I had a great experience at Hearology London Bridge today. After a week with suffering with a blocked ear, messing about with ear drops and being disappointed to hear that nothing could be done for me by the GP, I wasn’t expecting to get the issue solved so quickly.
After a bit of online research, I booked my appointment at Hearology this morning by phone and was able to be seen at 4.30pm... much better than the June appointment I was offered at Boots!
Upon arrival, the reception area was lovely and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. The microsuction itself wasn’t painful and the clinicians spoke me through what to expect and were very attentive. Half an hour later, I left with clear ears and the realisation that I’ve not been hearing things properly for years!
Very happy with the results; thank you so much for all your help!

Absolutely wonderful service! I took my 14 year old son to have his ears cleaned and the nurse was just superb! She really made him feel comfortable. All staff we encountered were so lovely , thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

feeling cool
Medical treatment was great but they need to work on the tech. Why send so many emails and texts? Waking up at 6am with a texted instruction to complete a form on a website that doesn't even work is not a great way to start the day. But the treatment was effective and the clinician made sure that I was well informed throughout.

My experience with Hearology both with with Audiologist for a comprehensive hearing test and with their balance consultant for a Dix-Hallpike test and Epley Manoeuvre was first class. They were thoroughly professional, reassuring and explained each step in the processes comprehensively. I felt comfortable and relaxed when asking questions which were also answered in full. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Hearology.

In and out within 20 minutes despite arriving half an hour early! Friendly and professional staff from the receptionist to the audiologist, impeccably clean premises with masks, gloves and temperature checks all in place.

Having just had two appointments on consecutive days which included a comprehensive hearing test and diagnosis I was really happy with everything at Hearology London Bridge. The staff were friendly and polite and the premises are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The audiologist I saw (Ariel Garraway) was brilliant and I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. It's a night and day difference with Hearology, I fumbled my way into the clinic;bnot able to hear properly at all. It was not fun (the deafness) ! But then.... Dr Stephen appeared. Within 30mins I was able to hear fully again :) also his lovely voice in its fullest. the world of sounds opened up for me again. I'm very grateful. Thank You!

I visited London bridge branch yesterday. The doctor said the ear wax was removed but I still feel loss of hearing and tinnitus. The situation is not better. She asked me to come back to my GP...It seems that I spent the money here but my ear problem has not been solved...

My son booked because he failed a hearing test quite significantly for a medical for a new job,got the wax removed and basically went from being partially deaf in one ear to passing his earing test and can hear better than ever he told me the young lady Ariel that did it was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful so thank you. Fantastic service! Had a blocked ear and ran of out solutions. Booked in with hearology at work and got a slot in 2 hours. Arrived and treated by friendly staff in a beautiful covid compliant building. Doctor saw me almost immediately and fully resolved my issue in 9 minutes flat. Couldn't recommend more! The £30 higher price than Boots or Specsavers is absolutely worth it! Thanks Hearology!

I have been using Hearology for over year. I been to other audiologists, but I can truly say the facilities and products on offer are second to none!
Hearology are able to get most, if not all brands of hearing aids on the market, and they offer free trials, thereby ensuring you are completely satisfied before finalizing your purchase!
Perhaps most importantly however, was the aftercare provided! Jennifer, Hearology's Finance Manager, was absolutely outstanding! Her support was exceptional and I will never forget her kindness!
As a result of my experience, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hearology for all your audiology needs!
