I went back to Cubex after a period where I had not been wearing my hearing aids because I felt they did not benefit from them much.David Engelman listened to my complaints and did a number of tests. Since I have very little hearing left in the high frequencies he suggested hearing aids which could adapt the sound to frequencies I could hear. These hearing aids have changed my life. I am much more able to manage and feel more confident socially. I have been very impressed with the level of expertise and adaptability to the clients needs at Cubex. And they serve a mean espresso.

Annual Review appointment with Dr Engelman who I have seen once before. He is a terrific practitioner, a very good communicator and a lovely guy - explaining things very clearly and illustrating results with visual aids. Very pleased.

Having worn hearing aids for ten years, my brother in law recently recommended I went to see Adam at Cubex, as he believed I would benefit from his unique approach. I have never felt so understood and nurtured in the process of dealing with my hearing loss as I have with Adam. I now feel more positive and am excited to continue this new path with Cubex.

I remain amazed at the technology on offer at Cubex, especially my ear device being wired direct to my mobile! Watching TV too, now is such a pleasure just being able to adjust my own volume.
I am looking forward to starting Calm and at last tackling memory problems I have had since RTA brain injury when a teenager.

They have been with me on this ‘journey to &through the sound’ for nearly 7 years now, and put up with my requests for the “ridiculous o’clock” appointments, my little and major panic moments, my fears, my overexcitement, my joyful squeals, and my grumpiness in between nightshifts and coffee, helped me help my over-the-phone-patients, and restored my confidence and love of life and music.
I absolutely dislike being a patient myself, but with this Team I feel truly seen and heard not as a “case”, but rather as a unique, quirky, spiritual human being that I am. A few can boast going to their audiologists for Brain Yoga or having “legit” meditation sessions for tinnitus! Cubex are really practical magic.

I visited Cubex recently about an annoying ringing in my ears I had been avoiding for a while. Turned out I had tinnitus which Cubex have helped me to find ways to manage. I still can't get rid of the tinnitus for good, but I have found ways to manage it now which I don't find stressful or intrusive. Cubex were very supportive and honest with me so I'll keep going back.
