Came here for long-overdue ear wax removal (both ears), great facility and really pleasant, professional people. I felt completely at ease the entire time I was there and appreciated being talked through the process and shown in detail exactly what was causing my hearing problems. The procedure was completely painless, and very quick compared to syringing without the dissiness afterwards. Being able to see the results was a really nice touch also. I would say to anyone struggling with wax build up that this is completely worth it, fantastic value for money too! Thank you!

Had my ears cleaned of wax, moulds taken and a set of custom earplugs made to block out sound for reading and sleeping. I've had 3 sets made from different companies and Pin Drops are the most comfortable. They 3d scan the moulds to make the custom plugs and they emailed me the scans so I was able to use them to order custom ear tips for my audiophile in-ear monitors from America. The custom plugs are strong so will last for ages but when I lose of one of them I will be back

It is two years since I first consulted Pindrop: what a good decision that proved to be. I had talked to some of the high street hearing specialists but Pindrop were a mile ahead. Talking to an Audiologist rather than just a licensed hearing aid dispenser meant that my particular condition was properly understood and explained and the solution tailored to my actual needs, not just what a hearing test profile suggested. Hugely impressed by Julitta who explained things so carefully and so well, I would not hesitate in recommending Pindrop to anybody.

I was very pleased to find Pindrop hearing after searching on I-phone for removal of wax by micro suction.
Isobel explained the procedure carefully
and one ear was cleared successfully
by this method . The other ear was more stubborn in releasing the impacted wax and I made another appointment after using oil every day .
This needed the irrigation method in the end which was successful and so caringly done by Isobel . This was charged as one session so I was very pleased and would recommend Pindrop to anyone reading this .

I've bought my Widex hearing aids 3 years ago at Pindrop and I've been very happy so far. My hearing aids work perfectly, and every time I needed anything it was solved quickly. They even let me buy new batteries by email, which is really convenient. Great customer care, very happy.

Pindrop Hearing were amazing! I had been in pain and discomfort for well over 3 weeks and was beginning to despair. Visits to my doctor''s surgery had not helped at all. But the audiologist at Pindrop Hearing calmly and professionally sorted it out with micro-suction. I was quite worried about going but it wasn't scary at all - she was very careful and I felt completely confident in her. I wish I had gone much sooner! Thank you Pindrop Hearing.

Unexpectedly, my trip to Pindrop this morning transpired to be a completely pleasurable experience. Being a man, I am of course, terrified of anything even remotely medical and had visions of painful probes/rubber gloves and syringes. Today proved to be entirely un-invasive and without even the merest hint of discomfort. Highly recommended and huge appreciation to Mr Ganguly for his help, manner and advice.

After rapidly losing my hearing in my early thirties I reached a point at 34 years old where the denial of my hearing loss was outweighed by my declining ability to actually live a normal life. I needed hearing aids and wasn't happy with the NHS offerings.
I visited three private audiologists for consultations. One high street chain treated me like a naive idiot, leveraging emotional negativity about hearing loss to try and make a sale. Another audiologist was simply detached, knew very little about the products they were offering and didn't make me feel comfortable or at ease.
Pindrop Hearing treated me like a real person, their service is and always has been caring and empathic. Their initial consultation left me feeling like everything could be OK, and they tweaked my hearing aids during the follow-up appointments until I was happy. Their prices and service represent great value for money as well. From my experience of audiologists, both private and NHS, Pindrop Hearing are the best.
Also - the waiting room at Harley Street is AWESOME.

Rony was amazingly patient with me when i first needed a hearing aid 3 years ago- he let me try out several different brands and styles until i found one that worked for me. Over the years I've been back for updates and a bit of fine tuning as well as hearing tests and Rony has always found time to fit me in and sort out my problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I suffer a fairly severe hearing loss and I have used Widex products from Pindrop for over a year now. The hearing aid itself is the best I've had but , like all aids, it is not good at coping with background noise such as in a restaurant.
The add-on devices such as the link to the hearing aid for the iPhone and the link to the tv set work extremely well and give me perfect hearing. I am very pleased with them.

Overall a great experience.
I found Pindrop from a reasonably thorough search for hearing aid specialists when my hearing had got to the point of "sorry could you repeat that please" happened once or twice too often.
A critical illness (unrelated to hearing) had necessitated the use of prolonged, toxic medication which resulted in nerve damage in several areas of the body, including hearing.
I was looking for help and peace of mind that my hearing could be improved and returned to a more comfortable level of participation in normal social activities.
The initial session with Rony was one of the most friendly and informative sessions I had enjoyed with a medical professional.
The fitting process was exhaustive and involved several types, sizes and fits - this proceeded in a well informed manner for several months before we had reached a solution that both Rony and I were completely happy with the results.
The on-going care continued at a high level with check-ups, communication and consumables.
Both Rony & Julitta have continued this care at a high level and it is always a joy to talk to them and the support team of Jo and now Christina.
I would recommend the PIndrop approach to anyone who is beginning to be concerned about the quality of their social life through loss of "involvement".
