My ears feel great now, unblocked and no irritation. The procedure was quick and pain free. Dr Krishna was great and during the procedure he was explaining to me why my ears constantly feel itchy and blocked. He was very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend this place. It's also nice how they have special offers during the year. i got £10 off which was nice as they had a winter offer :)

I come here around once a year and the advice, service and treatments are really good. Now I come for anything to do with my ear as you can get appointments quickly and the prices have consistently stayed the same. The doctors are really friendly and their advice has really helped me for any issues I have had!

Very happy .... I had a feeling Julio was very experienced and skilled .... I had a chick pea size wax build up on my right ear and Julio very carefully gently and skill-fully took it out ....
He explained what was happening it felt good and safe at all times ....
my job is to keep still ....
His job is to focus on my ears ....
It felt I should have done this cleaning long time ago when I started to feel weird about my hearing .... I definitely I recommend it ...

Following a recent climb to Kilimanjaro. I had managed to get part of my ear plugs stuck in my ear canal. I met Julio at the London Bridge clinic and explained my situation.
He was fantastic and helped me regain full hearing by removing both foreign objects.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Hearology to anyone, and cannot thank them enough.

Found Hearology on Google after the NHS took too long to see me. Had my first appointment on 18 September 2019. The staff were super friendly from the moment I stepped in everyone wanted to know if I was catered for. I didn't wait long to be seen. The person who cleaned my ears was friendly and respectful. He talked me through the whole process and warned me in good time to let him know if I felt uncomfortable.
I also asked if I could be seen for a hearing test after my ears had been cleaned and without hesitation the person in charge of the hearing test agreed to see me. Superb service provided by all. Would highly recommend.
Will be booking my follow up appointment very soon and recommending my peers.

I've just had my ears unlocked yesterday and it was my first time so I was a little nervous but Howard put me at ease straight away and it was over and done within five minutes! My hearing came back!!wow! I feel I can hear the world again! Amazing definitely will recommend and come back again!

From the friendly and professional Receptionist, to the professional and helpful Doctor, and to the modern facilities, this was the best private clinic I have ever visited! Their online booking system - and offering weekend and evening appointments - just made it so easy to book for the next day and receive instant confirmation. I was in and out within 15 minutes and my blockage was sorted. Thank you. See you in 6 months!

Booked a free short notice hearing appointment with Hearology. Very happy with the service from the very start they reminded me of my appointment. The reception staff where very helpful and attentive.
My appointment was with Dylan Walker, who carried out a thorough investigation which included a hearing test. Diagnosed a issue to be related to congestion in my sinus.
He gave me a course of action to resolve the issue, booked me in for a follow-up hearing test. Problem solved suggested a hearing test in a years time. I would definitely recommend these guys.

After 3 months of being unable to hear properly, and pouring ear drops and olive oil in without them making any difference, it is so great to be able to hear again. Julio was very careful throughout the process, and cleaned out both ears thoroughly. No pain, only slight discomfort, and money well spent!

Ears were cleaned well, but it felt quite ridiculous to pay almost £100 for a 15 minute appointment.
FYI be careful on weekends. Originally on the website, I saw an £80 fee and booked, but upon arrival I was informed that it’s an extra £10 on Saturdays as it’s ‘out of hours’. I checked the website and saw this info after some scrolling. Website should have more clarity on this.
Doctor was nice. But again, felt a little like daylight robbery.

This was the most helpful visit I have made anywhere to sort out my hearing problems. I have tried other devices, but these are the most adaptable, comfortable and workable hearing aids. Furthermore the expert advice and care that Dylan gave was brilliant. Can't recommend more warmly, super service.
