Great staff, super friendly and very helpful. Was instantly relieved of my worries after the wax removal and could finally hear properly from my left ear again after a very worrying month. Worth every penny.
Highly recommend the Help Musicians service also, had my moulds done today so will soon receive my fancy custom ear plugs. I worry about using headphones and speakers in the studio all day but this will soon help ease my mind.

The Musicians Hearing Scheme ran through Harley Street Hearing is a really great initiative that helps anyone working in the music industry to protect themselves from ear damage down the line.
The rates are insanely cheap, £40 instead of over £300 for proper moulder ear plugs purpose made for musicians, and you get a proper hearing test too (and the ability to re-test every 2 years for £20 instead of £90).
Once you get tinnitus it's very hard to lose it, so preventative treatment is the best way to look after yourself. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone get on the scheme and get checked out!

My wife had tried to track down a good audiologist for almost two years and found it very difficult to find one she was comfortable with and confident in. The whole area of advice on hearing problems and solutions appears to be a minefield of misinformation and no information, with independent expert advice extremely hard to locate. Then by chance we heard about Jaz Bahra at Harley Street Hearing.
From the moment my wife met Jaz, everything quickly turned around. She evidently knew what she was talking about, she communicated brilliantly, and the advice she gave was spot on. She was also excellent at fitting the hearing aids and fine-tuning them to suit my wife's particular hearing needs, and she continues to help when needed.
We can't recommend her highly enough.

Had ear wax cleaning today in both ears for 80£. The procedures of flushing and sucking were not painful. Dr Jordon Thompson was very helpful and gave me exhaustive answers especially how to avoid this happening again. I definitely recommend this place.

The service at Harley Street Hearing is impeccable. I had an appointment at 10am and was seen immediately, the audiologist who examined me was really lovely and I learned more about this service.
We're trying to raise awareness so that musicians can prevent damage to their hearing which is or may be a source of livelihood for us!
There is a new scheme that allows you to get custom ear protection for £40 pounds if you are a musician. Check it out through Help Musicians UK!

Great service. I visited them as part of the scheme where working musicians get their hearing tested and the ear moulds / plugs to protect your ears for around £40 ( cost usually £200 upwards). Great service from a great team. Very good at explaining the science behind what has happened with your hearing and the best options available. Extremely responsive at arranging follow up consultations - have never had any difficulty arranging appointments at short notice. There are audiologists much closer to my workplace and home but it is definitely worth the journey to see them. Very happy to recommend them.

I had my hearing aid fitted a year ago. I was so well looked after by everyone and in particular Matthew who looked after me making sure I was happy and even though I returned several times and sent him emails asking questions, he was always helpful and kind. It was very good to have that support in the early days. No one notices my hearing aid. I have short hair but I had to tell my children after a year that I had one. They could not believe it!

I’ve been a professional drummer/tutor/band leader for the past 20 years so thought it was about time to get in contact with the Harley St Hearing & Musicians Hearing Services.
I had my appointment with clinical audiologist Jon Doyle today who made me feel at ease from the get go. Jon talked me through what would happen in the test. He gave me all the information to put me at ease. The test pointed to some problems with my hearing so Jon emailed me the results to take to my GP to follow up on.
A top class service from start to finish.
From the 1st correspondence the whole experience has been truly professional
I can not recommend them highly enough!

I was sent here by Help Musicians UK, who run a hearing health scheme, to get molds of my ears for custom earplugs. They gave me a hearing test too and were really friendly and professional. The ear plugs have now arrived and are a perfect fit and allow me to enjoy my work as a musician again. Using the hearing health scheme saved me £100 on these plugs so spread the word to those other middle age hard rock musicians who can still hear.
