Fantastic service! Very welcoming and friendly staff and I feel so much better now! Thanks to amazing Dr Alam and his professionalism and patience I can hear again!!! The treatment was painless, quick and extremely effective. Also, I need to thank the gentleman at reception who was so kind and booked me for the same day as I was really desperate for a help. I had the wax removed from both ears and can now hear again properly.
I was shown a image of the inside of my ear before and after and there was a massive difference and it was quick and easy.
I would recommend this place for your hearing needs.

As a conductor, I rely on my ears. For a few weeks I had what I thought was water trapped in my right ear. But, when I came here to have it seen to, it turned out to be a solid pellet of built up wax, which was removed painlessly and efficiently, resulting in perfect hearing restored to that ear. Highly recommended!

Been here today with a fully blocked ear.
I think he cleared my ear like 50% only as it still feels a bit blocked and painful- don’t really know if he damaged something while cleaning or what? Left an appointment with the GP to see.
2 stars because I can hear better than yesterday!

went back there again today because my hearing was the same, today I saw Dr. Alam which showed me both ears on the computer and explained everything - apparently the previous Dr didn’t remove the wax properly which it was obvious.
Alam was a very good Dr and highly recommended.
Still not full starts because the receptionist which served me today was a bit rude.

Today I was at the London Hearing Specialist, where I was treated in my right ear with microsuction by Michael Goldman. I must say that he was excellent, very gentle and far better than a previous Audiologist I visited in another practise. I highly recommend !!????

If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would! Every member of staff was pleasant and friendly. I was also amazed by the quality of service offered by Dr Alam. I had initially expected a simple wax removal job from one of my ears, but found out that my issue was a lot more serious than this and required further examination. Despite this, I still received in-depth report and analysis into my hearing problem and by doing this, Dr Alam was able to "fast-track" my appointment with the ENT department. Overall, I am very grateful for this professional service!

I called in the morning and managed to get an appointment the same day. On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The specialist who treated me was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Treatment was fast, painless and efficiently given. I will be recommending this company to my friends.

A great experience - I was so nervous but both the kindly receptionist and the hearing specialist put me at ease. A wonderful clean and calming place. The hearing specialist told me that my ears were fine and no work was needed. Thank you for a really professional consultation. All of the staff were super friendly! I went for an ear wax removal and the receptionist eplained the procedure really well to me. Doctor Alam was amazing and made laugh throughout the procedure and gave me some really good recommendations - seemed genuinely interested in my ears. Couldn't recommend more:)

Unhygienic, unprofessional earwax removal. I was disappointed by the quality of care I received recently in the Finchley clinic of Michael Goldman. The temporary space he rents from Mountford Road clinic was grubby and his clinical procedure was below normal professional standards.
Not recommended, particularly during these times of strict Covid hygiene levels.
