1 April (terrible timing just after lockdown!) and having visited this clinic, Dylan recommended I obtained steroids. This was definitely the right advice and if I hadn't done so, the damage would have been permanent. Since then I've been fitted with a hearing aid and Vincent has been infinitely reassuring, supportive and encouraging. I can't recommend them more highly.....

I recently came here to get my ears micro suctioned as my GP told me this was safer and more effective than using olive oil drops and trying to syringe my ear. I love this place. They managed to completely clear out all my ear wax and I can hear so much better than before , i feel like a new person. The procedure was finished in about 8 minutes. It wasn’t painful but when trying to suction stubborn pieces of wax it was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant but it’s worth it in the end. I paid £85 to get both ears done and it was definitely worth the price. Thank you .

I had a silicone earplug stuck at the bottom of my ear canal and at the A&E at Royal London Hospital was unable to do anything about it. Instead of waiting for a call that hasn't arrived yet after 2 full days, I called Hearology and they booked me in for the same day with Alex. It took less than 5 minutes and I was free with no damage to my ear. They DESERVE the 5 stars.

I was impressed with this service. I got a same day appointment to remove ear wax (quite a lot of it) and a secondary, free follow- up appointment when I had some concerns which were dealt with well. £80 all in all and no ludicrous 5-month wait from a referral from your NHS doctor for ENT services.

A colleague at work recommended that I try micro suction to sort out my blocked ear so I went on line, found Hearology and booked an appointment for 2 hours later.
I arrived a bit early and my appointment was bang on time. My consultant, Alex, was very friendly and after a triage of my issue he explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect.
10 minutes later, my hearing was restored. So much better than having your ear blasted out with water and by all accounts much less potentially damaging. To be honest a few rather stubborn bits to come out made me twinge a bit but nothing to worry about. The consultant also cleaned my other ear as well and I was out and happily hearing again within 20 minutes from start to finish.
What a relief!
I then called the doctors to cancel my appointment with the nurse - in a weeks time.
Yes it cost £80 to have it done but the relief is so worth it.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Went today, 20/1/20 to have both ears relieved of my wax burden, if I wanted to play my ear drums I would not been able to find them. Result! I can hear, birds, my cat purring, TV at normal levels. Worth the money, saw Dylan, great advice and checked my ear drums to see all was well post procedure. Took about 25 minutes. Will need to go back in 6 months, great to hear again. My partner is celebrating. Book on line so easy & flexible times.

I saw Christina at the London Bridge branch and she was very nice and welcoming. She asked me my symptoms and explained everything that was going to happen. The room was very relaxing and clean. My son was also allowed to wait in the room whilst the procedure was taking place. Overall a lovely relaxing experience. I can hear better again :)

I visited this place as I had troubles with a blocked feeling in my left ear. I was excited as I thought I'd finally be sorting this issue out. However, my issue wasn't solved and that's not the clinics fault, however it felt as if once my ear was checked and there wasn't any visible earwax, I asked for some advice as I thought 'this guy probably knows what he's doing' but I was sort of told to just figure it out on my own and download an app. I felt a little bit confused and unhappy as I paid the fee and left with sitting in the room less than 5 minutes and being told to download an app. Now a few months down the line, my ear is still playing up and I'm having to get a second opinion for the issue in my ear. This I am very sure could've been solved if I had been given some thoughtful treatment, and proper direction on what to do. Maybe I'm being too sensitive as I had high expectations, but for the price you pay, I would highly suggest getting someone who is trained with ears to check your ears out before committing to a session here. And I'm sure this company does really great wax removals and hearing aids, but it didn't feel that much like a service but more like a business who focused on the money.

I had my ears looked at today at their London Bridge site. The practice is impeccably clean and the staff are really friendly and put me at ease. I thought i was going to need micro suction but after inspecting my ears they said it wasn't needed which was a nice touch instead of doing the work and charging for no reason. I highly recommend Hearology. Thanks all!

Bit of a conveyor belt approach to their clients. I was emailed a picture of my appointed hearologist - only to be confronted by someone different. A little unnerving. You want to have a bit of a look at whoever will be inserting a small vacuum cleaner next to ones ear drum. I did get the distinct impression that this person was the type to do the least amount necessary to get paid - & though they did remove some hard wax in the ear canal - there was still something impeding my hearing in both ears - this was not even investigated let alone removed. Save your money - book an appointment with your gp and get a referall to an ent specialist - they'll do the job properly.

Amazing service! In my initial appointment the practioner was unable to remove all the wax in my right ear. He suggested that I come back within 2 weeks for a free follow up appointment to get the remaining wax removed.
Now both my ears are fully cleared of wax and I have got my hearing back. Thank you very much Hearology London Bridge!!!

Can’t recommend these guys nightly enough. I recently developed slight tinnitus in my ear which was making me anxious. The ear doctor put me at ease with his extensive knowledge and a hearing test. Hopefully I won’t be back but any other issues with my ear and they will be my first port of call.

Hearology are great. I have never had a bad experience with them, I have to visit every couple of months to have microsuction, and regardless of who I see I receive a First Class service from making the appointment through to being seen by one of the experts. Even at short notice, they have been able to see me which is such a great bonus.
I have chosen Hearology to have custom made gearing protection for work as they understand what I need as I work in the entertainment industry.

Visited the center in London Bridge today with a badly blocked ear, after a very easy booking process I was treated extremely quickly whilst all the time being talked through the process and being made to feel at ease.
I can not recommend this clinic highly enough and for anybody that regularly suffers with the pain and discomfort of badly blocked ears it’s great to know there is a service that can get it sorted quickly and completely pain free.
Worth every penny and will use again.
