Matthew has been enormously helpful and the Zone1 treatment is absolutely 5-star. It is always hard, deciding to update hearing aids and knowing what to choose, particularly against the backdrop of a pandemic. Matthew has made the whole process as easy as 1,2,3. Nothing has been too much trouble, and his help and guidance have been hugely appreciated. The aftercare following my hearing aid upgrade has been brilliant too. Matthew was outstandingly professional and competent, and came round to the home at short notice, when I was not able to get my ears syringed. He used both suction and syringing and transformed my hearing, maintaining standards of hygiene and social distancing, whilst being a warm and affable professional. Highly recommend.

I saw Matthew Pearson at his Marylebone office in September for some adjustments to my hearing aids. I have reverse slope hearing loss which can be a challenge when it comes to tuning, and I’ve seen several audiologists with mixed results. However my visit to Matthew’s office was successful for the following reasons:
He’s VERY knowledgeable about the different types of aids and the latest developments. And what he doesn’t know he’s willing to look into.
He took his time to share his knowledge and explain things clearly.
He took my feedback seriously and acted on it.
He went the extra mile by spending some time with me in a noisy environment so we could test the tuning and make adjustments where necessary.
At the end of the day, though, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. After my last visit to Matthew’s office, I’ve come away
feeling that I can hear significantly better than I have done up till this point.
Would definitely recommend.

Having suffered hearing loss due to Service with the Harrier Force in the field in Germany, I had put off having aids due mainly to self conscious pride! Matthew came to see me at my other half's request! He was thoroughly professional throughout hearing testing and advice. I finally selected a pair of the ReSound aids. FANTASTIC! they communicate with each other; I can select from a large number of options from the App on my mobile; they are made for iphone so that they automatically connect to calls; they accept streaming from my separate microphone and, with the use of streamer equipments (I have two) they stream from my smart TVs so that the TV sound can be muted but I have full sound direct from the aids. I was determined to have 'in ear' devices but he 'behind the ear ' ReSound GNs are more flexible and are so small that, even after some time using them every day no-one has noticed them. ReSound seem to me to be leaders in their field, constantly evolving to produce excellent devices at reasonable prices. I give both ReSound and Matthew 5* ratings and recommend them highly.
